•Observe safety precautions when handling this unit. This equipment operates with dangerous voltages and
currents.
•Always disconnect power before opening covers or removing any part or module of this unit.
• Prior to checking out or working on the switch mode supply, disconnect all the R.F. power amplifiers. Some of
the R.F. power amplifier transistors are encased in Beryllium Oxide (BeO). This substance is harmless as is,
but becomes very dangerous if ground to a powder. These devices, once failed, cannot be disposed of by
normal means and special procedures of disposal must be observed.

feet. Clear the mouth and the throat of any obvious obstruction.
•Kneel on one side of the victim, level with his head. L FT THE JAW AND

•One of the following may now happen:
⇒Breathing may begin and consciousness return.
⇒Breathing may begin, but consciousness may NOT return. Turn the
victim on his side and ensure that the airway is kept clear.
⇒Breathing may return, but be NO SY, which means that the airway is
not fully clear. Try to clear the airway.

⇒Check that the head is still tilted back.
⇒Take a deep breath.
⇒Pinch the victim’s nose and blow firmly into his mouth. As you do, his
chest will R SE (figure 2).
⇒Turn your head away and take another breath, watching for the chest
to FALL (figure 3).
•Start with two quick deep breaths and then continue with one breath every
five seconds (i.e. 12 times a minute). This should be continued until the
victim revives or a doctor certifies death.
•As consciousness returns, the victim will start to breathe on his own and a
‘pink’ color replaces the ‘blue’ look. This is the time to stop
resuscitation. Continue to hold his chin up and so keep the airway
clear.
•n the case of injuries to the mouth, it may be necessary to use mouth-to-
nose resuscitation. Seal the victim’s mouth with your cheek and blow firmly into his nose, proceeding as
above.
•n any case it is ESSENT AL to commence resuscitation W THOUT DELAY and to send for medical assistance
immediately.

respiratorie siano libere.
•La vittima potrebbe riprendere a respirare, ma in modo rumoroso o con
colpi di TOSSE, il che significa che le vie respiratorie non sono del tutto
libere. Cercare di liberare le vie respiratorie.

•Controllare che la testa sia inclinata all’indietro.
•Prendere fiato profondamente.
•Stringere il naso della vittima e soffiare nella sua bocca; il torace della
vittima si gonfierà (figura 2).
•Girare subito la propria testa e prendere ancora fiato e guardare che il
petto della vittima si sgonfi (figura 3).

Questo dovrebbe continuare fino a quando la vittima viene rianimata o fino a
quando un medico non ne certifichi la morte.

colorito dal “blu” tenderà al “rosa”. La rianimazione dovrà in tal caso essere
interrotta.
Continuare a tenere il mento sollevato e mantenere libere le vie respiratorie.
•n caso di ferite alla bocca è necessario praticare la respirazione bocca-naso. Chiudere la bocca della vittima
e soffiare nel suo naso, procedendo come sopra.
•n ogni caso è ESSENZ ALE praticare la rianimazione SENZA NDUG O ed è necessario portare
immediatamente la vittima in ospedale dove gli potrà essere prestata assistenza medica.

•The Series ETL3100 Television Transmitter provides all the necessary features defined by the DVB-T, DVB-H,
DVB-T2, ATSC and SDB-T standards, as well as the analog TV standards.
Three band are provided to easily complain with all standard channels, and switch softly from analog-TV
“world” to DVB-T/H, DVB-T2, ATSC or SDB-T transmission.

DVB-T2 is a digital terrestrial transmission system developed by the DVB Project. t is the most advanced such
system in the world and introduces the latest modulation and coding techniques to enable highly efficient use
of valuable terrestrial spectrum for the delivery of audio, video and data services.
As with its predecessor, DVB-T2 uses OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplex) modulation, with a large
number of sub-carriers delivering a robust signal. DVB-T2 uses the same coding that was selected for DVB-S2.
LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) coding combined with BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquengham) coding offers
excellent performance in the presence of high noise levels and interference.
Several options are available in areas such as the number of carriers, guard interval sizes and pilot signals, so
that the overheads can be minimized for any target transmission channel. A new technique, called Rotated
Constellations, provides significant additional robustness in difficult channels.
