HINWEISE ZU DIESER BETRIEBSANLEITUNG
Herzlich Willkommen bei FIAP GmbH.
Mit dem Kauf des Produkts proficontrol GENERAL haben Sie eine sehr gute Wahl
getroffen. Lesen Sie vor der ersten Benutzung des Gerätes die Betriebsanleitung sorg-
fältig und machen Sie sich mit dem Produkt vertraut. Alle Arbeiten an und mit diesem
Gerät dürfen nur gemäß der vorliegenden Betriebsanleitung durchgeführt werden. Be-
achten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise für den richtigen und sicheren Gebrauch.
Bewahren Sie diese Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig auf. Bei Besitzerwechsel geben Sie bitte
die Betriebsanleitung weiter.
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
proficontrol GENERAL, im weiteren Gerät genannt, dient zur Steuerung von FIAP
profifeed Futterautomaten in der Aquakultur. Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor be-
schrieben, führt zur Beschädigung dieses Produktes, darüber hinaus ist dies mit Ge-
fahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. verbunden. Das gesamte
Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!
Die Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu befolgen!
Alle anderen Teile aus dem Lieferumfang dürfen nur in diesem Zusammenanhang verwen-
det werden. Das Gerät darf nur im Bereich der zulässigen Temperatur zwischen +5 °C bis
+35 °C betrieben werden. Das Gerät darf nicht betrieben werden: Bei zu erwartendem
Frost, nicht in Verbindung mit Chemikalien, leicht brennbaren oder explosiven Stoffen.
NICHT BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Es können bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und unsachgemäßer Behandlung
Gefahren von diesem Gerät für Personen entstehen. Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer
Verwendung erlischt die Haftung unsererseits sowie die allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis.

Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht
von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden. Beachten Sie unbedingt die Si-
cherheitshinweise für den richtigen und sicheren Gebrauch. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung
sorgfältig auf. Bei Besitzerwechsel geben Sie bitte die Anleitung weiter.

Alle Arbeiten mit diesem Gerät dürfen nur gemäß der vorliegenden Anleitung durchge-
führt werden.
Die Kombination von Wasser und Elektrizität kann bei nicht vorschriftsmäßigem An-
schluss oder unsachgemäßer Handhabung zu ernsthafter Gefahr für Leib und Leben
führen.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur, wenn sich keine Personen im Wasser aufhalten!
Bevor Sie in das Wasser greifen, immer die Netzstecker aller im Wasser befindlichen
Geräte ziehen. Vergleichen Sie die elektrischen Daten der Stromversorgung mit dem Ty-
penschild auf der Verpackung bzw. auf dem Gerät. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät über
eine Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung mit einem Bemessungs-Fehlerstrom von maximal 30
mA gesichert ist. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur an einer vorschriftsmäßig installierten
Steckdose. Halten Sie den Netzstecker und alle Anschlussstellen trocken! Verlegen Sie die
Anschlussleitung geschützt, so dass Beschädigungen ausgeschlossen sind. Verwenden Sie
nur Kabel, Installationen, Adapter, Verlängerungs- oder Anschlussleitungen mit Schutz-
kontakt, die für den Außeneinsatz zugelassen sind. Tragen oder ziehen Sie das Gerät
nicht an der Anschlussleitung! Bei defektem Kabel oder Gehäuse darf das Gerät nicht be-
trieben werden! Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung des Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss das
Gerät entsorgt werden, ein Austausch der Netzanschlussleitung ist nicht mehr möglich.
Bei Beschädigung der Leitung ist das Gerät zu entsorgen. Elektrische Installationen an
Teichen müssen den internationalen und nationalen Errichterbestimmungen entsprechen.
Öffnen Sie niemals das Gehäuse des Gerätes oder deren zugehörigen Teile, wenn nicht
ausdrücklich in der Gebrauchsanweisung darauf hingewiesen wird.
Niemals technische Änderungen am Gerät vornehmen, dies führt zum sofortigen
Erlöschen jeglicher Gewährleistungs- und Garantieansprüche.
Nur Original-Ersatzteile und Zubehör verwenden. Reparaturen nur von autorisierten
Kundendienststellen durchführen lassen.
Bei Fragen und Problemen wenden Sie sich zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit an einen Elektro-
fachmann!
Achtung, LED-Licht: Nicht in den LED-Lichtstrahl blicken! Nicht direkt oder mit
optischen Instrumenten betrachten!
AUFSTELLEN UND INBETRIEBNAHME
Das Gerät, proficontrol GENERAL kann bis zu 4 Futterautomaten (profifeed
BreedingFeeder, profifeed ScrewFeeder) bedienen. Die an die proficontrol
GENERAL Steuerung angeschlossenen Futterautomaten werden automatisch erkannt
und dementsprechend je nach Motortyp angesteuert. Der aktivierte Kanal wird durch
eine Kanal-LED signalisiert.
Das Anschließen folgender profifeed Futterautomaten ist möglich:

