BEFORE USING THE SCALE
To enable youto use this scale correctly, we suggest that youread this manualcarefully.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Please keep scaleina cooland dry place. Donot store at high temperatures.
2. Do not allowany liquids to come into or contact with the scale.If itis happened, wipe the scale
dry with a cloth.
3. Avoid objects impacting with the scale.Do notdrop loads ontothe scaleor subject the weigh
pan to any strongshock loads.
4. The loadplaced on the weigh pan must not exceed the maximumweighingcapacity of the
scale.
5. If the scaleisnot going to be used for some time, please clean it and store itin aplastic bag in
dry conditions. Adesiccant sachet may be included to prevent moisture buildup.
PREPARING TO USETHE SCALE
1. For accurate weight readings locate the scaleon a firmlevelsurface free fromvibrations.
2. Avoid operatingthe scale in direct sunlight or drafts of any kind.
3. Remove any weight that might be on the weigh pan before the scaleis switched on and avoid
leaving weight on the pan forlong periods of time.
4. Once the scale has been switched on, it willgo through a LCD display test and then re-zeroto
be readyfor use.
5. The scalerequires 15~20minutes warming up the machine before operation to ensure best
accuracy.
6. Please note when symbolappears on the screen, the dry batteries need to be replaced.
7. All goods weighed should be placed in the centre of the weigh pan for accurate weighing. The
overalldimensions ofthe goods being weighed should not exceed the dimension of theweigh
pan.

recharged for turn on again.

CHAPTER 2 OPERATION
2-1 MACHINE ON
Turn on machine by pressing ON/OFF power switch. Then, the display willcount down and
revert to zero.
FIf themachine is equipped with “PRINTER & RS232”options, the displaywillappear the card no.
and revert to zero.
2-2 MACHINE OFF
Turn off machine by pressing ON/OFFpower switch.
FThe “HighPrecisionCountingScale”can also be switched standbykey ( ).
Please press key until display appears “”if you don‘t use the scalefor ashort
while. In this way, the machine can be kept in a warm-up condition. When you continue to use
the scale, press key once more, the scale willbeon again.
«Use the standby key onlylet you save warm-up time before operation. But please be reminded
that the power is stillinthe consumption when you press “standby”key. If you don’t use the
scalefor a long period of time, you’d better toturn themain power off by the ON / OFF switch.
