SW80MC
Coordinatore meccanico per due ante battenti
Il coordinatore meccanico SW80MC è un dispositivo che serve per consentire una corretta chiusura delle due ante
di una porta battente, in modo che l’anta MASTER che apre per prima venga chiusa dopo la chiusura dell’anta
SLAVE, conformemente alla norma EN 1158.
Il coordinatore meccanico SW80MC è incluso all’interno delle automazioni per porte con due ante battenti realizzate a
misura (vedere i codici SW80S1D20MC e SW80S1D30MC) e ordinate mediante il modulo X105-2.
Per regolare il funzionamento del coordinatore meccanico è necessario seguire scrupolosamente le seguenti istruzioni.
Usare il disegno 1 per l’automazione SW80 con braccio articolato, con l’anta Master a sinistra e l’anta Slave a destra.
Usare il disegno 2 per l’automazione SW80 con braccio articolato, con l’anta Slave a sinistra e l’anta Master a destra.
Usare il disegno 3 per l’automazione SW80 con braccio scorrevole, con l’anta Master a sinistra e l’anta Slave a destra.
Usare il disegno 4 per l’automazione SW80 con braccio scorrevole, con l’anta Slave a sinistra e l’anta Master a destra.
1) L’automazione SW80S1D20MC e SW80S1D30MC viene fornita assemblata su misura. Per agevolare l’installazione
dell’automazione a parete, è possibile smontare i 3 componenti che formano il coordinatore meccanico.
- Mediante le 2 viti (A) e le 3 viti (B) si smonta e si rimonta l’asta di collegamento (F) delle automazioni MASTER e SLAVE. La
lunghezza dell’asta di collegamento (F) delle automazioni MASTER e SLAVE viene calcolata mediante la formula indicata in
figura 3.
- Mediante la vite (C) e le 2 viti (D) si smonta e si rimonta il dispositivo dell’automazione MASTER.
- Mediante la vite (E) si smonta e si rimonta il dispositivo dell’automazione SLAVE.
2) Prima di rimontare il coordinatore meccanico, effettuare l’installazione dell’automazione come indicato nel capitolo 4 del
manuale di installazione D184. Aprire manualmente le 2 ante della porta e verificare che la chiusura a molla sia regolare.
3) Rimontare il coordinatore meccanico, come indicato di seguito.
- PORTARE LE 2 ANTE DELLA PORTA IN POSIZIONE DI CHIUSURA.
- Mediante la vite (E) fissare il dispositivo dell’automazione SLAVE nella posizione indicata in figura 1.
- Mediante la vite (C) e le 2 viti (D) fissare il dispositivo dell’automazione MASTER.
- Inserire completamente l’asta di collegamento (F) nel dispositivo SLAVE e fissarla mediante le 3 viti (B).
- Aprire manualmente l’anta SLAVE e agganciare l’asta di collegamento (F) nel dispositivo MASTER, come indicato in figura, e
fissarla mediante le 2 viti (A).
4) Per regolare l’angolo (X) di intervento del coordinatore meccanico procedere come indicato di seguito.
- APRIRE MANUALMENTE L’ANTA SLAVE A 90°.
- Aprire manualmente l’anta MASTER ad un angolo (X) che consente la chiusura dell’anta SLAVE, come indicato in figura 2.
- Nel dispositivo MASTER, svitare la vite (C) e ruotare manualmente la rondella (G) fino a toccare la staffa con molla (H), come
indicato in figura 3.
- Avvitare la vite (C) e verificare che l’anta MASTER si fermi.
- Rilasciare l’anta SLAVE in modo che si porti in posizione di chiusura, e verificare che l’anta MASTER si chiuda dopo il
passaggio dell’anta SLAVE.
- Ripetere manualmente l’apertura delle ante e verificare la corretta sequenza di chiusura.

Mechanical coordinator for two swing leaves
The mechanical coordinator SW80MC is a device that is used to allow correct closure of the two leaves of a swing
door, so that the MASTER leaf that opens first is closed after closing the SLAVE leaf, in accordance with the EN
1158 standard.
The mechanical coordinator SW80MC is included inside the automations for doors with two swing leaves, made to measure
(see codes SW80S1D20MC and SW80S1D30MC) and ordered using the X105-2 form.
To regulate the functioning of the mechanical coordinator it is necessary to strictly follow the following instructions.
Use drawing 1 for the SW80 automation with articulated arm, with the Master leaf on the left and the Slave leaf on the right.
Use drawing 2 for the SW80 automation with articulated arm, with the Slave leaf on the left and the Master leaf on the right.
Use drawing 3 for the SW80 automation with sliding arm, with the Master leaf on the left and the Slave leaf on the right.
Use drawing 4 for the SW80 automation with sliding arm, with the Slave leaf on the left and the Master leaf on the right.
1) The SW80S1D20MC and SW80S1D30MC automation is supplied assembled to measure. To facilitate wall installation, it is
possible to disassemble the 3 components that form the mechanical coordinator.
- Using the 2 screws (A) and 3 screws (B) the connecting rope (F) of the MASTER and SLAVE automations is disassembled and
reassembled. The length of the connecting rope (F) of the MASTER and SLAVE automations is calculated using the formula
shown in the figure 3.
- Using the screw (C) and the 2 screws (D) the MASTER automation device is disassembled and reassembled.
- Using the screw (E) the SLAVE automation device is disassembled and reassembled.
2) Before reassembling the mechanical coordinator, install the automation as indicated in chapter 4 of the D184 installation
manual. Manually open the 2 leaves of the door and check that the spring closure is regular.
3) Reassemble the mechanical coordinator, as indicated below.
- PLACE THE 2 DOOR LEAVES IN THE CLOSED POSITION.
- Using the screw (E) fix the SLAVE automation device in the position indicated in figure 1.
- Using the screw (C) and the 2 screws (D) fix the MASTER automation device.
- Fully insert the connecting rope (F) into the SLAVE device and fix it with the 3 screws (B).
- Manually open the SLAVE leaf and hook the connecting rope (F) into the MASTER device, as shown in the figure, and fix it
with the 2 screws (A).
4) To adjust the angle (X) of intervention of the mechanical coordinator proceed as follows.
- MANUALLY OPEN THE SLAVE LEAF AT 90°.
- Manually open the MASTER leaf at an angle (X) that allows the SLAVE leaf to be closed, as shown in the figure 2.
- In the MASTER device, unscrew the screw (C) and manually rotate the washer (G) until it touches the bracket with spring
(H), as shown in the figure 3.
- Screw the screw (C) and check that the MASTER leaf stops.
- Release the SLAVE leaf so that it moves to the closed position, and check that the MASTER leaf closes after the SLAVE leaf
has passed.
- Manually repeat the opening of the leaves and check the correct closing sequence.