Alle Arbeiten mit diesem Gerät (proficontrol GENERAL) dürfen nur gemäß der vor-
liegenden Anleitung durchgeführt werden.
Über die Tasten der proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung kann die Laufzeit in Sekun-
den (1 - 99), Pausenzeit in Minuten (1 - 99) und die Motordrehzahl in 99 Stufen für jeden
Ausgang eingestellt werden. Die gesamte proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung kann
über eine separate Taste aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden. Die Einstellungen bleiben nach
dem Reset (Ausschalten) erhalten.
BEDIENELEMENTE
2-Stelliges 7-Segment Display
Tasten: (+), (-), (T), (1), (2), (3), (4), (Aktiv/Inaktiv)
LED`s: (Füttern), (Pause), (Tempo 1), (Tempo 2), 4x Kanal LED, (Aktiv/Inaktiv)
INBETRIEBNAHME
Nach dem Montieren der proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung schließen Sie die von
Ihnen benötigten profifeed Futterautomaten an der Steuerung an. Die angeschlos-
senen profifeed Futterautomaten werden nachdem einschalten der proficontrol
GENERAL Steuerung erkannt. Die nicht angeschlossenen Kanäle bleiben ohne Funktion
und können ohne angeschlossenen profifeed Futterautomaten nicht bedient werden. Um
Einstellungen für einen Kanal vornehmen zu können wird die entsprechende Kanaltaste
gedrückt. Der aktivierte Kanal wird durch eine aufblinkende Kanal-LED angezeigt.
Die 4 LED`s unter dem Display zeigen den Parameter an der verändert werden kann.
Durch erneutes Drücken der Kanaltaste wird der nächste Parameter ausgewählt.
Während dem aktiven Einstellungsmodus kann der entsprechende Kanal mit der Taste „T“
aktiviert werden (Taste gedrückt halten) und gewünschte Leistungsstufen für beide Aus-
gänge eingestellt werden.
Langes Drücken (3 Sekunden) der Kanaltaste aktiviert die Handfütterung und somit den
gewünschten Kanal. Der Kanal bleibt solange aktiv, solange die Taste gedrückt wird. Die
Zeit der Handfütterung wird im Display in Sekunden angezeigt.
Die proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung kann über eine Taste (Aktiv/Inaktiv) aktiviert
oder deaktiviert werden.

Bei einem Anschluss eines neuen profifeed Futterautomaten ist die proficontrol
GENERAL Steuerung auf Inaktiv zu setzen. Bei erneuter Inbetriebnahme der profi-
control GENERAL Steuerung wird der neu installierte profifeed Futterautomat
von der proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung erkannt.
FEHLERERKENNUNG
Leuchtet die Kanal-LED dauerhaft und der angeschlossene Futterautomat läuft nicht,
dann ist die Verbindung zwischen Steuerung und Motor fehlerhaft (Kabelbruch, Stecker-
problem).

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Stellen Sie vor jeder Reinigung und Wartung sicher, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet und
von der Stromquelle getrennt ist.
Das Gehäuse der proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung sowie die profifeed Futter-
automaten müssen in regelmäßigen Abstanden gereinigt werden. Das Reinigungsinter-
vall hängt dabei stark vom Verschmutzungsgrad ab. Der Verschmutzungsgrad kann von
Gewässer und Umgebung deutlich variieren. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharf-
kantigen Gegenstände, wie z.B. Stahlbürsten, verwenden Sie stattdessen einen weichen
Schwamm. Schäden, welche durch Verschmutzung entstehen, sind von der Garantie aus-
genommen. Der Anwender hat die Geräte je nach Schmutzaufkommen ordnungsgemäß
zu warten und zu reinigen.

