1. Segurança e uso apropriado
1.1. Instruções de segurança
Este equipamento é seguro de utilizar e cumpre os requisitos de segurança europeus em vigor. Porém, o
uso inapropriado pode levar a acidentes pessoais e danos materiais. Para assegurar o funcionamento
correto e o uso seguro, leia este manual antes de utilizar o equipamento. Este manual contém avisos
importantes sobre a instalação, segurança, utilização e cuidados a ter com o seu equipamento. Guarde
este manual para futura consulta. Verifique que as informações contidas neste manual são transmitidas
corretamente aos utilizadores finais deste equipamento. Entregue o manual junto com o equipamento a
um eventual novo proprietário. O fabricante não pode ser responsabilizado por danos que resultem do
uso inapropriado ou incorreto. Por favor note que as instruções neste manual não substituem as
características técnicas gravadas na placa de características fixada diretamente no equipamento. Estas
instruções apenas são válidas nos países cujo símbolo se encontra na placa de caraterísticas que está no
equipamento.
Leia com atenção as instruções de segurança abaixo!
Antes de operar o equipamento, verifique-se que não existem eventuais
danos visíveis pelo exterior. Nunca utilize um equipamento danificado.
Para evitar o risco de danos ao equipamento, verifique que os dados
indicados na placa de caraterísticas do equipamento correspondem à
voltagem e frequência da fonte de eletricidade.
Ligue o equipamento a um circuito elétrico com ligação terra. A segurança
elétrica do equipamento só é garantida se esta tiver uma correta ligação
terra.
Não ligar o equipamento à fonte de alimentação elétrica com uma ficha
múltipla ou um cabo de extensão. Estes não garantem a segurança do
equipamento.
Apenas pessoas devidamente qualificadas e competentes podem efetuar a
instalação e reparações do equipamento. O fabricante não é responsável por
danos que resultem de reparações e outras intervenções efetuadas por
pessoas não qualificadas.
A instalação e intervenções de reparação devem cumprir rigorosamente com
as regulamentações de segurança locais e nacionais em vigor.
Limpar o equipamento regularmente.
Perigo de queimaduras! Não tocar a superfície de trabalho enquanto o
equipamento estiver em operação.

1.2. Finalidade de uso
Os grelhadores vitrocerâmicos servem para cozinhar pelo método grill. O fabricante desaconselha
qualquer outro tipo de utilização porque esta pode ser perigosa. Os equipamentos destinam-se ao uso
comercial. Não utilizar o equipamento no exterior.
1.3. Requisitos ao utilizador
Este equipamento poder ser utilizado por pessoas que receberam instruções prévias
relativas à utilização segura do aparelho e que são capazes de entender os riscos
envolvidos, incluindo crianças a partir dos 8 anos de idade e pessoas com
capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais reduzidas, ou pessoas com falta de
experiência ou conhecimento, se puderem beneficiar de vigilância ou instruções
prévias relativas à utilização do aparelho. As crianças não devem brincar com o
equipamento. A manutenção e limpeza não devem ser executadas por crianças sem
supervisão.
1.4. Reciclagem
Tratamento do material de embalagem: Antes de utilizar o equipamento pela primeira vez, retirar os
plásticos de proteção do aço inox. Recicle a embalagem de transporte e todos os materiais de proteção.
Assegurar a eliminação segura de todas as embalagens plásticas. Manter as embalagens plásticas
fora do alcance de crianças. Perigo de asfixia!
Desmantelamento do equipamento: Equipamentos elétricos e eletrónicos contêm materiais
que, quando incorretamente manuseados, podem ser prejudiciais para a saúde humana e
para o meio ambiente. Por favor, não deposite qualquer componente do equipamento no
lixo doméstico, entregue-os em centros de recolha/reciclagem ou contate o seu fornecedor
para aconselhamento.

