- Inserire la pompa nel coperchio (F).
- Comprimere la membrana (G) sulla supercie del grasso
ed introdurre la pompa no al fondo del fusto.
- Regolare e bloccare il coperchio sul fusto.
- Montare la pistola e collegare il tubo essibile (E) alla
pompa.
- Applicare un rubinetto ed eventualmente un regolatore
di pressione sul raccordo di entrata 1/4"G e collegare il
tubo dell'aria compressa .
- Regolare la pressione dell'aria compressa ad un 
per evitare pressioni eccessive ppoten-
zialmente pericolose per l'utilizzo.
- Aprire l'aria compressa ed azionare la pistola no alla
fuoriuscita del grasso.

- Il rapporto di compressione della pompa GP72 é 58:1.
Questo signica che il grasso esce dalla pompa ad una
pressione 58 volte superiore alla pressione di entrata
dell'aria compressa. Per evitare di provocare danni é vie-
tato superare la pressione massima consentita dell'aria
compressa.
- Chiudere sempre l'aria e scaricare il grasso in pressione
prima di lavorare sulla pompa o sull'impianto.
- Quando si opera a contatto con il prodotto da pompare
é necessario indossare guanti ed indumenti protettivi.
Consultare la scheda di sicurezza del prodotto.
- Non appoggiare la pistola di ingrassaggio contro parti
del corpo perché il grasso può penetrare nella pelle. Se
accidentalmente questo dovesse vericarsi, consultare
subito il medico.
- The pressure ratio of the pump GP72 is 58:1. This means
that grease comes out of the pump at a pressure 58
times higher than the inlet pressure of compressed air.
To prevent accidents from happening do not exceed the
max. permissible pressure of compressed air.
- Always close the air and relieve the grease in pressure
before any work to the pump or to the system is carried
out.
- When operating at contact with the product, wear gloves
and protective clothing. Consult the safety table of the
product.
- Do not lean the grease gun against the body as the
grease can penetrate the skin. In that accidental event,
seek immediate medical service.
 

Cela signie que la graisse sort de la pompe avec une

- Der Verdichtungsgrad der GP72 Pumpe beträgt 58:1.
Dies bedeutet, dass das Fett aus der Pumpe mit einem
Druck austritt, der 58mal größer als der Eintrittsdruck
der Druckluft ist. Zur Verhinderung von Schäden, ist
ein Überschreiten des maximal zulässigen Drucks der
Druckluft verboten.
- Druckluftzufuhr schließen und das unter Druck stehen-
de Fett ablassen, bevor auf der Pumpe oder der Anlage
gearbeitet wird.
- Beim Arbeiten in Berührung mit dem zu pumpenden
Produkt, sind Schutzhandschuhe und -kleidung
erforderlich. Dazu Sicherheitstabelle des Produktes
konsultieren.
- Fettpresse nicht an Körperteile anlehnen, da das Fett
in die Haut einzudringen vermag. Sollte dies zufälliger-
weise eintreten, dann ist sofort ein Arzt aufzusuchen.
 

      







- Insert the pump into the cover (F).
- Compress the follower plate (G) on the grease surface and insert
the pump down to the bottom of the drum.
- Regulate and lock the cover on the drum.
- Mount the pistol and connect the exible hose (E) to the pump.
- Fit a ball-tap and, if that is the case, an air regulator on the 1/4"
BSP inlet connection and connect the hose of the pressed air.
- Set the pressure of the pressed air to a maximum of 6 bar to prevent
excessive pressure potentially dangerous to use.
- Open the pressed air and operate the gun till the grease comes out.
- Thepneumaticmotorispre-lubricatedwithsilicongrease.Whenthepumpisusedundernormaloperatingcon-
ditions,itissufcienttotanairregulator(C).
- Forcontinuativeservices,werecommendyoutotaFRLlter,pressureregulator,lubricatoronthepump(C1).Set
max.1dropevery10minutes.
- Incentralizedsystems,pumpscanbefeededbydryairbymountingalubricatoronthepipeworkoronthepump.



       







- Insérer la pompe dans le couvercle (F).
- Comprimer le plateau suiveur (G) sur la surface de la graisse et
introduire la pompe jusqu'au bout/fond du fût.
- Régler et bloquer le couvercle sur le fût.
-
Monter la poignée et connecter le tuyau exible (E) à la pompe.
- Appliquer une vanne et éventuallement un régulateur de pres-
sion sur le raccord d'entrée 1/4" G et connecter le tuyau de l'air
comprimé.
-
Régler la pression de l'air comprimé pour un 
pour éviter une pression excessive potentiellement dangereux à utiliser.
- Ouvrir l'air comprimè et actionner la poignée jusqu'à ce que sorte
la graisse.
- Le moteur pneumatique est pre-lubriqué avec de graisse au silicon. Si la pompe est utilisée en conditiones
normales, il suft d'appliquer un régulateur de pression.
- Pour des services continus on conseille d'appliquer un FRL, ltre, régulateur de pression, graisseur (C1) sur la
pompe. Régler au maximum 1 goutte chaque 10 minutes. 

- Dans les installations centralisées les pompes peuvent être alimentées par air séche en montant un régulateur
sur la ligne ou sur la pompe.

- Bei Sammelschmieranlagen können die Pumpen mit Trockenluft gespeist werden, indem ein Schmierer auf dem
Verteilernetz oder auf der Pumpe montiert wird.
    






     



- Pumpe durch den Deckel (F) schieben.
- Membran (G) gegen die Fettoberäche drücken und die
Pumpe bis auf den Fassboden schieben.
- Fassdeckel einregulieren und arretieren.
- Fettpresse montieren und den Schlauch (E) mit der Pumpe
verbinden.
- Einen Hahn oder gegebenenfalls einen Druckregler auf dem Druc-
klufteinlass ¼” G anbringen und die Druckluftleitung anschließen.
- Druck der Druckluft  auf den hohen
Druck zu vermeiden potentiell gefährlich zu verwenden.
- Drucklufteinlass öffnen und die Pumpe bis zum Austreten
des Fettes betätigen.
 
 


Fettpresse.


 

- Druckluftzufuhr unterbrechen, sobald die Arbeitsschicht beendet
wird oder Wartungsarbeiten ausgeführt werden.
- Anschlüsse regelmäßig auf guten Sitz prüfen, um zu verhindern,
dass gegebenenfalls Lecks die Pumpe leerlaufen lassen.
- Schläuche ersetzen, sobald sie Schäden oder Verschleiß zeigen.
 
