Putting the phone in operation
Insert your fingernail into the slot under the back
cover of the phone and remove the cover. Insert
the SIM card into the SIM card slot and eventually
the memory card, if purchased, to the TF slot.
Insert the battery. The metal contacts of the
battery must face the contacts in the phone.

Replace the battery cover.
Charging the battery
Connect the charger to the USB connector.
or put the phone in the charging cradle. The
charging will start automatically. The phone can be
charged both on and off The battery charge status
is indicated on the phone screen.
Turning phone on/off
To switch on, hold down the red button (16) until
the phone switches on. (You may be prompted to
enter a PIN if PIN protection is turned on). When
you switch on for the first time, you are asked to
select the language of the phone. After turning the
phone on and selecting the language, the phone
is ready for common use, i.e. it is in the standby
mode.
To switch off, press and hold the red button (16)
until the phone switches off.
Call
In standby mode, enter a phone number and
press the call key (9) to start a call.
Press the red button (16) to end or refuse the call.

MENU
To enter, press the left function button (8).
PHONEBOOK
Add new contact
Select Menu/Phonebook and press LB (8), or
press the right function button RB (17) Names in
the standby mode. Using the Up/Down button
(18), select Add New Record and confirm by
pressing LB (8). Select the storage location (SIM
card or phone). After entering the name and the
phone number, press the LB button (8) to save the
contact.
Search for a saved contact / call
Select Menu/Phonebook or the right function RB
button (17) in the standby mode. To search, enter
the contact's name or use the Up/Down button
(18) to scroll through the list. After searching the
contact, press the Call button (9) for calling or LB
(8) for the following options.
Display – displays selected contact details
and allows you to edit the contact
Send SMS – allows you to write and send an
SMS to a selected contact
Send MMS – allows you to write and send an
MMS to a selected contact

Call – makes a call to a selected contact
Edit – allows you to edit the contact
Delete – removes selected contact
Copy – allows you to copy
contacts from SIM to phone memory and vice
versa and import and export contacts.
Select more – enables to send an SMS to more
contacts or to delete several contacts at one time
Add to Blacklist – by activating this function, you
prevent the contact from calling you
Add to button – setting the speed dial for M1 and
M2 buttons
Settings – allows you to view the memory
status, the preferred storage, to set the speed dial,
Top10 contacts, or
other functions
Speed Dial
Select Menu/Phonebook or the right function RB
button (17) in the standby mode. Select any
contact, press LB (8) and select Contact
Settings/Speed Dial. Activate the function and set
the numbers. It is possible to set and store 8
speed dial numbers here, which correspond to
numbers 2-9.
After activating speed dialing in standby mode,
press and hold one of the 8 alphanumeric keys
and the phone dials the corresponding phone

number.
PHOTO CONTACTS
To eight contacts, you can add a photo of the
called person and use speed dial for calling them.
Add new photo contact
In the standby mode, select the Photo Contacts
button (14). Select one out of eight contacts, and
select Edit by pressing LB (8). Enter the name,
number and the caller picture from the file or from
the camera, and save it.
Calling to a photo contact
In the standby mode, select the Photo Contacts
button (14). Select one out of eight contacts, and
make a call by pressing the Call button (9).
MESSAGES
The phone allows receiving and sending SMS and
MMS messages. When entering the menu, the
following is displayed:
Write message – create and send a new SMS
Inbox – received messages
Drafts - messages saved for later
work
Outgoing messages – messages for sending
Sent messages – sent messages
Delete messages – used for message deleting

Setting the operator messages – special setting,
requires operator’s support
SMS templates – a default list of messages
Settings – allows you to set
preferred storage, memory status, etc.
Write message
Select Menu/Messages/New. Enter message text.
Using the # button (13) you can switch between
lowercase/uppercase/numbers, and * button (11)
can be used to enter special symbols. Press LB
(8), enter the phone number manually or you can
select it from the contact list, and select Send.
Read message
To read messages Select Menu/Messages/Inbox,
select the appropriate message and press LB (8)
for displaying.
CALL HISTORY
Select Menu/Call History. From the main menu,
enter the Call History, which displays missed calls,
dialed numbers and incoming calls
MULTIMEDIA
1. FM radio
Select Menu/Multimedia/FM Radio.