3. Instalação
3.1. Ligações necessárias
1 tomada elétrica com ligação terra
3.2. Localização de uso
Escolha um local seco onde a equipamento não entre em contacto directo com água. Nunca dirigir
jactos de água ao equipamento.
Coloque a equipamento numa superfície estável e nivelada.
Manter a equipamento distante de materiais inflamáveis ou deformáveis pelo calor. Se isto não for
possível, isole o espaço em volta do equipamento com um material de isolamento não-inflamável e
resistente ao calor.
3.3. Desembalar
Antes de utilizar o equipamento pela primeira vez, remova todo o material protetor e de embalagem.
Verifique a integridade do equipamento. Elimine o material protetor e de embalagem de modo seguro
por serem fontes potenciais de perigo. Limpe o exterior do equipamento com um pano húmido.
3.4. Instalação elétrica
Verifique que os dados indicados na placa de características do equipamento correspondem à
voltagem e frequência da fonte de eletricidade.
Ligue o equipamento a um circuito elétrico com ligação terra!
O quadro elétrico de alimentação deve ter uma proteção de 30 mA e um disjuntor com 3 mm de
separação dos contactos.
Ligue a equipamento a uma instalação fixa. Nunca ligue a equipamento com tomadas, fichas
múltiplas, extensões ou adaptadores tipo T.
Siga as normas em vigor no país em que se encontra.
Na parte posterior do aparelho existe um terminal marcado com o símbolo que permite a
ligação equipotencial entre diversos aparelhos.
4. Instruções de operação
Nunca utilizar a equipamento com mãos molhadas!
Evitar impactos bruscos ou forças excessivas sobre as placas. As placas são de vidro e por isso
quebráveis.
Perigo de queimaduras! As superfícies de trabalho estão muito quentes. Durante o funcionamento
não tocar com as mãos nas superfícies de trabalho.
Não utilizar materiais sensíveis ao calor nas placas de grelhar (colheres ou recipientes plásticos, etc.)
porque estes podem derreter ou incendiar! Não utilizar folhas de alumínio.
Não deixar objetos em cima das placas!
Quando deteta uma fissura ou qualquer outro dano na placa de grelhar, desligue o equipamento
imediatamente da fonte de eletricidade. Neste caso, a placa deve ser substituída por um técnico
qualificado.
Caso, acidentalmente, seja derramada água ou outro líquido sobre o grelhador, e que possa
introduzir-se no seu interior, desligue-o da tomada, de imediato. Seque-o, cuidadosamente, antes
de o voltar a utilizar.
4.1. Como começar
Antes da primeira utilização com alimentos, ligue a placa a temperatura máxima (250º). Deixe o
equipamento ligado nesta temperatura cerca de 20 minutos para libertar eventuais humidades
das superfícies.

4.2. Operar o grelhador
1. O grelhador possui um manípulo para a regulação de temperatura com uma escala de 50-250ºC.
4.2.1. LIGAR
Rode o regulador de temperatura para posição desejada. Ao selecionar a temperatura, com o regulador,
o sinalizador do aparelho acenderá, indicando que o aparelho está ligado e a aquecer a resistência.
4.2.2. REGULAR
Para regular a temperatura rode o regulador para a posição desejada. Quando a placa atinge a
temperatura, o sinalizador desliga-se. O sinalizador volta a acender e a placa, automaticamente, a
aquecer, sempre que a superfície de trabalho do aparelho for inferior à temperatura selecionada.
4.2.3. DESLIGAR
Para desligar o equipamento, rode o regulador de temperatura para a posição 0.
5. Limpeza
Desligar, sempre, o aparelho da fonte de alimentação elétrica antes de efetuar qualquer
intervenção de limpeza!
Nunca utilizar jatos de água para limpar o equipamento. Não colocar água em cima/dentro do
equipamento ou de qualquer dos seus componentes internos.
Para evitar o perigo de queimaduras, deixe a máquina arrefecer antes de efetuar qualquer operação
de limpeza.
Não utilizar detergentes abrasivos, ácidos ou solúveis para limpar o equipamento!
1. Retire o cabo de eletricidade da tomada.
2. Caso exiatam incrustações na superfície da placa, utilize um raspador adequado para a limpeza de
placas vitrocerâmica. Limpe-a cuidadosamente.
3. Utilize um pano húmido com detergente líquido para limpar as placas e as partes metálicas do
grelhador.
4. Limpe a placa com um pano seco.
6. Manutenção 
Só pessoas devidamente qualificadas e competentes podem efetuar a instalação e reparações do
equipamento. O fabricante não é responsável por danos que resultem de reparações e outras
intervenções efetuadas por pessoas não qualificadas.
A instalação e intervenções de reparação devem cumprir, rigorosamente, as regulamentações de
segurança locais e nacionais em vigor.
Em caso de quebra do vidro, desligue o aparelho de imediato da tomada e solicite ao fabricante ou
a um representante credenciado, a troca do vidro.
6.1. Ajustar o amortecimento do movimento da placa 
Para ajustar o amortecimento do movimento da placa, regule o parafuso que se encontra na torre de
suporte dos braços na parte posterior do equipamento.
6.2. Substituir o cabo de alimentação 
A sua substituição só pode ser feita pelo fabricante, pelo seu serviço pós venda ou por pessoal de
qualificação similar.
Em caso de necessidade de substituição do cabo de alimentação, esta deve ser feita por um cabo do tipo
H05RN-F 3G 1mm2para modelos com 1500W, e do tipo H07RN-F 3G 1,5mm2para os restantes modelos.
Para os Estados Unidos e Canadá, o cabo deve ser do tipo SJTO- 14WG PVC 105ºC.

