Anwendung Application
Diese Ventile werden zur wegabhangigen
Signalgabe als Grenztaster und Festanschlag
eingesetzt.

switches and fixed stops to produce a position-
controlledsignal.
Sie sind besonders geeignet fLir Endlagen-
abtastung und Lagekontrolle mit hohen Ge-
nauigkeitsanforderungen
Das Ventil besitzt einen beweglichen Stof3el,
mit einem Dichtelement, welcher durch die Ku-
gel betatigt wird.
Das Dichtelement verschliet3t in unbetatigtem
Z&and die Dtise” Bei Betatigung der Kugel
stromt soiange Druckluft ins Freie, bis die Du-
se verschlossen wird. Jetzt baut sich am Aus-
gang A ein Signal bis zur Hohe des Speise-
drucks auf.
Montage
Die zulassige Belastung beim Anfahren (bei
Verwendung als Festanschlag) darf nicht uber-
schrittenwerden.
Zulassige Auflaufkraft bei V = IO mm/s
in Gewinde eingeschraubt und gekontert:
24000 N (2400
kp).
Durchgangsbohrung mit 2 Befestigungs-
muttern:12000N(1200kp).
Zur Beachtung
Bei grof3eren Anfahrgeschwindigkeiten ist der
Einfluf? der Massenkrafteauf die Festigkeitdes
Gerates zu beachten. Je groSer die Massen,
welche von dem Staudruckgeber als Festan-
schlag aufgefangen werden soilen, desto klei-
ner muf3 die Anfahrgeschwindigkeit sein und
umgekehrt.

They are particularly suitable for end-position

Screwed into thread and secured by lock-nut:
24 000 N (2400 kp).
Through-hole with 2 securing nuts:
12000N (1200 kp).

de butee pour l’emission dun signal en fin de
deplacement.
lls sont particulierement bien appropries dans
les cas oti les detections de fin de course et
les controles doivent etre effect&s avec une
grande precision.
Le detecteur possede un poussoir mobile
equiped’une garniture d’etancheite, le poussoir
etant action& par la bille.
Au repos, la garniture d’etancheite obture la
buse. Lorsque la bille est action&e, l’air com-
prime s’echappe a l’air libre jusqu’a ce que
la sortie de la buse soit obturee. Un signal
appara?t en A dont la valeur de la pression
augmente jusqu’a celle d’alimentation.
Montage
La charge admissible a l’actionnement (en cas
d’utilisation comme butee) ne doit pas etre de-
pas&e.
Effort de commande amissible pour V =
10 mm/s visse et bloque avec filetage:
24000 N (2400 kgf).
Al&age avec deux ecrous de fixation:
12000 N (1200 kgf).
