This manual of instructions constitutes an integral part of product and it has to be edited by the end user for every
possible future consultation. It contains important informations about the safety use of the product.

2. TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE TOOLS

When using this air tool, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk to
personal injury:
Always wear safety glasses with side shields in accordance with applicable regulations.
Air powered equipment are capable of propelling materials such as metal chips, saw dust and other debris at
high speed, which could result in serious eye injury. Tool attachments can become loose or break and fly apart
propelling particles at the operator. Compressed air can be hazardous. The air stream can cause injury to soft
cause injury.
Always wear hearing protection in accordance with applicable regulations.
Long term exposure to noise produced from the operation of air tools can lead to permanent hearing loss.
Always wear protective gloves in accordance with applicable regulations.
Use protective mask during the use of the tool in accordance with applicable regulations.
Avoid prolonged and continuous use of the tool.
Prolonged exposure to tool vibrations can cause severe neurological and circulatory disorders.
Never exceed the maximum pressure rating of the tool. The maximum pressure rating of the tool is
reported in the technical specifications (Paragraph 2 of this user manual) and on the same tool.
Exceeding the MAX. pressure rating of tool could cause an explosion resulting in serious injury.

- Work in a clean, well ventilated area free of combustible materials.
- Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or other bottled gases as a power source for air tool.
WARNINGS
- Never carry the tool by the hose. Always hold the tool only from the the ergonomic handle it is endowed
- Never wear loose fitting clothes, or apparel, which contains loose straps or ties, etc. which could become
entangled in moving parts of the tool. Remove any jewelry, watches, identifications, bracelets, necklaces, etc.
which might become caught by the tool.
- Remove air hose when tool is not in use and store tool in secure location away in particular from reach of
children.
- Before removing the compressed air supply hose from the tool, make sure to have previously closed the tap
supply compressed air coming from the supply
- Remove air hose to lubricate or add attachments and accessories to the tool.
- Never operate tool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
- Do not use accessories designed for use without a manual as locking systems.
- Make sure that any attachments are securely assembled before to use the tool.
- Do not remove the labels placed on the tool.
3. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. AIR LINE:
Compressed air is cooled and its water content separated, as soon as the air leaves the compressor. A portion of the water content,
however, is condensed in the piping, and can enter the tool mechanism, and may cause trouble. So, install an air filter and an oiler
between the compressor and the tool. Use a 3HP or larger compressor.
USE:
WARNING
Before proceeding with the operation of lubrication, detachment/attachment, adjustment or installation of
accessories, disconnect the air supply hose from the tool, having first taken care to close the tap of
compressed air supply.
a) Drain water from air compressor tank and condensation from air lines. See air compressor s operation manual.
WARNING
Always use clean, dry air at 90 PSI (6.2 bars) maximum air pressure. Dust, corrosive fumes and/or
excessive moisture can ruin the internal components of a pneumatic tool.

c) Install the accessories verifying its integrity and that they are securely housed.
ATTENTION
- With this tool, use only accessories reccomanded from the producer.
- Do not use hand accessories because they are not endowed of
appropriate locking systems.
- Before assembly the accessories on the tool, always check the integrity
of their locking systems.
d) Turn air compressor on and allow air tank to fill.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE TOOL

ATTENTION
Clean the hose with a blast of compressed air before connecting the hose to air
tool. This will prevent both moisture and dust within the hose from entering the tool
and causing possible rust or malfunction.
Do not use damaged, frayed or deteriorated air hoses and fitting.
g) Speed selector. The tool has a speed selector switch LOW / HIGHT. Set the desired speed before starting the tool.
h) Press the lever placed on the tool handle to operate tool.
i) Release the same lever to stop the tool.
j) When job is complete, turn the air compressor off and store as described in the air compressor operator manual.
ATTENTION
The tool remains for few second after releasing the lever.
k) Storage. Avoid storing the tool in a location subject to high humidity. If the tool is left as it is used, the residual misture inside
the tool can cause rust. Before storing and after operation, oil the tool at the air inlet with spindle oil and run it for a short time.

LUBRIFICATION
Air tools require regular lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing use compressed air to
power the tool. Because moisture in compressed air will rust the air motor, you must lubricate the motor daily. An inline
oiler is recommended.
To lubricate the air motor manually:
Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so the air inlet faces up.
Depress the trigger and place one to two drops of air tool oil in the air inlet
Connect the tool to an air source, cover the exhaust end with a towel and run for a few
seconds.
Do not lubricate tools with flammable or volatile liquids such as kerosene, diesel or jet fuel.
If the tool does not start:
make sure that in the compressed air circuit there is really pressure;
check that all the valves are opened;
check all the connections of the air supply;
check if the safety valves are actived;
if the problem persists, the tool need to be repaired from qualified personell.
When the tool is not usable and not repairable, dispose it according to regulations of the place in order to safeguard the
environment.
ATTENTION
ALWAYS DISCONNECT AIR SUPPLY BEFORE LUBRICATING, INSTALLING, REMOVING OR
ADJUSTING THE TOOL.
ATTENTION
Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the exhaust port. Always direct exhaust port away
from people or objects.
WARNING
ALWAYS DISCONNECT AIR SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING ANY WORK ON THE TOOL.

This tool is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (for a normal use of service) for a period
of one year.
Any tool found detective within one year from the delivery date and returned to the factory with transportation charges
prepaid, will be repaired, adjusted, or replaced at no charge to the original purchaser.
If the defect has been caused by a misuse or abnormal operating conditions, the repair will be billed to the customer at
a nominal cost.
