DESCRIPTION OF THE M
ACHINE
La
Sabbiatrice per esterno con aspiratore
has been built to smooth and clean metal
surfaces, walls of buildings or hard materials in general, by means of a pressurised
stream of dried abrasive particles, such as glass granules or abrasive stone granules.
Falling of Abrasive Particles
If the abrasive particles (micro beads) fall onto the floor, clean immediately and collect them,
to avoid possible falls.
The processing may result in different degrees of finishing, varying from coarse to fine
depending on the particle size of the abras
ive particles and the type of work pieces.
The processing takes place directly on the object to be machined. It is possible to check the
work performed directly during processing.
The sandblaster has been designed and built to be used outdoors (but should
not be exposed
to the weather) or in well
-
ventilated indoor environments.
The sandblaster is equipped with an electrical circuit to power the electric motor of the
vacuum.
Do not use the machine in areas with a risk of explosion!
Accidents
Always wea
r protective gloves, work clothes and especially goggles or full face shields to
prevent the abrasive particles ejected under pressure from causing damage to the skin or
eyes.
NEVER direct the jet towards people or animals.
Parts under pressure
Before
using the sandblaster, verify the status of the gun and the tubes under pressure and
the absence of losses in the pneumatic circuit.
