ES2088 Rotary Pumping Dispenser Manual
1. Package contains the following items：
zES2088 Rotary Pumping Dispenser
zPower Cord
zTeflon Tube
zDispensing Pen
zStartup Kit
zFoot Pedal or Finger Switch
2. Hardware Setup：
a. Connect the Power Cord on the back of the system and switch the power on. Please make sure all the display
and light indicator are working properly. (110V-240V full voltage)
b. Connect the Foot Pedal on the back of the system or Finger Switch on the front of the system.
c. Place the teflon tube inside the rotary pump.
d. Insert the front end of the teflon tube inside the dispensing pen, if you have finger switch please attach it on the
dispensing pen.
e. Turn on the main power switch before use.

3. Control Setting：
1….. Power Button System power, switch on and the power light will light up.
2….. Training Button Press down to active the trainning mode
3….. Dispense Button Press this button to activate the dispensing process
4….. Fast Switch Switch left to rotate Rotary Pump counter clockwise continuously,
right side will rotate clockwise.
5….. Rotate Speed Button Set the Rotary Pump rotating speed (0 – 50)
6….. Rotate Speed Display Display currently rotary speed
7….. Counter Clockwise Button Press down to active the Rotary Pump rotating counter clockwise
8….. Clockwise Button Press down to active the Rotary Pump rotating clockwise

9….. Timer Setting (Up) Increase the number on the timer setting
10…..Function Button Press to switch between Dispense and Reverse timer setting
11…..Timer Setting (Down) Decrease the number on the timer setting
12…..Reverse Time Display Display currently reverse time setting (0.01sec – 99.99sec)
13…..Dispense Time Display Display currently dispense time setting (0.01sec – 99.99sec)
14…..Finger Switch Port Connect with finger switch, insert to adapt
4. Operation：
a. Please insert and fasten the Teflon Tube inside the Rotary Pump correctly according to the figure 1.
b. Use Fast Switch to load the adhesive inside the Teflon Tube till the tip.
c. Press down the Training Button to active trainning mode to set the dispense time for each time.
d. If Adhesive is dripping off the tip between each dispensing, you can set the reverse time longer.
e. Please make sure the Rotary Pump rotating speed and direciton is correct.
f. Turn off the training mode, then the adhesive will dispense and reverse according the the timer setting.
g. Use Fast Switch to unload the adhesive inside the Teflon Tube back to the adhesive bottle to save usage.
5. Three main reasons that control the dispensing volume：

6. Maintenance and Precaution：
The dispenser is designed and built to be relatively maintenance free. To assure trouble free operation, the following
recommendations should be followed：
a. Please make sure the Teflon Tube is under good condition. If it is clogged or deformed, please replace it.
b. Make sure the Teflon Tube is fasten inside the Rotary Pump correctly, else it will clogged inside the Pump and
cause serious damage.
c. Teflon Tube will deform after long period of usage and causes inconsistent dispensing. Untie the Teflon Tube
inside the Rotary Pump and relocate it with good condition section.
d. Use only Amyl Alcohol to clean outside surface of the main housing.
e. Please take off the Teflon Tube with needle after use and rinse through solvent.

7. Troubleshooting：

8. Limited warranty：
Ever Sharp warrants this product to the original purchaser for a period of one year from date of purchase to be free from
material and workmanship defects but not normal wear-and-tear, abuse and faulty installation. Defective product or
subassembly and components under warranty will be repaired or replaced (at Ever Sharp option) free of charge. Customer
with defective product under warranty must contact the nearest Ever Sharp office or distributor to secure a return
authorization prior to shipping the product to the assigned Ever Sharp authorized service center. For nearest Ever Sharp
