Hold the top bar
and lift the unit up.
(Bottom of the unit
has a third wheel,
top does not.)
Hold the top bar as
you are pulling the
lower bar.
While tilting the
unit forward push
the center wheel
assembly down
using your hand or
your foot.
(This will lock the
unit in place.)
Place the top pallet
on the pile.
Roll the EZturner to
the pile. The
EZturner rolls and
stands on the spring
loaded third wheel.
When moving, hold
the EZturner firmly
in case the spring
collapses.
Roll the EZturner
under the pile.
With two hands
push the slide down.
Holding the top
slide with left hand
tighten the two
lever screws and
lock the upper slide.
Please Note:The
Levers should be
turned snug not
tight .
There is a load
height gauge on the
lower right slide,
check what pin
setting the pointer
is pointing at.
When the pointer is
pointing towards
High Paper Pile
change all 4 pins to
high - 2 upper and 2
lower pins (failure
to change the pins
could result in
excess strain on
your arms).

With the EZturner you can turn the pile in under 1 minute
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN

When the pointer is
pointing towards
Low Paper Pile
change all 4 pins to
low - 2 upper and 2
lower pins.
To avoid pinching
your hand, Do not
place hand on the
fulcrum sub-assembly
and pull the bar.
Release the third
wheel lock by step-
ping on the lever.
Do not Turn Load
without releasing
the third wheel
lock.
The lower standing
bar comes out for
extra leverage. Hold
the top bar and step
on the lower bar.
By pulling and climb-
ing the bar you will
be able to tilt the
load. If you can not
tilt the load check
the pallet
specification sheet.
Let the load come
to a horizontal posi-
tion. Depending on
the load height, you
may have to push
down on the bar.
While pushing down
on the top bar, pull
the load towards you.
Stop the load in the
middle of the rail. Do
not pull all the way,
due to the center of
gravity the load could
fall towards you.
Go to the other
side of the
EZturner, hold the
top bar firmly and
push the load all the
way until it stops.
Slowly pull the load
up.
Holding the top bar
lift the unit upright
and step on the
lower bar with your
foot.

Let the EZturner lift
you for a smooth
landing.
The load is turned.
Pull out the
EZturner by holding
the top bar and the
lower bar.
Lay the unit down.
Go to the other
side and lift the unit
up.
Holding the top bar
and the lower bar
tilt the unit forward.
With your hand or
foot push the third
wheel down and
lock it.
EZturner is ready
for the next job.
For long storage and
moving the unit
across the shop lock
the third wheel with
the pin provided.
Make Sure this pin is
removed before
turning any load.
