EINFÜHRUNG
Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für einen EUROLITE MD-3010 entschieden haben.
Nehmen Sie den Motor aus der Verpackung.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
ACHTUNG!
Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig beim Umgang mit gefährlicher Netzspannung. Bei die-
ser Spannung können Sie einen lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlag erhalten!
Dieses Gerät hat das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen. Um diesen Zustand zu
erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, muss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise und die
Warnvermerke unbedingt beachten, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung enthalten sind.
Unbedingt lesen:
Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Anleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der Garantiean-
spruch. Für daraus resultierende Folgeschäden übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.
Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, nachdem es von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum
gebracht wurde. Das dabei entstehende Kondenswasser kann unter Umständen Ihr Gerät zerstören. Lassen
Sie das Gerät solange uneingeschaltet, bis es Zimmertemperatur erreicht hat!

Der Aufbau entspricht der Schutzklasse I. Der Netzstecker darf nur an eine Schutzkontakt-Steckdose
angeschlossen werden.
Den Netzstecker immer als letztes einstecken.
Lassen Sie die Netzleitung nicht mit anderen Kabeln in Kontakt kommen! Seien Sie vorsichtig beim Umgang
mit Netzleitungen und -anschlüssen. Fassen Sie diese Teile nie mit nassen Händen an!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die anzuschließende Netzspannung nicht höher ist als auf der Rückseite ange-
geben. Stecken Sie die Netzleitung nur in geeignete Schutzkontaktsteckdosen ein.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzleitung nicht gequetscht oder durch scharfe Kanten beschädigt werden
kann. Überprüfen Sie das Gerät und die Netzleitung in regelmäßigen Abständen auf Beschädigungen.
Gerät bei Nichtbenutzung und vor jeder Reinigung vom Netz trennen! Fassen Sie dazu den Netzstecker an
der Griffläche an und ziehen Sie niemals an der Netzleitung!
Beachten Sie bitte, dass Schäden, die durch manuelle Veränderungen an diesem Gerät verursacht werden,
nicht unter den Garantieanspruch fallen.
Kinder und Laien vom Gerät fern halten!
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG
Bei diesem Gerät handelt es sich um einen Drehmotor, mit dem sich Spiegelkugeln bis zu einem Maximal-
durchmesser von 100 cm drehen lassen. Die Maximalbelastung der Lastöse darf dabei keinesfallsm 40 kg
überschreiten. Die Sicherungsöse darf niemals belastet werden!
Dieses Produkt ist nur für den Anschluss an 220-250 V, 50 Hz Wechselspannung zugelassen und wurde
ausschließlich zur Verwendung in Innenräumen konzipiert.
Der Motor und die Spiegelkugel dürfen aus Sicherheitsgründen nie über einer Fläche montiert werden, auf
der sich Personen aufhalten können.
Achten Sie bei der Wahl des Installationsortes darauf, dass das Gerät nicht zu großer Hitze, Feuchtigkeit
und Staub ausgesetzt wird. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine Kabel frei herumliegen. Sie gefährden Ihre
eigene und die Sicherheit Dritter!
Das Gerät darf nicht in einer Umgebung eingesetzt oder gelagert werden, in der mit Spritzwasser, Regen,
Feuchtigkeit oder Nebel zu rechnen ist. Feuchtigkeit oder sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit kann die Isolation
reduzieren und zu tödlichen Stromschlägen führen. Beim Einsatz von Nebelgeräten ist zu beachten, dass
das Gerät nie direkt dem Nebelstrahl ausgesetzt ist und mindestens 0,5 m von einem Nebelgerät entfernt
betrieben wird. Der Raum darf nur so stark mit Nebel gesättigt sein, dass eine gute Sichtweite von
mindestens 10 m besteht.
Die Umgebungstemperatur muss zwischen -5° C und +45° C liegen. Halten Sie das Gerät von direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung (auch beim Transport in geschlossenen Wägen) und Heizkörpern fern.
Die relative Luftfeuchte darf 50 % bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 45° C nicht überschreiten.
Dieses Gerät darf nur in einer Höhenlage zwischen -20 und 2000 m über NN betrieben werden.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht bei Gewitter. Überspannung könnte das Gerät zerstören. Des Gerät bei
Gewitter allpolig vom Netz trennen (Netzstecker ziehen).
Achten Sie bei der Montage, beim Abbau und bei der Durchführung von Servicearbeiten darauf, dass der
Bereich unterhalb des Montageortes abgesperrt ist.
Nehmen Sie das Gerät erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie sich mit seinen Funktionen vertraut gemacht haben.
Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht von Personen bedienen, die sich nicht mit dem Gerät auskennen. Wenn Geräte
nicht mehr korrekt funktionieren, ist das meist das Ergebnis von unsachgemäßer Bedienung!

