1 안전 수칙

–과도하게 거품이 발생하는 액체를 모으는 용도로는 적합하지 않습니다.
–필터 시스템이 설치된 상태로 공구를 사용하십시오.
–공구에서 항상 지정된 목적에 맞는 소켓을 사용하십시오.
–플러그와 케이블을 정기적으로 점검하고, 손상된 경우 사고 예방을 위해 공식
AS 센터에서 손상된 부분의 교체를 요청하십시오.
–크레인 후크 또는 리프팅 장비를 이용해 공구를 들거나 운반하지 마십시오.
–고장이 발생하면 즉시 장치를 끄고, 전원 코드를 뺀 다음, 공식 AS 센터에
점검 및 수리를 요청하십시오.

6 사용 방법
경고
미승인 전압 또는 주파수!
사고 위험
X공구의 이름판에 나온 사양을 준수하십시오.
X국내 규정을 준수하십시오.
6.1 최초 작동
X잠금 클립을 풀고 공구의 상단 부분을 제거
하십시오 [2].
X액세서리 부분과 관련 문서 [3]를 제거하십시오.
X필터 봉지 [4]를 넣으십시오.
6.2 흡입 호스 연결
흡입구에서 소재 집진 [1-1]
배출구에서 소재를 배출 [1-9]
6.3 이동식 집진기 연결
경고
공구 급시동 시 부상 위험
X스위치를 'AUTO' 또는 'MAN'으로 설정하기
전에 연결된 공구의 스위치가 꺼져 있는지
확인하십시오.
스위치 [1-2]는 전원 스위치입니다.
스위치 위치 '0'
장치 소켓 [1-4]이 전원과 연결되지 않았고, 이동식
집진기가 꺼진 상태입니다.
'MAN' 스위치 위치
장치 소켓 [1-4]이 전원에 연결되어 있고, 이동식
집진기를 작동시킵니다.
'AUTO' 스위치 위치
장치 소켓 [1-4]이 전원에 연결되어 있고, 연결된
공구가 켜지면 이동식 집진기를 작동시킵니다.
X접지된 소켓에 플러그를 꽂으십시오.
공구를 사용하지 않을 때와 유지보수 및
청소 작업을 하기 전에 소켓에서 플러그를
빼십시오.
6.4 전동 공구 연결

X최대 장치 소켓 연결 부하를 확인하십시오

X전동 공구를 끄십시오.
X전동 공구를 장치 소켓 [1-4]에 연결하십시오.
6.5 흡입력 조정
X회전 노브[1-3]를 사용하십시오.
7 작업
7.1 건조한 물질 흡입
항상 필터백을 사용하십시오.
7.2 습한 물질/액체 흡입
필터 봉지를 제거하십시오.
특수 습식 필터를 사용하십시오.
최대치에 도달하면 집진기가 자동으로 멈춥니다.
습기 흡입 후에는 기본 필터를 말리십시오.
주의
거품 및 액체 배출
X공구를 끄고 즉시 내부를 비우십시오.
7.3 작업 완료 후
X이동식 집진기를 끄고 전원 플러그를 빼십시오.
X전원 케이블을 감으십시오.
X먼지 트랩을 비우십시오.
X다른 사용자가 무단 출입할 수 없는 건조한
장소에 이동식 집진기를 보관하십시오.

Original operating instructions
1 Safety instructions
Warning! Read and observe all information and safety instructions. Ignoring
warning notes and instructions may lead to electric shocks, fires and/or cause
serious injury.
Keep all safety information and other instructions in a safe place for future
reference.
– This device can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
abilities or those who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or
have been instructed on safe use of the device and understand the resulting
dangers. Children should always be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the machine.
– Risk of explosion and fire hazard: do not extract sparks or hot dust, flammable
or explosive dust (e.g. magnesium, aluminium, petrol, thinner, with the
exception of wood), aggressive fluids/solids (e.g. acid, leach, solvent).
– Observe all national safety regulations as well as the material manufacturer’s
specifications!
– Not suitable for extracting hazardous dust.
– Always use suitable protective equipment!
– If intact following a visual inspection, work in a dry environment according to
instructions!
– WARNING! Operating personnel must receive instructions on how to use
the device. Prior to use, operating personnel must receive information and
instructions on how to use the device and handle any materials involved as well
as relevant training, including safe procedures for disposing of the extracted
materials.
– If foam or fluid starts to escape, switch off the machine immediately.
– Clean the fill level sensors [7] and inspect for damage at regular intervals.
– Not suitable for extracting fluids that foam excessively.
– Always operate with the filter system installed.
– Always use the socket on the machine for the purpose specified!
– Check the plug and the cable regularly and should either become damaged,
in order to avoid a hazard, have them replaced by an authorised after-sales
service workshop.
– Do not lift or transport using a crane hook or lifting gear!
– If a fault occurs immediately turn off the device, disconnect from the mains,
and get checked and repaired by an authorised after-sales service workshop.

5 Intended use
Mobile dust extractor suitable for
– Extracting non-hazardous dust, dirt, sand and
chips,
– Extracting water,
– Increased loads during commercial use,
according to IEC/EN 60335-2-69.
The user is liable for improper or non-
intended use.

6 Operation
WARNING
Unauthorised voltage or frequency!
Risk of accident
XObserve the specifications on the machine’s
name plate.
XObserve country-specific regulations.
6.1 Initial operation
XOpen the locking clips and remove the top
section of the machine [2].
XRemove accessory parts and accompanying
documents [3].
XInsert a filter bag [4].
6.2 Connecting the suction hose
For extracting material at the intake opening [1-1]
For blowing out material from the exhaust
opening [1-9]
6.3 Connecting the mobile dust extractor
WARNING
Risk of injury from tools starting up unex-
pectedly
XBefore setting the switch to “AUTO” or “MAN”
position, make sure that the connected tool is
switched off.
The switch [1-2] serves as an on/off switch.
Switch position “0”
Appliance socket [1-4] is disconnected from the
power, mobile dust extractor is switched off.
”MAN” switch position
Appliance socket [1-4] is connected to the power,
the mobile dust extractor starts.
”Auto” switch position
Appliance socket [1-4] is connected to the
power, the mobile dust extractor starts when the
connected tool is switched on.
XInsert the plug into an earthed socket.
Pull the plug from the socket when the
machine is not in use and prior to main-
tenance and cleaning work.
6.4 Connecting electric power tools
WARNING
Risk of injury
XObserve the maximum appliance socket
connected load (see chapter “Technical data”).
XSwitch off the electric power tool
XConnect the electric power tool to the appliance
socket [1-4].
6.5 Adjusting the suction power
XUse the rotary knob [1-3].
7 Working
7.1 Extracting dry materials
Always use a filter bag.
7.2 Extracting wet materials/liquids
Remove the filter bag!
Insert a special wet filter.
The dust extractor stops automatically when the
maximum level is reached.
After wet extraction, allow the main filter to dry!
CAUTION
Escaping foam and fluids
XSwitch off and empty the machine immediately.
7.3 After finishing work
XSwitch off the mobile dust extractor and pull
out the mains plug.
XWind up the mains power cable.
XEmpty the dirt trap.
XPlace the mobile dust extractor in a dry room
inaccessible to unauthorised users.

8 Service and maintenance
WARNING

XAlways disconnect the mains plug from the
socket before performing maintenance work
on the machine!
XAll maintenance and repair work which re-
quires the motor housing to be opened must
only be carried out by an authorised service

soluble household cleaning. In no case use
harsh chemical substances, solvents or
abrasive cleaning products.

statutory regulations.
