Step 1
Remove the the cover of the user side without keypad and scanner.
Remove this ring by turning it
in anti-clock wise direction.

Step 2
Remove the metal cover.
Remove the metal back cover.
Step 3
Removing any one dry cell (battery).

Step 4
Reset the unit.
Press the button 1 and 2 simultaneously. Meanwhile, install the battery back to
its poriginal osition. Note: You must continue to press the keypad button 1 and 2 while
you are installing the battery.
You should hear a long “beep” sound to indicate the unit is reset to its faulty
master password, 11111111.
Step 5
You may now re-assemble the unit and should test the function of the master
password.
