Deze handleiding geeft u de nodige informatie over de montage en
installatie van het eindstation. Voer de instructies in de aangegeven
volgorde uit en neem de veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht. Voor vragen
staat Fancom gaarne tot uw dienst.

1.1 Inleiding
De MRK.1 is een eindstation speciaal ontwikkeld voor het links of
rechtsom schakelen van een 1-fasemotor in de agrarische sector. De
aansturing gebeurt door een 0-10V/10-0V signaal of een open-dicht
sturing.
De MRK.1 is voorzien van uitgebreide handbedieningsmogelijkheden.

1.3 Montage en installatie
Wanneer u het eindstation gaat monteren/installeren, moet u op het
volgende letten:
Schakel vóór het installeren de spanning uit.
1. Gebruik de op de aansluitschema's vermelde kabels en volg alle
aangegeven instructies op.
2. Hang het eindstation op een plaats waar het weer geen directe
invloed kan uitoefenen (niet in de felle zon of op plaatsen waar de
temperatuur hoog op kan lopen, enz.).
3. Monteer het eindstation nóóit binnen een afdeling, vanwege de
(hand)bediening.
4. Monteer het eindstation op een hoogte, waar u de handbediening
kunt gebruiken.
5. Monteer het eindstation op een vlakke ondergrond, met de wartels
naar beneden.
6. Kit, na het aansluiten van het eindstation, alle wartels goed af om
binnendringen van vocht, stof en/of agressieve gassen te voorkomen.
!Houdt u zich verder aan de regels van het energiebedrijf.
1.4 Eindschakelaars
Als u de eindschakelaars in het motorcircuit opneemt, dan moet u de
eindschakelaaraansluitingen op de MRK.1 print met elkaar door-
verbinden (zie Figuur 1).

About this manual
This manual contains information about the mounting and installation
of an end station. Read this manual carefully and follow all safety
instructions.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Fancom
dealer. The subjects discussed in this manual are listed in the table of

2.1 Introduction
The MRK.1 is an end station specially developed for clockwise or
counter clockwise switching of a 1-phase motor in the agricultural
sector. It is controlled by a 0-10V/10-0V signal or an open-close control.
The MRK.1 has extensive manual operation possibilities.

2.3 Mounting and installation
When mounting/installing the end station, observe the following:
Disconnect power before installation.
1. Use correct wires as shown on the connection diagrams and follow
all instructions.
2. Never mount the end station in a place where the weather has
direct influence (not in the sun, not in places where the temperature
can rise sharply etc.).
3. Never mount the end station in a room where animals are present
because of the (manual) control.
4. Mount the end station at such a height that the manual control can
be used.
5. Mount the end station on a flat surface; ensure that the gland nuts
are at the bottom of the computer.
6. Seal all gland nuts after connection of the end station to prevent
entry of dust, aggressive gases and/or humidity.

!Always observe the regulations of the electricity company.

If limit switches are included in the motor circuit, the limit switch
connections on the print should be connected (see Fig. 2).

Zur Anleitung
Diese Anleitung enthält Informationen zur Montage und Installation
der Endstation. Lesen Sie erst sorgfältig die Anleitung und beachten Sie
die Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Für weitere Fragen steht Ihnen Fancom gerne zur Verfügung.

3.1 Einleitung
Der MRK.1 ist eine Endstation speziell entwickelt für das links- und
rechtsherum Schalten eines 1-phasigen Servomotors im Agrarbereich.
Die Ansteuerung erfolgt über ein 0-10V/10-0V Signal oder eine Offen-

3.3 Montage und Installation
Beim Montieren/Installieren sollten Sie Folgendes beachten:
Vor dem Installieren die Spannung ausschalten.
1. Die in den Anschlussschaltbildern erwähnten Kabel verwenden und
die Anweisungen befolgen.
2. Die Endstation an einen wettergeschützten Platz montieren (nicht
in der prallen Sonne, nicht an Stellen, an denen die Temperatur
hoch ansteigen kann, u.s.w.).
3. Die Endstation nie in einem Abteil montieren im Zusammenhang
mit der (Hand-) Bedienung.
4. Die Endstation in Augenhöhe montieren, so dass die
Handbedienung gewährleistet ist.
5. Die Endstation auf einem flachen Untergrund montieren und dafür
sorgen, dass die Kabelverschraubungen sich immer an der
Unterseite befinden.
6. Nach dem Anschließen der Endstation alle Kabelverschraubungen
gut abdichten, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit, Staub,
und/oder aggressiven Gasen zu verhindern.
!Im Weiteren die Vorschriften des örtlichen Energieversorgungs-
betriebes beachten.
3.4 Endschalter
Falls Sie die Endschalter im Motorkreis aufnehmen, müssen Sie die
Endschalteranschlüsse auf der MRK.1 Platine miteinander verbinden
(siehe Abb. 3).

4.1 Introduction
Le MRK.1 est un périphérique spécialement développé pour la
connexion à gauche ou à droite d'un actionneur monophasé dans le
secteur agraire. Le contrôle se fait par un signal 0-10V/10-0V ou une
commande ouverture-fermeture.
Le MRK.1 a plusieurs possibilités de commande manuelle.