Reinigen Sie das Gerät niemals mit Lösungsmitteln oder scharfen Reinigungsmitteln, sondern verwenden
Sie ein weiches und angefeuchtetes Tuch.
Soll das Gerät transportiert werden, verwenden Sie bitte die Originalverpackung, um Transportschäden zu
vermeiden.
Beachten Sie bitte, dass eigenmächtige Veränderungen an dem Gerät aus Sicherheitsgründen verboten
sind.
Wird das Gerät anders verwendet als in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben, kann dies zu Schäden am
Produkt führen und der Garantieanspruch erlischt. Außerdem ist jede andere Verwendung mit Gefahren, wie
z. B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischem Schlag, Abstürzen verbunden.

Features
Spiegelkugelmotor
Zum Antrieb von Spiegelkugeln bis zu einem max. Gesamtgewicht von 40 kg • Dies entspricht bei
EUROLITE Spiegelkugeln einem Durchmesser von 100 cm • Die max. Tragfähigkeit bezieht sich immer auf
das tatsächliche Gewicht der Spiegelkugel incl. Spiegelkugelkette, Sicherungskette und Befestigungs-
material (z. B. Schraubkettenglied) • 1 Umdrehungen pro Minute • Lieferung mit Kaltgeräteanschlusskabel •
Für den professionellen Einsatz, z. B. in Diskotheken und Versammlungsstätten, müssen unbedingt die
Bestimmungen der BGV C1 (vormals VBG 70) eingehalten werden • Der Motor muss immer mit einer

Best.-Nr. 50301634.

INSTALLATION
Die Aufhängevorrichtungen der Spiegelkugel muss so gebaut und bemessen sein, dass sie 1 Stunde lang
ohne dauernde schädliche Deformierung das 10-fache der Nutzlast aushalten kann.
Die Installation muss immer mit einer zweiten, unabhängigen Aufhängung erfolgen. Diese zweite
Aufhängung muss so beschaffen und angebracht sein, dass im Fehlerfall der Hauptaufhängung kein Teil der
Installation herabfallen kann.
Während des Auf-, Um- und Abbaus ist der unnötige Aufenthalt im Bereich von Bewegungsflächen, auf
Beleuchterbrücken, unter hochgelegenen Arbeitsplätzen sowie an sonstigen Gefahrbereichen verboten.
Der Unternehmer hat dafür zu sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische und maschinentechnische Einrichtungen
vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme und nach wesentlichen Änderungen vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme durch
Sachverständige geprüft werden.
Der Unternehmer hat dafür zu sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische und maschinentechnische Einrichtungen
mindestens alle vier Jahre durch einen Sachverständigen im Umfang der Abnahmeprüfung geprüft werden.

