Batteriewechsel :
Verwenden Sie nur 3V Lithium RC 2032 Batterien. Beachten Sie beim Einsetzen der Batterie die
Polarität. Vor dem Batteriewechsel das Zählwerk mit „RESET“ auf 0,00 zurücksetzen.
Zum Wechseln der Batterie die 3 seitlichen Gehäuseschrauben öffnen und das Zählwerk abnehmen.
Die Batterie befindet sich auf der Unterseite der Display-Platine.
Sollte die Zählfunktion nach dem Batteriewechsel nicht funktionieren, so muß der Zähler neu kalibriert
werden. Leere Batterien nicht in den Hausmüll geben. Verbrauchte Batterien fachgerecht entsorgen.
Sicherheitshinweise:
Die Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise kann sowohl eine Gefährdung für Personen als
auch für die Umwelt und die Anlage zur Folge haben. Die Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheits-
hinweise kann zum Verlust jeglicher Schadensersatzansprüche führen. Der Betreiber der
Anlage hat sicherzustellen, daß der Inhalt der Bedienungsanleitung insbesondere die
Sicherheitshinweise dem Bedienungspersonal bekannt sind.
-Zulässige Drücke für das Zählwerk beachten.
-Zähler nicht in EX-Geschützten Bereichen betreiben.
-Der Zähler ist werksseitig kalibriert (voreingestellt). Prüfen Sie jedoch vor Benutzung die richtige
Einstellung mit Ihrer Anlage.
 Abgabepistole nie auf Menschen oder Tiere richten! Verletzungsgefahr!!
-Bei Verwendung von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von MATO geliefert werden, können im Einzelfall
Unfallgefahr bestehen. Bei Unfällen und Schäden durch Fremdteile kann keine Haftung
übernommen werden.
-Beschädigte Teile unverzüglich gegen Original-Ersatzteil austauschen.
-Umbau oder Veränderung der Geräte sind nur nach Absprache mit dem Hersteller zulässig.
-Die Betriebssicherheit der Anlage ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Anwendung gewährleistet.
-Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal aus-
geführt werden, das sich durch Studium der Bedienungsanleitung sachkundig gemacht hat.

Kalibrierung:
Der Zähler ist werksseitig kalibriert (voreingestellt). Prüfen Sie jedoch vor Benutzung die
richtige Einstellung mit Ihrer Anlage.
- Für die exakte Kalibrierung ist es notwendig, daß die Anlage beim Meßvorgang frei von Luft ist.
- Lassen Sie die Pumpe vorher ca.1 Minute laufen.
- Benutzen Sie möglichst ein Auslaufrohr mit Tropfstop-Ventil.
- Verwenden Sie ein geeichtes Messgefäß mit möglichst großem Inhalt.
- Folgen Sie exakt den Schritten der Beschreibung.
1. TOTAL und RESET min. 10 Sekunden drücken.

Wartung und Pflege:
Das Vorschalten eines Filters wird empfohlen. Bei schwacher Anzeige rechtzeitig die Batterie
wechseln. Zähler vor starker Hitzeeinwirkung schützen.
Gewährleistung:
Bei Beachtung der Bedienungshinweise und bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung der Anlage haften
wir im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungspflicht ( siehe unsere Lieferbedingungen ).
Bei Garantieansprüchen unbedingt die Rechnung Ihres Händlers mit Kaufdatum beifügen.

Battery replacement:
Only use 3V Lithium RC 2032 batteries. Watch the polarity when inserting the battery. Before
changing the battery set the counter to 0.00 with „RESET“.
To change the battery, release the 3 side housing screws and remove the meter.
The battery is located on the underside of the display pcb.
If the counting function does not work after changing the battery, the meter will have to be recalibrated.
Do not put flat batteries into household waste. Dispose of used batteries in the proper manner.
Safety Instructions:
Non-compliance with the safety instructions can result in danger both to persons and to the
environment and the equipment. Non-compliance with the safety instructions can lead to the
loss of any claims for damages. The operator of the equipment must ensure that the
contents of the Operating Instructions, particularly the Safety Instructions are known to the
operating personal.
-Comply with the permissible pressures for the meter.
-Do not use the meter in EX-protected areas.

-When using accessories not supplied by MATO, there is sometimes the danger of an accident. No
liability can be accepted for accidents or damage caused by components from other sources
-Defective parts must be replaced with genuine spares without delay.
-Modification or alteration to the equipment is only permitted after discussion with the manufacturer.
-The operational safety of the equipment is only guaranteed if used as directed.
-Maintenance, inspection and repairs must only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel,
who have acquainted themselves with the subject by studying the operating instructions.

Calibration:
The meter is calibrated at the factory (preset). Before use however check the right
setting with your system.
- For precise calibration, it is essential that the unit is free of air during the measuring process.
- Let the pump run for around 1 minute first.
- If possible, use an outlet pipe with a drip-stop valve.
- Use a calibrated measuring vessel with the largest possible capacity.
- Follow the steps in the description exactly.
1. Press TOTAL and RESET for min.10 seconds

Maintenance and care:
Fitting an in-line filter is recommended. If the display is faint change the batteries in good time.
Protect the meter from the effects of heat.

