ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before beginning assembly, carefully read
the following information and instruction:
Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the
packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing
material until assembly is completed.
Tighten all parts as you assemble them, unless
instructed to do otherwise.
As you assemble the slant board, make sure all
parts are oriented as shown in the drawings.
The following tools (not included) are requi-
red for assembly:
Two adjustable wrenches
One rubber mallet
One standard screwdriver
One Phillips screwdriver
The following tools are recommended: A set of
open-end or closed-end wrenches, or a set
of ratchet wrenches.

Make Things Easy for Yourself
This manual is designed to ensure that the slant
board can be assembled successfully. Assembly
requires 2 people. Please set aside plenty of time to
assemble.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 Fasten Back Rest (3) to Main Frame (1) with 4 Back Rest Mounting Hardware (9).
STEP 2 Connect Support Leg (2) to Main Frame (1) with longest Bolts and
Nuts (9).
STEP 3 Slide Incline Stabilizer Bar (10) into Support Leg (2). Fasten with
Adjustment Crossbar (7) at desired height and tighten with Knob (8).
STEP 4 Slide Foam Rolls (4) onto Adjustment Crossbar (7).
STEP 5 Slide Upper Crossbar (6) through Support Leg (2).
STEP 6 Slide 2 1” Round End Cap (5) on Upper Crossbar (6) one on either side of
Support Leg (2).
STEP 7 Attach Foam Rolls (4) on Upper Crossbar (6).
