Charging Cable and your USB device
The DART comes with a 2.1A
USB charger built into its 6-ft. cable.
The orange LED on the USB port
will be ON when the DART is
correctly plugged into an outlet/
socket and is ready to charge. The
LED will flash brightly when
connected to a laptop or USB device
each time, to indicate it is charging.
If the LED is continuously pulsing,
that means that your laptop is
temporarily consuming all the Dart’s power, so the USB port has been
disabled. As soon as power is available again for the USB port, the LED
will stop pulsang.

9
Troubleshoong & Support
If your device is not charging or operang properly, take the
following steps:
1. Verify selected outlet/socket is functioning properly.
2. Verify the orange LED on the Dart’s cable is lit (On).
3. Try charging a USB device using the Dart’s USB port on the cable
to verify that the DART is functioning correctly.
4. Verify that the correct power tip has been installed.

begin charging regardless of whether it is powered on or not.
5. Disconnect and reconnect the DART. Check that all connections
are secure.
6. Verify the laptop is functioning correctly by using another
compatible charger.
7. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at:
finsix.com/support.
Note: If your USB device is not charging, please review the “Charging
Cable and your USB Device” secon to ensure it is not just a
temporary condion of the laptop taking all available power.
