1. Flip the lantern over and twist
the battery compartment lid
counterclockwise to remove it.
2. Remove the insulation strip.

lantern for an extended period
of time, remove the batteries to
avoid power drainage.
1. Pull up on the handles to
turn on the lantern.

2. Fully collapse the lantern to
turn it off.

Replacing Batteries
1. Turn off the lantern.
2. Flip the lantern over and rotate
the battery compartment lid
counterclockwise to remove it.

3. Remove the old batteries
and install new batteries,
making sure they are placed
in the correct polarity.

4. Replace the battery
compartment lid by rotating
it clockwise.
