1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the kettle to the power supply, check that the voltage
indicated on the appliance (underside the kettle & base) corresponds with
the voltage in your home. If this is not the case, contact your dealer and do
not use the kettle.
3. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a
hot surface.
4. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
5. Do not operate the appliance without anything in it to avoid damaging
the heat elements.
6. Ensure that the kettle is used on a rm and at surface out of reach of
children, this will prevent the kettle from overturning and prevent damage
or injury.
7. To protect against a re, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse
cord, electric plugs or kettle in water or other liquids.
8. While water is boiling, or just after the water has been boiled, avoid
contact with steam from the spout.
9. Always take care to pour boiling water slowly and carefully without
tipping the kettle too fast.
10. Be careful of relling when the kettle is hot.
11. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack

22. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
23. This appliance has been incorporated with a grounded plug. Please
ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed.
24. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
25. The kettle can only use with the stand provided.
26. If the kettle is overlled, boiling water may spill out.
27. Always ensure the lid is closed and do not lift it while the water is
boiling. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
28. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
– Sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;

Before Usage

If you are using water kettle for the rst time, it is recommended that you
clean your kettle and carafe before use by boiling a full kettle of water
twice and then discarding the water.
Note: for the water kettle, the max capacity is 1.7L; for the teapot, it is 1.0L.

1. To ll the kettle, remove it from the power base, then ll the kettle with
the desired amount of water. Alternatively, the kettle may be lled through
the spout. The water level must be within the Min and the Max level. Too
little water will cause the kettle switching o before the water has boiled.
NOTE: Do not ll the water over the maximum level, as water may spill out
of the spout when boiling.
2. Open the lid and remove the tea strainer out of the teapot, then put tea
or a bag of tea into the tea strainer and place it back properly in the teapot.
Make sure the hole in the tea strainer aligns with the tuber on the handle
of teapot.
3. Put the teapot on the kettle and then position the kettle on the power
base.
4. Connect the plug into power outlet, the LCD indicates “——” . Press
function button once, the unit enters keeping warm function. The unit will
boil water (red indicator illuminates during heating), then enters keeping
warm, the unit will keep the water temperature between 90 °Cand 95 °C
(the blue indicator illuminates during keeping warm), the unit will keep
warm for 3H, after 3H, the unit will power o automatically.
Note: In keeping warm mode, temperature setting button is inactive.
5. Press function button twice, the unit enters heating function (red
indicator illuminates during heating). If there is no any operation, after 3s,
heating to 100 °C automatically. You can press temperature setting button
within 3s to set temperature. The adjustable temperatures include 50 °C,
55 °C, 60 °C, 65 °C, 70 °C, 75 °C, 80 °C, 85 °C, 90 °C, 95 °C and 100 °C. It will
change by cycle.
Note: You can stop keeping warm at any time by pressing Power button
again.
6. When the water being boiled the selected temperature, the kettle will
shut o automatically and the LCD indicates the current water temperature.
7. Remove the teapot and put it on the table, and then lift the kettle from
power base to pour the boiled water into the teapot carefully (the level of
water should not exceed 0.6L), nally, close the lid. And you can enjoy fresh
tea after a while.
NOTE: Operate carefully when pouring the water from your kettle, as
boiling water will scald, and press the lid when pouring to prevent the tea
strainer falling o.
8. If you only want to boil water for drinking, you can rstly take the teapot
down and put it aside, and then detach the lid and place it onto

the kettle, make sure the lid is tightly positioned onto the kettle. After it,
you can boil water for enjoying.
9. The tea maker may be stored on the power base when not in use.
BOIL-DRY PROTECTION
Should you accidentally let the kettle operate without water, the function
of boil-dry protection will automatically switch o the power. If this
occurs, allow the kettle to cool prior to lling with cold water before re-
boiling.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
1. Never immerse the kettle, power cord or power base in water, or allow
moisture to contact with these parts.
2. Wipe the appearance of water kettle and base with a mild and damp
cloth or cleaner, never use a corrosive cleaner.
3. Immerse the teapot in soapy water and then rinse it in tap water. Then
wipe it dry.
4. Put the tea strainer put into the dishwasher for cleaning.
CAUTION: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean
the outside of the kettle.
REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS
Your kettle should be periodically descaled as the mineral deposits in tap
water may form scale on the bottom of kettle so as to cause the operation
less efficiency. You can use the commercially available descaler and follow
the instructions on the package of descaler. Alternatively, you may follow
below instructions using the white vinegar.
1. Fill the kettle with 3 cups of white vinegar, then add water to the amount
so as to cover the bottom of kettle completely. Leave the solution in the
kettle overnight.
2. Then discard the mixture in the kettle, then filling the kettle with clean
water, boiling and then discard the water. Repeat several times until the
odor of vinegar has been flushes away. Any stains remaining inside the
spout can be removed by rubbing with a damp cloth.
