4. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover pushing out the plastic fasteners. Insert the 5/16" Special bolt in to the slot of the
support front. in the special bolt insert the spacer tube, then place the upper bracket support and upper bracket, to place the upper bracket
you must introduce it from outside in a grille hole. attach using: ( 1 ) 5/16" flat and lock washer, ( 1 ) 5/16" hex nut. See picture 3 and 4. Repeat
in the opposite side. Leave loose.

Remove this cover to install upper bracket support and
upper bracket.
Using the special bolt, insert the bolt so the threaded end sticks out. Attach the
spacer bracket, upper bracket support and upper bracket, secure the bolt with a
5/16" flat and lock washers as well as the 5/16" nut.
This slot must be aligned with the
upper bracket support hole.
5. Use the 1/4" bolt guide in the ( 1 ) 1/4 x 3/4" hex head bolt to introduce it in the slot located in the rear side of the radiator support, take out
the bolt guide from the hole of the upper bracket support. See photos 5 and 6. Remove the 1/4" bolt guide and fix using: ( 1 )1/4" Flat washer, (
1 ) 1/4" Hex nut. Leave loose. Repeat for the opposite side. NOTE: BE SURE TO SECURE THE BOLT WHEN REMOVING TO BOLT GUIDE
SO IT WILL NOT FALL INTO THE RADIATOR SUPPORT.

Locate the 1/4" bolt with the bolt guide attached. Thread
the bolt guide through this slotted hole in the upper
support and pull through the hole shown in Photo 6.
Remove the bolt guide and secure with a 1/4" flat
and a 1/4" hex nut. Leave loose. NOTE: WHEN
REMOVING THE BOLT GUIDE, DO NOT LET THE BOLT
FALL BACK DOWN INTO THE RADIATOR SUPPORT.
Bolt guide use:
1/4" Bolt guide.
1/4 x 3/4" Hex head bolt.
Once installed into the
support, remove the bolt guide
holding the threaded portion.
NOT LET THE BOLT FALL BACK
INTO THE RADIATOR SUPPORT.