Befestigung
Der Drehmotor sollte idealerweise außerhalb des Aufenthaltsbereiches von Personen installiert werden.
WICHTIG! ÜBERKOPFMONTAGE ERFORDERT EIN HOHES MAß AN ERFAHRUNG. Dies beinhaltet (aber
beschränkt sich nicht allein auf) Berechnungen zur Definition der Tragfähigkeit, verwendetes Installations-
material und regelmäßige Sicherheitsinspektionen des verwendeten Materials und der Spiegelkugel.
Versuchen Sie niemals, die Installation selbst vorzunehmen, wenn Sie nicht über eine solche Qualifikation
verfügen, sondern beauftragen Sie einen professionellen Installateur. Unsachgemäße Installationen können
zu Verletzungen und/oder zur Beschädigung von Eigentum führen.
Der Installationsort muss so gewählt werden, dass der Motor absolut horizontal an einem festen,
erschütterungsfreien, schwingungsfreien und feuerfesten Ort befestigt werden kann. Mittels Wasserwaage
muss überprüft werden, dass der Motor absolut horizontal befestigt wurde und die Motorenachse absolut
senkrecht nach unten zeigt.
Der Motor und die Spiegelkugel müssen außerhalb des Handbereichs von Personen installiert werden.
Wenn der Motor von der Decke oder hochliegenden Trägern etc. abgehängt werden soll, muss immer mit
Traversensystemen gearbeitet werden. Der Motor darf niemals frei schwingend im Raum befestigt werden.
Achtung: Spiegelkugeln können beim Herabstürzen erhebliche Verletzungen verursachen! Wenn Sie
Zweifel an der Sicherheit einer möglichen Installationsform haben, installieren Sie den Motor NICHT!
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass die Montagefläche mindestens die 10-fache Punktbelastung
der Belastbarkeit des Motors aushalten kann (z. B. 3 kg Belastbarkeit - 30 kg Punktbelastung).
Die Festigkeit der Installation hängt entscheidend von der Befestigungsunterlage (Bausubstanz, Werkstoff)
wie z. B. Holz, Beton, Gasbeton, Mauersteine ab. Deshalb muss das Befestigungsmaterial unbedingt auf
den jeweiligen Werkstoff abgestimmt werden. Erfragen Sie die passende Dübel/Schraubenkombination von
einem Fachmann unter Angabe der max. Belastbarkeit und des vorliegenden Werkstoffes.

Der Motor muss immer über alle Befestigungslöcher angebracht werden. Verwenden Sie geeignete
Schrauben und vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Schrauben fest mit dem Untergrund verbunden sind.
Vorgehensweise:
Schritt 1: An der Bodenplatte des Gerätes befinden sich die Befestigungslöcher zur Installation.
Schritt 2: Halten Sie das Gerät mit der Bodenplatte an die Stelle, wo es installiert werden soll.
Schritt 3: Markieren Sie Ihre Bohrlöcher mit einem Bleistift oder einem geeigneten Werkzeug.
Schritt 4: Bohren Sie die Löcher.
Schritt 5: Halten Sie das Gerät mit der Bodenplatte in der gewünschten Position und schrauben Sie es
fest.
Als Aufhängungsmaterial dürfen niemals scheuernde Materialien wie z. B. Stahlseile verwendet
werden, um eine Abnützung aufgrund der hohen Reibung zu verhindern.
Die Länge der verwendeten Kette darf niemals 100 cm überschreiten.
Befestigen Sie die Lastkette mit dem Schraubkettenglied an der Befestigungsöse der Spiegelkugel und
ziehen Sie die Feststellmutter gut fest.
Hängen Sie das vierte Glied der Lastkette mit der Spiegelkugel in dem Schraubkettenglied am Motor ein und
ziehen Sie die Feststellmutter gut fest.
Sichern Sie die Spiegelkugel bei Überkopfmontage immer mit einer Sicherungskette, die mindestens für das
12-fache Gewicht der Installation ausgelegt ist. Die Sicherungskette muss etwas länger als die verwendete
Spiegelkugelkette sein, so dass die Sicherungskette immer zugfrei bleibt. Hängen Sie die Sicherungskette in
der Sicherungsöse an der Spiegelkugel und in der Sicherungsöse am Motor ein.
An der Sicherheitsöse darf niemals eine Spiegelkugel oder eine andere Last angehängt werden. Nur an dem
Schraubkettenglied in der Befestigungsöse der Motorenachse darf eine Last angehängt werden. Sollte aus
irgendwelchen Gründen die Spiegelkugel an der Sicherungskette hängen, dann muss der Motor sofort
stillgelegt werden und die Spiegelkugel muss sofort abgehängt werden. Die gesamte Installation muss dann
von einem Sachverständigen auf Defekte untersucht werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Rotation der Spiegelkugel nicht durch Dekorationsteile etc. abgebremst oder
unterbrochen wird.
Achten Sie darauf, dass niemals Seitenkräfte auf die Installation einwirken können.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass am Montageort die Spiegelkugel nicht durch Luftströmung(en) ins Schwingen
geraten kann. Die Spiegelkugel und der Motor sind absolut schwingungsfrei aufzuhängen und zu betreiben.
Überprüfen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen, ob sich die Aufhängevorrichtung (z. B. Schlüsselringe, Schäkel
oder Schraubkettenglieder) oder Kettenglieder der Kette Verformungen aufweisen. In einem solchen Fall
hängen Sie die Spiegelkugel bitte sofort ab.
Anschluss ans Netz
Schließen Sie das Gerät über den Netzstecker ans Netz an.
Die Belegung der Anschlussleitungen ist wie folgt:

