General assembly instructions
• Read instructions thoroughly before commencing assembly
• For best results assemble on level, solid ground so as to avoid buckling the chassis which may affect
alignment of the wall and ceiling panels
• On initial assembly, hand tighten all nuts and bolts then once full assembly has been completed,
tighten again with socket/spanner
• Keep all components and packaging if you plan to demount, move and reassemble in new location
The tools you will need
• 13mm spanner
• 13mm + 19mm socket spanners
• Screw driver
Safety notes
Please review all safety implications before commencing installation including suitability of desired location,
local hazards, access and personnel involved in assembly. If in any doubt seek professional advice. Due care
should be taken when lifting, assembling and demounting the unit.
General notes after assembly
• For demounting and relocating in flat-pack condition, using the original packaging is recommended
Terms explained
• Capture nuts – This refers to nuts that are pre-attached to the component.
• Chassis – The main floor component
• Hand tighten – Tightened by hand so secure to hold in place but loose enough to allow for
small movement
• Demounted – When the unit is disassembled and returned to its original flat-packed state

Remove the travelling brackets by unscrew the 4 bolts
using a 19mm socket spanner.

Lift off the roof section and place away from chassis so
you have room to work.

Remove the components and panels. Discard the
packaging and wooden packing blocks.
STEP

Install the end wall panel (The one without the door or
ventilation grilles). Affix to floor chassis using x2 13mm
bolts, washers and captive nuts.

Install the first sidewall which is in 2 sections. Affix
the first panel to the end wall using x3 13mm bolts,
washers and captive nuts. Affix to the floor chassis
using x2 13mm bolts, washers and captive nuts.

Install the second panel to complete the side wall
by affixing to the floor chassis using x2 13mm bolts,
washers and captive nuts.

Install the panel linking strip to join the two wall
panels using x6 13mm bolts, washers and captive nuts.

Install the second wall panel repeating steps 5, 6 and 7.

Install the end wall/door panel by affixing to the side
walls using x3 13mm bolts, washers and captive nuts
and to the floor chassis using x2 13mm bolts, washers
and captive nuts.
Once secure, unlock the door to access the unit.

Before installing the end wall/door panel, remove the
keys that are taped to the panel.
TOP TIP – Keep the door locked during installation and
work with one person in the unit and one outside.

Insert the x4 rubber bungs into the holes in the
roof panel.
STEP

Install the handles by aligning them with pre-drilled
holes. Use x2 screws, washers and nuts.
STEP

Install the roof section by lifting it and sliding it into
place. The panel will slot into place ready for securing
from the inside. Use 13mm bolts, washers and nuts to
affix the roof to all 4 wall panels.

Now’s the time to check all the bolts are secured tightly.