6.3. Rearmar o equipamento 
O grelhador possui um termostato de segurança com rearme manual que desliga o equipamento em
caso de anomalia no sistema de controlo de temperatura. Para efetuar o seu rearme, prima o botão
interruptor que se encontra na parte posterior do aparelho.

1. Safety and correct use
1.1. Safety instructions
This equipment is safe to use and complies with the current European safety requirements. However,
improper use can lead to personal injury and damage to property. In order to assure correct functioning
and safe use, read this manual before you use the equipment. This manual contains important notes on
the correct installation, safety, use and care.
Please keep this manual safe for future reference. Pass the manual to any future owner of the contact
grill.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use or
operation. Please note that the instructions in this manual do not replace the technical data stamped
directly on the contact grill’s data plate.
Carefully read the following safety instructions!
Before setting up the contact grill, check it for any externally visible damage. Never use a
damaged contact grill.
To avoid the risk of damage to the contact grill, make sure that the rating on the data plate
corresponds to the voltage and frequency of the power supply.
Only connect the contact grill to an earthed mains electricity supply. The electrical safety of
the contact grill can only be guaranteed if correctly earthed.
Do not connect the contact grill to the mains electricity supply by a multi-socket adapter or
an extension lead. These do not guarantee the required safety of the contact grill (e.g. danger
of overheating).
Only suitably qualified and competent persons may install and repair the contact grill. Repairs
and other work by unqualified persons are dangerous and the manufacturer will not be held
liable for any resulting damage.
Installation and repair works must strictly comply with current local and national safety
regulations.
The equipment must be regularly cleaned and maintained.
Danger of burning and scalding! Do not touch the grill plates whilst the contact grill is at
work.
Avoid impacts and heavy weights on the glass ceramic grill plates!
1.2. Usage purpose
With the contact grills you can grill and heat food, for example sausages, sandwiches, meat etc.
Any other usage is not supported by the manufacturer and could be dangerous.
The equipment is designed for commercial use only. Do not use the contact grills outdoors.
1.3. User requirements
The contact grills are not intended for use by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised whilst using it or have been
shown how to use it correctly by a person responsible for their safety.
The contact grills are not intended for the use by children. Install the contact grill where it is out of the
reach of children. Keep children away from the contact grill at all times.

1.4. Recycling
Disposal of the packaging material: Recycle the transport and protective packaging material.
Ensure that any plastic wrappings are disposed of safely and kept out of the reach of children.
Danger of suffocation.
Disposal of the equipment: Electric and electronic contact grills often contain materials which, if
handled or disposed of incorrectly, are potentially hazardous to human health and the
environment. Please do not dispose of any component of the equipment with household waste.
Dispose of it at your local community waste collection/ recycling centre, or contact your dealer for
advice.

2.1. Technical characteristics
The main technical characteristics are fixed on the type plate that is fixed to the equipment.
2.2. Necessary connections
1 earthed electric mains supply with a 30mA protection and a 20 A circuit breaker

3.1. Usage location
Choose a dry location for the contact grill where it cannot come in direct contact with water. Do not
direct water jets onto the equipment!
Choose a stable and leveled surface to place the contact grill on.
The contact grill should not be installed close to inflammable or heat-sensitive materials. If this is
not possible, isolate the space surrounding the contact grill with a non-inflammable, heat resistant
isolation material.
3.2. Unpacking
Before using the contact grill for the first time, remove all plastic protections. Make sure the contact grill
is complete. Dispose safely of the plastic wrapping as they are potentially dangerous. Clean the exterior
of the contact grill with a soft humid cloth.