Der Schutzleiter muss unbedingt angeschlossen werden!

Wenn das Gerät direkt an das örtliche Stromnetz angeschlossen wird, muss eine Trennvorrichtung mit
mindestens 3 mm Kontaktöffnung an jedem Pol in die festverlegte elektrische Installation eingebaut werden.
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss die Einrichtung durch einen Sachverständigen geprüft werden!
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Der Unternehmer hat dafür zu sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische und maschinentechnische Einrichtungen
mindestens alle vier Jahre durch einen Sachverständigen im Umfang der Abnahmeprüfung geprüft werden.
Der Unternehmer hat dafür zu sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische und maschinentechnische Einrichtungen
mindestens einmal jährlich durch einen Sachkundigen geprüft werden.
Dabei muss unter anderem auf folgende Punkte besonders geachtet werden:
1) Alle Schrauben, mit denen das Gerät oder Geräteteile montiert sind, müssen fest sitzen und dürfen nicht
korrodiert sein.
2) An Gehäuse, Befestigungen und Montageort (Decke, Abhängung, Traverse) dürfen keine Verformungen
sichtbar sein.
3) Die elektrischen Anschlussleitungen dürfen keinerlei Beschädigungen, Materialalterung (z.B. poröse
Leitungen) oder Ablagerungen aufweisen. Weitere, auf den jeweiligen Einsatzort und die Nutzung
abgestimmte Vorschriften werden vom sachkundigen Installateur beachtet und Sicherheitsmängel
behoben.
Vor Wartungsarbeiten unbedingt allpolig vom Netz trennen!
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Das Gerät sollte regelmäßig von Verunreinigungen wie Staub usw. gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie zur
Reinigung ein fusselfreies, angefeuchtetes Tuch. Auf keinen Fall Alkohol oder irgendwelche Lösungsmittel
zur Reinigung verwenden!
Im Geräteinneren befinden sich außer der Sicherung keine zu wartenden Teile. Wartungs- und Service-
arbeiten sind ausschließlich dem autorisierten Fachhandel vorbehalten!
Sicherungswechsel
Wenn die Feinsicherung des Gerätes defekt ist, darf diese nur durch eine Sicherung gleichen Typs ersetzt
werden.
Vor dem Sicherungswechsel ist das Gerät allpolig von der Netzspannung zu trennen (Netzstecker
ziehen).
Vorgehensweise:
Schritt 1: Öffnen Sie den Sicherungshalter an der Geräterückseite mit einem passenden Schrauben-
dreher.
Schritt 2: Entfernen Sie die defekte Sicherung aus dem Sicherungshalter.
Schritt 3: Setzen Sie die neue Sicherung in den Sicherungshalter ein.
Schritt 4: Setzen Sie den Sicherungshalter wieder im Gehäuse ein.
Sollten einmal Ersatzteile benötigt werden, verwenden Sie bitte nur Originalersatzteile.
Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss sie durch eine besondere Anschluss-
leitung ersetzt werden, die von Ihrem Fachhändler erhältlich ist.
Sollten Sie noch weitere Fragen haben, steht Ihnen Ihr Fachhändler jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

will not accept liability for any resulting defects or problems.
If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (e.g. after transportation), do not switch it
on immediately. The arising condensation water might damage your device. Leave the device switched off