VERSCHLEISSTEILE
Der Einsatz mit verschmutzten Feststoffen und Partikeln führt ebenfalls zu vorzeitigem
Verschleiß und beeinflusst die Lebensdauer der Geräte negativ. Verschleißteile sind von
der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Angemessene Reinigung und Pflege reduzieren den Ver-
schleiß am Gerät.
REPARATUR
proficontrol GENERAL Steuerung ist bei Beschädigung der Leitungen oder des Ge-
häuses nicht reparaturfähig und muss deshalb ausgetauscht bzw. eingesendet werden.
Bei Fragen und Problemen wenden Sie sich zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit an einen Elektro-
fachmann oder an Ihren Fachhändler.
LAGERUNG
Das Gerät muss bei zu erwartendem Frost außer Betrieb genommen und abgebaut wer-
den. Reinigen Sie das Gerät zunächst wie unter Reinigung und Wartung beschrieben. Das
Gerät muss trocken eingelagert werden.
Beachten Sie, dass das Gerät frostfrei eingelagert ist.
ENTSORGUNG
Das Gerät ist gemäß den nationalen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zu entsorgen. Dieses
Gerät darf nicht als Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Gerät durch Abschneiden der Kabel un-
brauchbar machen und über das dafür vorgesehene Rücknahmesystem entsorgen.
Falls im Gerät Leuchtmittel enthalten sind, sind diese über das dafür vorgesehene Rück-
nahmesystem zu entsorgen.

Only operate the device when nobody is in the water!
Before reaching into the water, always pull out the mains plug of all devices in the water.
Compare the electrical data of the power supply with the type plate on the packaging or
on the device. Make sure that the device is protected by a residual current device with
a rated residual current of maximum 30 mA. Only operate the device from a properly
installed socket. Keep the power plug and all connection points dry! Lay the connection
cable so that it is protected to prevent damage. Only use cables, installations, adapters,
extension or connection lines with protective contact that are approved for outdoor use.
Do not carry or pull the device by the connecting cable! The device must not be operated
if the cable or housing is defective! If the power cord of the device is damaged, the device
must be disposed of; it is no longer possible to replace the power cord. If the cable is da-
maged, the device must be disposed of. Electrical installations on ponds must comply with
international and national installation regulations. Never open the housing of the device or
its associated parts unless this is expressly stated in the instructions for use.
Never make technical changes to the device, this leads to the immediate expiry
of all warranty and guarantee claims.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
The device, proficontrol GENERAL can operate up to 4 automatic feeders (pro-
fifeed BreedingFeeder, profifeed ScrewFeeder). The automatic feeders
connected to the proficontrol GENERAL control are automatically recognized and
controlled accordingly depending on the motor type. The activated channel is indicated by
a channel LED.

The running time in seconds (1 - 99), pause time in minutes (1 - 99) and the motor speed
in 99 steps for each output can be set using the buttons on the proficontrol GE-
NERAL control. The entire proficontrol GENERAL control can be activated or
deactivated via a separate button. The settings are retained after the reset (switch off).

INSTALLATION
After installing the proficontrol GENERAL control, connect the profifeed auto-
matic feeder you need to the control. The connected profifeed automatic feeders
are recognized after switching on the proficontrol GENERAL control. The chan-
nels that are not connected remain without function and cannot be operated without a
connected profifeed automatic feeder. In order to be able to make settings for a channel,
the corresponding channel key is pressed. The activated channel is indicated by a flashing
channel LED.
The 4 LEDs below the display show the parameters that can be changed. Press the
channel button again to select the next parameter.
While the setting mode is active, the corresponding channel can be activated with the „T“
button (keep button pressed) and the desired power levels can be set for both outputs.
Pressing and holding the channel button (3 seconds) activates manual feeding and thus
the desired channel. The channel remains active as long as the button is pressed. The
time of manual feeding is shown in seconds on the display.
The proficontrol GENERAL control can be activated or deactivated via a button (active /
inactive).

When connecting a new profifeed automatic feeder, the proficontrol GENERAL
control must be set to inactive.
When the proficontrol GENERAL control is started up again, the newly installed
profifeed automatic feeder is recognized by the proficontrol GENERAL control.
ERROR DETECTION
If the channel LED lights up continuously and the connected automatic feeder is not run-
ning, then the connection between the control and the motor is faulty (broken cable, plug
problem).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and servicing, ensure that the device is switched off and unplugged from
the power source.
The housing of the proficontrol GENERAL control and the profifeed automa-
tic feeders must be cleaned at regular intervals. The cleaning interval depends heavily
on the degree of soiling. The degree of pollution can vary significantly depending on the
body of water and the environment. Do not use any sharp-edged objects for cleaning, e.g.
Steel brushes, use a soft sponge instead. Damage caused by soiling is excluded from the
guarantee. The user has to properly maintain and clean the devices depending on the
amount of dirt.