3.3. Electric installation
To avoid the risk of damage to the contact grill, make sure that the rating on the data plate
corresponds to the voltage and frequency of the power supply.
Only connect the contact grill to an earthed mains supply!
Make sure the mains electric supply has a 30mA protection and a circuit breaker with 3 mm space
between the contacts.
Do not connect the contact grill to the mains electricity supply by a multi-socket adapter or an
extension lead.
All installation works must strictly comply with current local and national safety regulations.
On the back part of the equipment a sticker with the symbol indicates a terminal for the
equipotential connection to other appliances.
Connect the power cable to an earthed power supply.
4. Operating instructions
Never operate the equipment with wet hands!
Danger of scalding and burning! The plates are very hot. Do not touch the plates while the contact
grill is working.
Do not use heat-sensitive materials on the plates (plastic spoons or recipients etc.) because they
could melt or burn!
Avoid impacts or heavy weights on the glass ceramic plates because they can break.
Do not leave any object on the plate!
When you notice a crack or any other damage on the plate, immediately disconnect the equipment
from the electricity supply. The broken plate has to be substituted by a qualified technician.
In case water or any other liquid is accidently spilled over the grill, immediately disconnect it from
the power supply and let it dry completely before using it again.
4.1. Getting started
Before using the equipment with food for the first time, turn on the plates at maximum
temperature (250º). Let the equipment work at this temperature for about 20 minutes in order to
evaporate any humidity.
4.2. Operating the contact grill
1. The grill features a rotating knob for temperature regulation with a 50-250ºC scale.
4.2.1. SWITCHING ON
Turn the temperature regulator to the desired position. At the turning of the regulator, the orange
signal lamp lights up in order to indicate that the equipment is heating.
4.2.2. TEMPERATURE REGULATION
In order to regulate the temperature, turn the regulator to the desired position. When the plate has
reached the desired temperature, the signal lamp switches off. The signal lamp automatically switches
on again when the heating is reactivated after a temperature drop.
4.2.3. SWITCHING OFF
In order to turn off the equipment, turn the regulator to position 0.
5. Cleaning
Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply before proceeding to any cleaning
intervention.
Do not use jets of water to clean the equipment. Do not pour water onto the equipment or onto
any of its attached components.
Before cleaning, let the equipment cool down!

Do not use solvent, abrasive or acid detergents on the equipment!
1. Disconnect the contact grill from the power supply.
2. In order to clean incrusted leftovers on the plate, use an adequate glass ceramic scraper.
3. Clean the plates and metallic parts with a soft humid cloth with a mild liquid detergent.
4. Clean and dry the equipment with a dry cloth.
6. Maintenance 
Only suitably qualified and competent persons may install and repair the contact grill. Repairs and
other work by unqualified persons are dangerous and the manufacturer will not be held liable for
any resulting damage.
Installation and repair works must strictly comply with current local and national safety regulations.
6.1. Adjust the buffer of the lid 
In order to adjust the buffer of the lid movement, regulate the screw on the back side of the equipment,
in the support of the arms. In case the glass ceramic plate is damaged, do not substitute it on your own.
Send the equipment to the manufacturer or an authorized agent.
6.2. Substitute the power cable 
The cable can only be substituted by the manufacturer, authorized dealers or officially qualified
technicians.
Models with power until 1.5 kW: Substitute the cable with a cable H05RN-F 3G 1mm2.
Models with power above 1.5 kW: cable H07RN-F 3G 1.5 mm2.
In the United States and Canada, the cable has to be a cable SJTO - 14WG PVC 105ºC.
6.3. Resetting the equipment 
The contact grill has a manual rearm safety thermostat, which completely turns off the grill in case of a
malfunction in the temperature control system. In order to rearm the thermostat, press the rest button
on the back of the equipment.

entstehen. Für eine einwandfreie Funktion und die sachgemässe, sichere Verwendung lesen Sie daher
bitte aufmerksam diese Gebrauchsanleitung. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur korrekten Installation,
Sicherheit, Verwendung und Pflege des Geräts. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Inhalt dieser
Gebrauchsanweisungen korrekt an die Benutzer des Geräts weitergegeben werden. Bewahren Sie diese
Anleitung auf, um jederzeit nachschlagen zu können. Bei Weitergabe des Geräts ist auch diese