Always plug in the power plug last.
Never let the power-cord come into contact with other cables! Handle the power-cord and all connections
with the mains with particular caution!
Make sure that the available voltage is not higher than stated on the rear panel.
Make sure that the power-cord is never crimped or damaged by sharp edges. Check the device and the
power-cord from time to time.
Always disconnect from the mains, when the device is not in use or before cleaning it. Only handle the
power-cord by the plug. Never pull out the plug by tugging the power-cord.
Please consider that damages caused by manual modifications to the device are not subject to warranty.

OPERATING DETERMINATIONS
This device is a mirrorball motor for turning mirrorballs up to a maximum diameter of 100 cm. The maximum
load of the installation eyelet must not exceed 40 kg. The safety eyelet must never be used for loads.
This product is only allowed to be operated with an alternating voltage of 220-250 V, 50 Hz and was
designed for indoor use only.
The motor and the mirror-ball must never be installed over areas where persons may be seated or walk by.
When choosing the installation-spot, please make sure that the device is not exposed to extreme heat,
moisture or dust. There should not be any cables lying around. You endanger your own and the safety of
others!
This device must never be operated or stockpiled in sourroundings where splash water, rain, moisture or fog
may harm the device. Moisture or very high humidity can reduce the insulation and lead to mortal electrical
shocks. When using smoke machines, make sure that the device is never exposed to the direct smoke jet
and is installed in a distance of 0.5 meters between smoke machine and device. The room must only be
saturated with an amount of smoke that the visibility will always be more than 10 meters.
The ambient temperature must always be between -5° C and +45° C. Keep away from direct insulation
(particularly in cars) and heaters.
The relative humidity must not exceed 50 % with an ambient temperature of 45° C.
This device must only be operated in an altitude between -20 and 2000 m over NN.
Never use the device during thunderstorms. Over voltage could destroy the device. Always disconnect the
device during thunderstorms.
Make sure that the area below the installation place is blocked when rigging, derigging or servicing the
fixture.
Operate the device only after having familiarized with its functions. Do not permit operation by persons not
qualified for operating the device. Most damages are the result of unprofessional operation!
Never use solvents or aggressive detergents in order to clean the device! Rather use a soft and damp cloth.
Please use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
Please consider that unauthorized modifications on the device are forbidden due to safety reasons!

INSTALLATION
The installation of the mirrorball has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight
for 1 hour without any harming deformation.
The installation must always be secured with a secondary safety attachment. This secondary safety attach-
ment must be constructed in a way that no part of the installation can fall down if the main attachment fails.
When rigging, derigging or servicing the fixture staying in the area below the installation place, on bridges,
under high working places and other endangered areas is forbidden.
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by an
expert before taking into operation for the first time and after changes before taking into operation another
time.
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by an
expert after every four year in the course of an acceptance test.
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by a
skilled person once a year.

