Vorarbeiten
- Sitzbank und Tank demontieren
- Kühlflüssigkeit ablassen (Siehe Bedienungsanleitung)
- Linker Kühler demontieren
Montage
- Lüfter (1) mit den Schrauben (6) auf den Lüfterhalter (5) montieren (Bild A)
- Auf die im Bild (A) gezeigte Kabelführung (10) achten
- Lüfterhalter und Lüfter mit den Blindnieten (7) am linker Kühler in den dafür
vorgesehenen Löchern (11) montierten (Bild B)
- Der Thermoschalter (3) mit dem Alu Dichtring (4) wird in den linken Kühler
angeschraubt. Siehe die Abbildung (C)
Hinweis:
- Auf saubere und knickfreie Verlegung der Kabel achten
- Kabelstrang mit Kabelbindern sichern
- Lüfterkabelstrang am Thermoschalter (3) und am Lüfter anschließen
- Linker Kühler montieren
- Lüfterkabelstrang an dem freien Stecker des Hauptkabelstrangs (2) anstecken

Nacharbeiten
- Kühlsystem befüllen (Siehe Bedienungsanleitung)
- Lüfter auf Funktion überprüfen
- Sitzbank und Tank montieren

Package contains the following items:

1x fan bracket (5)
4x screws (6)
4x blind rivets (7)
Preparations
- Dismantle the seat and tank
- Drain the coolant (see the owner's manual)
- Dismantle the left-hand radiator
Assembly
- Mount the fan (1) on the fan holder (5) using the screws (6) (Figure A)
- Ensure that the fan cable (10) is positioned as shown in (Figure A)
- Mount the fan holder with the mounted fan on the left-hand radiator, inserting
the four blind rivets (7) included in the package, in the available holes on both
sides of the radiator (11) (Figure B)
- Screw the thermoswitch (3) with the aluminium seal ring (4) into the left-hand
radiator but first unscrew the protective cap from the corresponding hole from
the bottom of the radiator (Figure C)
Note:
- Ensure that the cables are routed properly and without kinks
- Secure the wiring harness using cable ties
- Connect the fan wiring harness (2) to the thermoswitch (3) and push the
connectors until they click
- Mount the left-hand radiator
- Connect the fan wiring harness to the vacant connector of the main wiring
harness (2) (Figure D)
Final steps
- Fill the cooling system and bleed as described in the Owner’s Manual
- Check that the fan is functioning properly
- Mount the seat and tank

Operazioni preliminari
- Smontare la sella e il serbatoio
- Scaricare il liquido di raffreddamento (vedere il manuale d'uso)
- Smontare il radiatore sinistro
Montaggio
- Con le viti (6) montare la ventola (1) sul relativo supporto (5) (Figura A)
- Assicurati che il cavo (10) sia posizionato come raffigurato in (Figura A)
- Monta il supporto e la ventola nella parte sinistra del radiatore utilizzando i
rivetti ciechi (7) nei fori disponibili in entrambe le parti (11) (Figura B)
- Avvita il termointerruttore (3) con l'anello di tenuta in alluminio nel radiatore
sinistro, ma prima assicurati di svitare il coperchio di sicurezza dal corrispondivo
foro nel radiatore (Figura C)
Nota:
- Assicurati che i cavi siano connessi correttamente e senza nodi
- Secure the wiring harness using cable ties
- Collega il cablaggio ventola (2) al termointerruttore (3) e spingi i connettori
finchè non scattano
- Monta il radiatore sinistro
- Collega il cablaggio ventola al connettore libero del cablaggio principale (2)

Operazioni successive
- Riempi il sistema di raffreddamento (consulta il manuale d'uso)
- Controlla che la ventola funzioni correttamente
- Monta la sella e il serbatoio

Travaux préalables
- Déposer la selle et le réservoir
- Vidanger le liquide de refroidissement (voir le manuel d'utilisation)
- Démonter le radiateur gauche
Montage
- Monter le ventilateur (1) avec les vis (6) sur le support de ventilateur (5) (A)
- Assurez-vous que le câble (10) est positionné comme indiqué sur la (Figure A)
- Montez le support du ventilateur et le ventilateur, sur le radiateur de gauche à
l'aide des rivets (7) aveugles dans les trous disponibles des deux côtés (11)
(Figure B)
- Vissez le thermocontact (3) avec la bague d'étanchéité en aluminium (4) dans
le radiateur de gauche mais dévissez d'abord le capuchon de protection du trou
correspondant dans le radiateur (Figure C)
Remarque:
- Assurez-vous que les câbles sont acheminés correctement et sans plis
- Fixez le faisceau de câbles à l'aide de serre-câbles
- Connecter le faisceau de câblage du ventilateur (2) au thermocontact (3) et
poussez les connecteurs jusqu'à ce qu'ils s'enclenchent
- Montez le radiateur de gauche
- Connectez le faisceau de câblage du ventilateur au connecteur libre du
faisceau de câblage principal (2) (Figure D)
Dernière étape
- Remplir le système de refroidissement (voir le manuel d'utilisation)
- Contrôler le fonctionnement du ventilateur
- Monter la selle et le réservoir

Trabajos previos
- Desmontar el asiento y el tanque
- Drene el refrigerante (consulte el manual del propietario)
- Desmontar el radiador izquierdo
Montaje
- Montar el ventilador (1) en el soporte del ventilador (5) con los tornillos (6) (A)
- Asegúrese de que el cable (10) está posicionado como se muestra en la (Figura A)
- Monte el soporte del ventilador y el ventilador en el radiador de la izquierda con
los remaches ciegos (7) en los orificios disponibles a ambos lados (11) (Figura B)
- Atornillar el termointerruptor (3) con el anillo de estanqueidad de aluminio (4)
en el radiador de la izquierda, pero desenroscar primero la tapa protectora del
orificio correspondiente del radiador (Figura C)
Nota:
- Asegúrese de que los cables se enrutan correctamente y sin torceduras
- Asegure el arnés de cableado utilizando carpetas de cables
- Conectar el cableado del ventilador (2) al termointerruptor (3) y presiona los
conectores hasta que hagan clic
- Montar el radiador izquierdo
- Conecte el arnés de cableado del ventilador al conector vacío del arnés de
cableado principal (2) (Figura D)
Medidas finale
- Rellenar el sistema de refrigeración (véase el manual de instrucciones)
- Comprobar que el ventilador funciona correctamente
- Montar el asiento y el tanque
