Applying sprayable sealant
COMBI SEALANT GUN
Pneumatic caulking gun for applying and spraying one-component adhesives and sealants.
Allows the application of all kinds of single-component sealants (in aluminium or plastic cartridges) in various
nishes .
1 Open the cartridge
4Connect the compressed air at
a pressure of about 6 bar and
close both the pressure regu-
lators (3 and 4), turning them
in a clockwise direction.
2Screw the nozzle (7) onto
the cartridges and t it in-
side the gun after removing
the front ring nut.
5 Slightly open the front regu-
lator (3).
6 Pull the trigger (2)
3 Put the external nozzle of
your choice (5 or 6) on the
gun and lock it in place.
7 Now gently open the back
regulator (4) and adjust the
product supply
8 By adjusting the front re-
gulator (3) and the spray-
ing distance you can change
the spraying pattern and the
structure .

Applying non-sprayable sealant
SAFETY ADVICE
Never direct a jet of air at people or ani-mals. Do not point this gun at any other person. Follow the instructions of
the sealant – adhesive manufacturer. Wear appropriate P.P.E. Do not spray when other people are in the vicinity
and do not allow children anywhere near your spraying equipment. Make sure the air pressure is no more than 10
bar (145 Psi). Do not spray in enclosed areas and maintain good ventilation.
Caution: Take the cartridge out of the gun after use even if it is not empty. Keep inner nozzle (pos. 7 - white
colour) and outer nozzle (pos. 5-6 black colour) always clean. Before using the gun, ensure that cured sealant is
not blocking the nozzle orice. If necessary, clean with a thin steel pin. A blocking nozzle can cause a danger-
ous situation even if the gun is not connected to the compressed air.
1 Open the cartridge.
4 Connect the compressed air at

close both the pressure regula-
tors (3 and 4), turning them in a
clockwise direction.
2 Cut the nozzle tted
on the cartridge to suit
your requirements.
5Pull the trigger (2)
6Now gently open the
back regulator (4) and
adjust the product supply
3Put the adapter (8) onto the
cartridge, insert the cartridge
in the gun and tighten the
ring-nut.