Attachment
The rotary motor should be installed outside areas where persons may walk by or be seated.
IMPORTANT! OVERHEAD RIGGING REQUIRES EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE, including (but not limited to)
calculating working load limits, installation material being used, and periodic safety inspection of all
installation material and the mirrorball. If you lack these qualifications, do not attempt the installation yourself,
but instead use a professional structural rigger. Improper installation can result in bodily injury and.or
damage to property.
The motor must only be installed in an absolutely horizontal position at a vibration-free, oscilation-free and
fire-resistant location. By using a water-level, make sure that the motor is installed absolutely horizontally
and that the motor axle points exactly to the bottom.
The motor and the mirrorball have to be installed out of the reach of people.
If the motor shall be lowered from the ceiling or high joists, professional trussing systems have to be used.
The motor must never be fixed swinging freely in the room.
Caution: Mirrorballs may cause severe injuries when crashing down! If you have doubts concerning the
safety of a possible installation, do NOT install the motor!
Before attaching the device, make sure that the installation area can hold a minimum point load of 10 times
the device's load (e.g. maximum load 3 kg - point load 30 kg).
The mirrorball motor must always be installed via all fixation holes. Do only use appropriate screws and
make sure that the srews are properly connected with the ground.
The durability of the installation depends very much on the material used at the installation area (building
material) such as wood, concrete, gas concrete, brick etc. This is why the fixing material must be chosen to
suit the wall material. Always ask a specialist for the correct plug/screw combination indicating the maximum
load and the building material.
Procedure:
Step 1: The fixation holes are located on the baseplate.
Step 2: Hold the baseplate onto the location where the device is to be installed.
Step 3: Mark the boreholes with a pen or a suitable tool.
Step 4: Drill the holes.
Step 5: Hold the baseplate in the desired position and tighten it.
The installation material must never include abrading material e. g. steel cables in order to avoid
material wearing.
The length of the chain must never exceed 100 cm.
Install the mirrorball chain with the screw-on chain link at the installation eyelet of the mirrorball and tighten
the fixation screw.
Insert the fourth chain link of the mirrorball chain with the mirrorball in the screw-on chain link and tighten the
fixation screw.
For overhead use, always install a safety chain on the mirrorball that can hold at least 12 times the weight of
the installation. The safety chain must be slightly longer than the mirrorball chain so that the safety chain will
always be tension-free. Pull the safety chain through the safety eyelet of the mirrorball and in the safety
eyelet of the motor.
There must never hang a mirrorball or other load at the safety eyelet. Loads must only be hanged at the
quick link of the installation eyelet at the motor axle. If a mirrorball hangs for any reason at the safety eyelet,

the motor must be taken out of operation immediately and the mirrorball must be uninstalled. The whole
installation has to be checked for defects by an expert.
Make sure that the rotation of the mirrorball is never slowed down or stopped by decoration material etc.
Make sure that no side forces can impact on the installation.
Make sure that the mirrorball cannot be moved by air streams. The mirrorball and the motor must be installed
and operated absolutely swivel free.
Please check in regular intervals, if the installation material (e. g. key ring, shackles or screw-on chain links)
or chain links have been deformed. Uninstall the mirrorball immediately in such a case.
Connection with the mains
Connect the device to the mains with the power-plug.
The occupation of the connection-cables is as follows:

The earth has to be connected!
If the device will be directly connected with the local power supply network, a disconnection switch with a
minimum opening of 3 mm at every pole has to be included in the permanent electrical installation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are inspected by an
expert after every four years in the course of an acceptance test.

The following points have to be considered during the inspection:
1) All screws used for installing the devices or parts of the device have to be tighly connected and must not
be corroded.
2) There must not be any deformations on housings, fixations and installation spots (ceiling, suspension,
trussing).
3) The electric power supply cables must not show any damages, material fatigue (e.g. porous cables) or
sediments. Further instructions depending on the installation spot and usage have to be adhered by a
skilled installer and any safety problems have to be removed.
Disconnect from mains before starting maintenance operation!

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!

There are no servicable parts inside the device except for the fuse. Maintenance and service operations are
only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
Replacing the fuse
If the fine-wire fuse of the device fuses, only replace the fuse by a fuse of same type and rating.
Before replacing the fuse, unplug mains lead.
Procedure:
Step 1: Open the fuseholder on the rearpanel with a fitting screwdriver.
Step 2: Remove the old fuse from the fuseholder.
Step 3: Install the new fuse in the fuseholder.
Step 4: Replace the fuseholder in the housing.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
If the power supply cable of this device becomes damaged, it has to be replaced by a special power supply
cable available at your dealer.

