Note:The SwivelArm[1] can beadjustedto0º , 55ºand 210ºorientations.
Poweron: Flipup the SwivelArm [1] from0º to55ºto210º
positions.TheBluetoothindicator[8]will glow(blue blink).This
indicatesthatthe kitisready(standbymode). Note:At firstuse,the
userhastopair SuperToothII withhisphone (refertoSection E
PAIRING TOA MOBILE PHONE.)
Poweroff: Flipdownthe SwivelArm to0º position.The Bluetooth
Indicatorwill becomered thenturnsoffafterasecond.
1.Plugthe batterychargerconnectorintothe ChargerInput[5] of
SuperToothII.
2.Plugthe otherendof the chargerintothe electricaloutlet.

and 210º orientations.

Pairingwill createalinkorconnectionbetween the twoBluetoothdevices,
the SuperToothII andyourphone.
1.Bringthe mobilephoneatabout20cmfromthe SuperToothII.
2.The SuperToothII isinitiallyoff;Turniton byflipping
up the SwivelArm[1] to 55º position. TheBluetooth
Indicator[8]will glow(blue blink).
3.Simultaneouslypress the RejectButton[2] and
Accept/End Button[6] forabout5seconds.A
distinctivetone willbe heardand the Bluetooth
IndicatorLEDwill changefromblinkingblue to
alternateblinkingred and blue.TheSuperToothII
isnowinPairing Mode.
4.Whilethekitisatpairingmode,access theBluetoothmenuofyour
phone.(Kindlyrefertoyourphone’smanual.)Turnon itsBluetooth
functionthenexecuteaBluetoothsearchsothatitwill be abletosearch
and find your SuperToothII.
5.When the phone displaysthe listoftheBluetoothdevicesitfound,
select the nameofthiskit (SuperToothII).
6.When the phoneasks forthepasscode,enter0000.Pairingis
successfulifthe alternatingred/bluelights ofBluetoothIndicator
changesto plainblinking blue. Note:Normally,thephonewouldalso
showbrieflyon itsdisplayifit’salreadypairedand connectedto
the SuperToothII or ifpairing withitfailed.
ImportantNote: Somephonesdonotconnectdirectlyafterentering
0000.Toconnect,you needto shortpress the Accept/ End Button[6].
Or,
(Inyourphone) Goback toBluetooth>Paireddevices>highlightthe
nameofthiskit(SuperToothII)>press Options>thenpress
Connect).
If pairinghasbeen successful, the SuperToothII isnowreadytouse.

Make aCall (Normaldial): Dialthe numberusingyourphone.Normally,
audiowill be on theSuperToothII.
Note:WithsomephoneslikeSiemensS55;PanasonicX70,audiois
always on the phoneduring an outgoingcall.You will need toshort
press Accept/ End Button[6] totransfertheaudiotoyourkit.
Make aCall (Voicedial):
1.First, you havetoaccess the voicedialingfunctionofyourphone,
turnit on and recordfora voicetag.(Kindlyrefertotheprocedurein
yourphone’smanual.) Note:Voice dialing entries mustbestored
inthephone’smemory, noton theSIMcard!
When done,executevoicedialinginyourkitbyproceedingwiththe
instructions.
2. ExecuteVoicedial: Short press Accept/ End Button[6].
3.Abeep/shorttone will thenbeheardonthe SuperToothII prompting
the usertosaythe voicetagof acontact tocall.
4.Saythevoicetag.The voicewill be played back toyou (audioonkit)
thenthephonewill dialthe numberautomatically.
Make aCall (Redial):
Longpress the Accept/ End Button[6]. Audiowill be on the SuperToothII.
End aCall (2optionsforHands-freeProfile):
Shortpress the Accept/ End Button[6] orshort press RejectButton[2].

AnsweraCall: When thephonereceivesacall, ringtone will be on the
SuperToothII alone,orbothonthe SuperToothII and on the phone
(dependingonyourphone model).Justshortpress Accept/End
Button[6] toanswerthe call.
RejectaCall: Shortpress RejectButton[2] torejectan incomingcall.
SettheVolume: Setthe volumeusingthe VolumeControl[10].
1.Turnit clockwisetoincreasethe volume.
2.Turnit counterclockwisetodecrease.
Note:Ifthevolumesetistoohigh,itcan causefeedback(whistling
sound), echo,orbackground noiseduringcallson somecell phones.