WEAR PARTS
Use with contaminated solids and particles also leads to premature wear and has a nega-
tive impact on the service life of the devices. Wear parts are excluded from the guaran-
tee. Appropriate cleaning and care reduce wear and tear on the device.
REPAIR
If the cables or the housing are damaged, proficontrol GENERAL control cannot be
repaired and must therefore be replaced or sent in.
If you have any questions or problems, please contact a qualified electrician or your spe-
cialist dealer for your own safety.
STORAGE
If frost is expected, the device must be taken out of service and dismantled. First clean
the device as described under Cleaning and Maintenance. The device must be stored dry.
Make sure that the device is stored frost-free.
DISPOSAL
The device must be disposed of in accordance with national legal regulations. This device
must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Make the device unusable by cutting the
cable and dispose of it via the return system provided.
If the device contains light sources, they must be disposed of using the return system
provided for this purpose.

INSTALLATION
Après avoir installé la commande proficontrol GENERAL, connectez le chargeur
automatique profifeed dont vous avez besoin à la commande. Les départs automatiques
profifeed connectés sont reconnus après la mise en marche de la commande profi-
control GENERAL. Les canaux qui ne sont pas connectés restent sans fonction et
ne peuvent pas être exploités sans un chargeur automatique profifeed connecté. Pour

Les 4 LED sous l‘écran indiquent les paramètres qui peuvent être modifiés. Le paramètre
suivant est sélectionné en appuyant à nouveau sur le bouton de canal.
Pendant que le mode de réglage est actif, le canal correspondant peut être activé avec
le bouton „T“ (maintenir le bouton enfoncé) et les niveaux de puissance souhaités peuvent

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

INSTALLATIE
Na installatie van de proficontrol GENERAL bediening, sluit u de gewenste pro-
fifeed voerautomaat aan op de bediening. De aangesloten profifeed voerautomaten
worden herkend na het inschakelen van de proficontrol GENERAL bediening. De
kanalen die niet zijn aangesloten, blijven zonder functie en kunnen niet worden bediend
zonder een aangesloten profifeed-voerautomaat. Om instellingen voor een kanaal te kun-
nen maken, wordt op de bijbehorende kanaalknop gedrukt. Het geactiveerde kanaal wordt
aangegeven door een knipperende kanaal-LED.
De 4 LED‘s onder het display tonen de parameters die kunnen worden gewijzigd. De vol-
gende parameter wordt geselecteerd door nogmaals op de kanaalknop te drukken.
Terwijl de instelmodus actief is, kan het corresponderende kanaal worden geactiveerd
met de „T“ -knop (knop ingedrukt houden) en kunnen de gewenste vermogensniveaus wor-
den ingesteld voor beide uitgangen.
Het ingedrukt houden van de kanaalknop (3 seconden) activeert handmatige invoer en
daarmee het gewenste kanaal. Het kanaal blijft actief zolang de knop wordt ingedrukt. De
tijd van handmatig voeren wordt in seconden op het display weergegeven.

FOUT DETECTIE
Brandt de kanaal-LED continu en de aangesloten voerautomaat loopt niet, dan is de ver-
binding tussen de besturing en de motor defect (kabelbreuk, stekkerprobleem).

SCHOONMAAK EN ONDERHOUD
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat is uitgeschakeld en losgekoppeld van de voedingsbron voor
elke reiniging en onderhoud.
De behuizing van de proficontrol GENERAL bediening en de profifeed voerauto-
maat moeten regelmatig worden gereinigd. Het reinigingsinterval is sterk afhankelijk van
de mate van vervuiling. De mate van vervuiling kan aanzienlijk variëren, afhankelijk van het
waterlichaam en de omgeving. Gebruik voor het reinigen geen voorwerpen met scherpe
randen, bijv. Gebruik voor staalborstels een zachte spons. Schade veroorzaakt door ver-

DRAAG ONDERDELEN

een negatieve invloed op de levensduur van de apparaten. Slijtagedelen zijn uitgesloten
van garantie. Door een goede reiniging en verzorging wordt de slijtage van het apparaat

REPARATIE
Als de kabels of de behuizing beschadigd zijn, kan proficontrol GENERAL control
niet gerepareerd worden en moet daarom vervangen of opgestuurd worden.
Neem bij vragen of problemen voor uw eigen veiligheid contact op met een gekwalificeerde
elektricien of uw vakhandelaar.
OPSLAG
Het apparaat moet buiten bedrijf worden genomen en gedemonteerd als er vorst wordt

apparaat moet droog worden opgeslagen.