Attention:
Tout dommage occasionné par la non observation des instructions de montage ou d'utilisation n'est
pas couvert par la garantie.
L'appareil ne devrait pas être mis en service lorsqu'il à été transporté d'un endroit froid à un endroit chaud. Il
se forme de la condensation qui pourrait endommager l'appareil. Laissez celui-ci atteindre la température
ambiante avant de le mettre en service.

La construction de l'appareil est conforme aux normes de sécurité de catégorie I. La fiche au secteur doit
seulement être branchée avec une prise de courant adaptée.
La fiche au secteur doit toujours être branchée en dernier lieu.
Ne laissez pas les câbles d'alimentation en contact avec d'autres câbles. Soyez prudent; lorsque vous
manipulez les câbles et les connexions, vous êtes soumis à des risques d'électrocutions! Ne manipulez
jamais les partys sous tension avec les mains mouillées!
Assurez-vous que la tension électrique ne soit pas supérieure à celle indiquée au dos de l’appareil. Mettez le
câble d'alimentation seulement dans des prises adaptées.
Prenez garde de ne pas coincer ou abimer le câble d'alimentation. Contrôler l'appareil et les câbles
d'alimentation régulièrement.
Débranchez l'appareil lorsque vous ne l'utilisez pas et avant de le nettoyer. Pour ce faire, utilisez les
surfaces de maintien sur la fiche; ne tirez jamais sur le câble.
Toute modification effectuée sur cet appareil annule la garantie.

EMPLOI SELON LES PRESCRIPTIONS
Cet appareil est un moteur rotatif, avec lequel on peut tourner des boules à facettes jusqu'un diamètre
maximal de 100 cm. La charge maximale d'œillet de suspension ne doit pas dépasser en aucun cas 40 kg.
Ne jamais charger l'œillet de sécurité!
Cet appareil doit être connecté avec une tension alternative de 220-250 V, 50 Hz et a été conçu pour un
usage dans des locaux clos.
Le moteur et la boule de facettes ne doivent jamais être installés sur des espaces avec de trafic publicitaire.
Quand choisir le place d'installation, évitez toutefois les endroits humides, poussiéreux ou trop chauds.
Assurez-vous que les câbles ne traînent pas au sol. Il en va de votre propre sécurité et de celle d'autrui.
L'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé ou stocké dans un environnement humide, dans lequel on doit s'attendre à
des projections d'eau, la pluie, l'humidité ou au brouillard. L'humidité ou une humidité de l'air très élevée peut
réduire l'isolation et mener à des électrocutions mortelles. Lors de l'utilisation de machines à fumée il faut
faire attention à ce que l'appareil ne soit jamais exposé directement au jet de fumée et qu'il soit mis en
service au moins 0,5 m éloigné d'une machine de fumée. L'espace doit être saturé de fumée seulement
aussi fort de sorte qu'il a ait encore une bonne vue d'au moins 10 m.
Il faut que la température ambiante soit entre -5° C et +45° C. Ne pas exposer l'appareil directement aux
rayons solaires (lors d'un transport dans un véhicule fermé par exemple).
Lors d'une température ambiante de +45° C l'humidité relative atmosphérique ne doit pas dépasser 50 %.
Cet appareil ne peut être mis en service qu'à une altitude entre -20 et 2000 m au-dessus le niveau de la mer.
N'utilisez pas l'appareil pendant un orage, puisqu'un survoltage pourrait détruire l'appareil. Lors d'un orage,
séparez l'appareil du secteur avec tous les pôles (tirer la fiche secteur).
N'utilisez l'appareil qu'après avoir pris connaissance de ses fonctions et possibilités. Ne laissez pas des
personnes incompétentes utiliser cet appareil. La plupart des pannes survenant sur cet appareil sont dues à
une utilisation inappropriée par des personnes incompétentes.
Ne nettoyez pas l'appareil avec des produits de nettoyages trop puissants ou abrasifs. Utilisez un chiffon
doux, humide.
