General Safety
• Do not dispose of any part of the lantern in a fire.
• Do not submerge or place the lantern in direct contact with
water or any other liquid.
• Do not replace batteries while hands are wet or while the
lantern is in a wet environment.
• Do not shine the light directly into eyes.
Use & Care
• When not in use, turn off the lantern by completely collapsing
the lantern.
• When installing or changing batteries, make sure to place the
batteries in the correct polarity.
• Using batteries that are not alkaline may shorten the
operating time of the lantern.
• When cleaning, use a damp or dry cloth to wipe the lantern’s
surface.
• When not in use for an extended period of time, remove the
batteries to avoid power drainage.
• Dispose of all parts of the lantern in accordance with local
environmental regulations. Do not dispose of the lantern or
batteries in regular household waste.

1. Flip the lantern over and twist
the battery compartment lid
counterclockwise to remove it.
2. Remove the insulation strip.

compartment lid.

turn on the lantern.