Using Up/Down buttons (18), turn the radio on/off.
Using Left (11) / Right (13) buttons, shift the
frequencies.
Using the LF button (8), you display the following
options:
Station list: displays a list of manually or
automatically searched stations.
Manual insertion: You can manually enter the
station frequency. To enter 89.9 press "89 #9".
Auto search: Searches stations automatically.
The stations are saved under 1-9 buttons.
Setting: background playback option. Select
using # or * buttons, and confirm by LB (8).
2. Audio player
The phone allows you to play music files, such as
MP3s.
3. Answerphone
Select Menu/Multimedia/Answerphone. Using the
LB button (8), you can start recording, playing,
change the storage location or the file format.
4. Camera
Press the Camera button (15) or
Menu/Multimedia/Camera to turn on the
incorporated camera. Press the Camera button
(15) to take a picture. Press the LB button (8) to

enter the menu where images can be viewed or
camera settings can be changed.
5. Photo browser
Select Menu/Multimedia/Photo Browser. Select
the picture and press LB (8) to display, send, re-
name, delete, etc. the picture.
USER PROFILES
Select Menu/User Profiles. You can select from
four profiles: Main, Silent, Meeting, Outdoors. The
settings can be adapted to specific events or
environments.
SETTING
Select Menu/Settings to enter.
1. Phone settings
Select Menu/Settings/Phone settings. Using this
function, the following parameters can be set:
Time and date - Time and date setting,
timezone and format setting.
On/Off planning
Language – Set the phone language and the
default language for writing texts.
Display properties – setting the background and

information shown on the display
Automatic time setting – set to On or Off
LCD/key backlight – setting the time after which
the LCD and keypad go out, setting the LCD
brightness
Setting wizard – setting of time, date and
ringtone using the quick wizard
2.Call settings
Select Menu/Settings/Call Settings
Calling ID: Activate or deactivate this function.
Second call: Activate or deactivate this function,
select the option to check the current settings of
this function.
Call divert: Specify whether and in what
situations the incoming calls to your mobile phone
should be redirected to another specified phone
number.
Call barring: Block numbers that you dial or that
call you.
Advance settings: Here, you can turn on the call
time notification, repeated dialing, and call
answering method.
Call duration reminder.
Note:Some features require operator support.
3.GPS
This function enables to send the current position

of the phone using SMS to a smartphone. Select
Menu/Settings/GPS.
GPS status: select On
GPS numbers: manually or from the list, set
numbers which can get the phone position.
Getting the GPS position
From a smartphone (the number must be in the
GPS number list), send an SMS with the form
GPS or LOC to EasyPhone FP device. In a few
minutes, you receive an SMS containing the
phone location reference.
4.Flight mode
Turns off all phone transmitters. Select
Menu/Settings/Flight Mode.
5.GPRS mode
Here, you can turn on/off the GPRS data. Active
data enable faster phone localization using GPS
at an SOS alarm.
6.Voice mail server
Voice mail setting.
7.Security
To protect personal data, you can set the security
of the SIM card or the phone.
8.Reset settings

After entering the password "0000", the phone will
be reset.
ORGANIZER
1. Calendar
You can view the date, add an appointment,
delete an appointment, etc. in the calendar.
2. Calculator
This feature offers the usual calculator functions,
including plus, minus, multiplication, and division.
3. Alarm
5 alarms can be set in the alarm clock with repeat,
snooze or alert type.
4. Task list
Setting tasks and their reminder.
5. File manager
File manager manages files on your phone and
external memory card.
SOS SETTINGS
This function allows you to automatically send a
warning SMS and call the set numbers after
pressing the SOS button (4). Select
Menu/Settings/SOS Settings.