1.2. Verwendungszweck
Kontakgrills dienen dem Zubereiten von Speisen durch Erhitzen und Grillen von Lebensmitteln. Alle
anderen Anwendungsarten sind unzulässig und können gefährlich sein. Die Geräte sind ausschliesslich
für den kommerziellen Gebrauch vorgesehen. Die Geräte sind ausschliesslich für den Gebrauch im
Innenbereich vorgesehen.
1.3. Bedieneranforderungen
Dieses Gerät darf von Personen bedient werden, die über den sicheren Gebrauch des
Geräts unterrichtet und eingewiesen wurden und die alle etwaigen Risiken des
Gebrauchs verstehen. Zu diesen Personen gehören auch Kinder ab 8 Jahren und
Personen mit begrenzten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder
Personen mit Unerfahrenheit oder Unkenntnis, wenn sie von einer verantwortlichen
Person beaufsichtigt werden. Kinder dürfen die Reinigung und Wartung des Geräts
nur unter Aufsicht ausführen..
1.4. Entsorgung
Entsorgung des Verpackungsmaterials: Entsorgen Sie das Transport- und Schutzmaterial umweltgerecht
und entsprechend den örtlichen Vorschriften.
Stellen Sie die kindersichere Entsorgung aller Plastikhüllen und –folien sicher. Erstickungsgefahr!
Entsorgung des Geräts: Elektische und elektronische Geräte enthalten vielfach noch wertvolle
Materialien. Sie enthalten aber auch schädliche Stoffe. Im Restmüll oder bei falscher
Behandlung können diese der menschlichen Gesundheit und der Umwelt schaden.
Geben Sie Ihr Altgerät deshalb auf keinen Fall in den Restmüll.
Nutzen Sie stattdessen die von Ihrer Kommune eingerichtete Sammelstelle zur
Rückgabe elektrischer und elektronischer Alteräte. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass das
Altgerät bis zum Abtransport kindersicher aufbewahrt wird.

3. Aufstellung und Grundeinstellungen
3.1. Aufstellungsort
Stellen Sie den Kontaktgrill an einem trockenen Ort auf, an dem er nicht in direkten Kontakt mit
Wasser kommen kann. Richten Sie niemals einen Wasserstrahl auf das Gerät!
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile Arbeitsfläche.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von brennbaren oder hitzeempfindlichen Materialien auf.
3.2. Auspacken
Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal in Betrieb nehmen, kontrollieren Sie die Vollständigkeit aller zum
Gerhät gehörenden Teile. Entfernen Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien und Schutzfolien. Entsorgen Sie alle
Verpackungsmaterialien kindersicher und umweltgerecht. Reinigen Sie die Maschine mit einem
weichen, feuchten Tuch.
3.3. Elektrische Installation
Schliessen Sie das Gerät nur an einen geerdeten Stromanschluss an!
Um Schäden zu vermeiden, kontrollieren Sie, dass die Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Geräts mit
der Spannung und Frequenz des Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
Der Stromanschluss muss über einen allpoligen Schalter mit Kontaktöffnungsweite von 3 mm und
einen Fehlerstromschutz für 30 mA verfügen.
Schliessen Sie das Gerät nicht mit einer Mehrfachsteckdose oder einem Verlängerungskabel an das
Stromnetz an!
Die Installation muss mit allen geltenden Bestimmungen und Richtlinien am Installationsort
übereinstimmen.
Auf der Rückseite des Gerätes befindet sich ein Aufkleber mit dem Symbol , das ein Terminal für
die äquipotenziale Schaltung mit anderen Geräten anzeigt.
Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit der Stromzufuhr.
4. Bedienungsanleitung
Bedienen Sie das Gerät niemals mit nassen Händen!
Gefahr von Verbrennungen und Verbrühungen!
Benutzen Sie keine hitzeempfindlichen oder brennbaren Materialien mit dem Gerät (wie z.B.
Kunststoff-Löffel oder Plastikbehälter etc.), da diese schmelzen oder brennen können!
Die Grillplatten sind aus empfindlicher Glaskeramik! Vermeiden Sie Stösse durch Kochgeräte oder
andere Gegenständen und die Belastung durch schweres Gewicht.
Sollten Sie einen Riss oder einen anderen Schaden in einer Grillplatte bemerken, entfernen Sie das
Gerät sofort von der Stromquelle! Die beschädigte Platte muss von einer Fachkraft ausgetauscht
werden.
Lassen Sie keine Gegenstände auf den Grillplatten liegen!
Falls versehntlich Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit auf das Gerät gelangen, trennen Sie den
Kontakgrill sofort von der Stromzufuhr. Trocknen Sie das Gerät sorgfältig ab bzw. lassen Sie es
vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie es wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
4.1. Inbetriebnahme
Bevor Sie den Kontaktgrill zum ersten Mal für das Zubereiten von Lebensmitteln benutzen,
schalten Sie das Gerät an und stellen Sie die Höchsttemperatur (250ºC) ein. Lassen Sie den
Kontaktgrill bei dieser Temperatur ca. 20 Minuten in Betrieb, so dass etwaige
Flüssigkeitsrückstände verdampfen können.