If the operating instructions are followed and the equipment used in accordance with the directions, we
accept liability within the bounds of the statutory warranty obligations (see our Delivery Conditions).
When making warranty claims always attach the invoice from your dealer, giving the date of purchase.

Changement de pile:
Utiliser uniquement des piles au lithium 3V Lithium RC 2032. Veiller à la polarité lors de la mise en
place de la pile. Avant le remplacement de la pile appuyer sur la touche „RESET“ pour revenir à
l’affichage.
Dévisser les 3 vis de fixation du boîtier et enlever l’écran digital. La pile se trouve sous l’écran digital.
Si, à la suite du changement de la pile le compteur de fonctionne, le calibrer une nouvelle fois.
Ne pas jeter les piles usagées dans la poubelle, mais dans les récupérateurs prévus à cet effet.
Conseils de sécurité:
Le non-respect des consignes de sécurité peut entraîner des risques tant pour les
personnes que pour l’environnement et le matériel. Le non-respect des consignes de
sécurité peut avoir pour conséquence l’annulation de tout droit de dédommagement.
L’exploitant de ce matériel doit s’assurer que son opérateur a pris connaissance du mode
d’emploi et, notamment, des consignes de sécurité.
-Ne pas appuyer trop fortement sur le cadran.
-Ne pas utiliser la pompe dans un environnement à risque d’explosion.
-Le compteur est calibré en usine (préréglage). Vérifier cependant avant utilisation le bon réglage
avec votre installation.
 Ne jamais diriger le pistolet vers les personnes ou les animaux! Risque de blessures!!
-En cas de remplacement de pièces de rechange non commercialisés par MATO il y a risque
d’accident. Nous n’assurons aucune responsabilité en cas de blessures ou dommages causés par
des pièces non conformes.
-Remplacer impérativement les pièces endommagées par des pièces de rechange d’origine.
-Toute transformation ou modification de l’appareil est illicite sans consultation préalable du
fabricant.
-Notre garantie est engagée uniquement si l’usage de l’appareil est conforme aux instructions.
-L’entretien, les révisons et réparations doivent être effectués par du personnel habilité, qualifié et

Calibrage:
Le compteur est calibré en usine (préréglé). Avant utilisation procéder au réglage
correct avec votre installation.
- Pour un calibrage correct il est impératif de ne pas avoir d’air dans la pompe.
- Ainsi, faites fonctionner la pompe environ 1 minute avant.
- Si possible utiliser un tube d’écoulement avec système anti gouttes.
- Si possible utiliser un récipient de mesure étalonné de grande contenance.
- Suivez exactement les instructions décrites ci-dessous.

Cambio de baterías:
Use sólo baterías de 3V Litio RC 2032. Compruebe la polaridad cuando coloque la pila. Antes de
cambiar la batería ponga el contador a 0.00 con el botón „RESET“.
Para cambiar la pila, afloje los 3 tornillos del lateral de la carcasa y retire el medidor.
La batería está situada en la parte inferior de la pantalla pcb.
Si la función de conteo no funciona tras cambiar la batería, habrá que recalibrar el medidor.
No tire las pilas usadas a la basura ordinaria. Deshágase de ellas de la forma apropiada.
Instrucciones de seguridad:
El no cumplir con estas instrucciones de seguridad puede provocar daños a las personas o
al medio ambiente y al equipo. Además su incumplimiento puede llevar a la pérdida de
cualquier reclamación por daños. El operario debe asegurarse de que las instrucciones de
manejo, especialmente estas instrucciones de seguridad, son conocidas por todo el
personal que maneje el equipo.
-Cumpla con las presiones de trabajo indicadas para este medidor.
-No usar el medidor en zonas Do not use the meter in EX-protected areas.

-La seguridad en el manejor del equipo sólo estará garantizada en caso de usarse como se indica.
-El mantenimiento, la inspección y las reparaciones deben realizarlas sólo personal cualificado,
que haya previamente estudiado detenidamente las instrucciones de manejo.

Calibración:
El medidor viene ya calibrado desde fábrica (preset). De todas formas, antes de usarlo,
compruebe el ajuste en su sistema.
-Para una calibración precisa es esencial que la unidad no tenga aire durante el proceso de
medición.
- Primero, deje funcionar la bomba un minuto.
- Si es posible, use una salida con válvula antigoteo.
- Use un recipiente calibrado con la mayor capacidad posible..
- Realice las siguientes operaciones con exactitud.
1. Pulse TOTAL y RESET por al menos 10 segundos
La pantalla mostrará

Mantenimiento y cuidado:
Se recomienda incorporar un filtro. Si la pantalla muestra los dígitos desvaídos, cambie las pilas.
Proteja el medidor de los efectos del calor.