4.2. Den Kontakgrill bedienen
4.2.1. EINSCHALTEN
Der Grill verfügt über einen Drehschalter für die Temperaturreglung mit einer Skala von 50-250ºC. Wenn
das Gerät mit der Stromquelle verbunden ist, drehen Sie den Drehknopf auf die gewünschte
Temperatur. Die orangene Signallampe leuchtet auf um anzuzeigen, dass das Gerät sich erhitzt. Wenn
die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist, schaltet sich die orangene Signalleuchte automatisch aus.
Jetzt können Sie mit der Zubereitung beginnen.
4.2.2. TEMPERATUREINSTELLUNG
Um die Temperatur einzustellen, drehen Sie den Temperaturschalter auf die gewünschte Postion. Die
Signallampe leuchtet auf, bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist. Die Signallampe leuchtet
automatisch wieder auf, wenn die Platte nach einem Absinken der Temperatur sich wieder aufheizt.
4.2.3. AUSSCHALTEN
Um den Grill auszuschalten, drehen Sie Temperaturregler auf Position 0.
5. Reinigung
Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromquelle, bevor Sie die folgenden Reinigungsarbeiten ausführen!
Richten Sie keinen Wasserstrahl auf das Gerät! Schütten Sie kein Wasser in das Innere oder in ein
Bestandteil des Kontaktgrills.
Um Verbrennungsgefahr zu vermeiden, lassen Sie das Gerät vor Reinigungsarbeiten immer
abkühlen!
Benutzen Sie keine scheuernden, ätzenden oder bleichenden Reinigungsmittel!
1. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromquelle.
2. Entfernen Sie eingebrannte Verschmutzungen mit einem speziellen Reinigungsschaber für
Glaskeramik.
3. Reinigen Sie die Platten und die Metallteile des Gerätes mit einem feuchten weichen Lappen und
etwas mildem Spülmittel.
4. Reiben Sie die Platten zum Schluss mit einem Tuch trocken.
6. Wartung 
Installation, Reparatur und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von Fachkräften durchgeführt werden.
Eine Fachkraft ist eine Person, die augrund ihrer fachlichen Ausbildung, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
die ihr übertragenen Arbeiten verstehen, beurteilen und mögliche Gefahren erkennen kann.

6.1. Einstellen der Dämpfer 
Die Dämpfer der Scharniere der Haltefeder des Deckels können reguliert werden. Benutzen Sie dazu die
Schraube in der Halterung der Arme auf der Rückseite des Gerätes.
6.2. Stromkabel austauschen 
Das Stromkabel darf nur durch den Hersteller oder einen authorisierten Techniker ausgetauscht
werden.
Modelle bis 1.5 kW: Kabel Typ H05RN-F 3G 1mm²
Modelle über 1.5 kW: cable H07RN-F 3G 1,5 mm2.
In den USA und Canada muß das Kabel vom Typ SJTO-14 AWG PVC 105°C sein.

6.3. Reset 
Das Gerät verfügt über ein manuell aufladbares Sicherheitsthermostat, das das Gerät sofort ausschaltet,
sobald eine Fehlfunktion des Temperaturkontrollsystems auftritt. Um das Reset durchzuführen,
drücken Sie den Reset-Knopf auf der Rückseite des Gerätes.
