WICHTIGE
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
• Lesen Sie aufmerksam die
Gebrauchsanleitung ehe Sie Ihr Gerät
benutzen.
• Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit
der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung
übereinstimmt ehe Sie das Gerät
benutzen.
• Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals bei
Gebrauch unbeaufsichtigt. Halten Sie
Kinder oder hilfsbedürftige Personen vom
Gerät fern.
• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, dass die
Anschlussleitung nicht beschädigt ist. Bei
Beschädigung der Anschlussleitung oder
des Gerätes, letzteres nicht benutzen,
sondern von einem Fachmann (*)
überprüfen bzw. reparieren lassen. Eine
beschädigte Anschlussleitung muss von
einem Fachmann (*) ausgewechselt
werden.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu
Haushaltszwecken, wie in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten, weder zum
Reinigen, noch zu einem anderen Zweck.
Geben Sie das Gerät niemals in die
Spülmaschine.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe
einer Wärmequelle.
• Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der
Steckdose, ehe Sie das Gerät reinigen.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien
und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen
Platz auf.
• Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches
vom Lieferanten empfohlen wurde.
Anderes Zubehör stellt eine Gefahr für
den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte
dadurch beschädigt werden.
• Ziehen Sie niemals an der
Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu
bewegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
zufälligerweise die Anschlussleitung nicht
irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall
des Gerätes führen könnte. Wickeln Sie
die Anschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät
oder knicken Sie sie nicht.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen Tisch
oder auf eine ebene Fläche damit es nicht
umfällt.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät
vollständig abgekühlt ist, ehe Sie es
reinigen oder wegräumen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Anschlussleitung nicht mit den heißen
Teilen des Gerätes in Kontakt kommt.
• Während des Gebrauchs können
zugängliche Teile des Gerätes eine sehr
hohe Temperatur erreichen. Berühren Sie
diese heißen Teile nicht.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die heißen
Teile während des Backvorganges nicht
mit leicht entammbarem Material, wie
Gardinen, Tischdecken, usw. in Berührung
kommen. Brandgefahr!
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Beschichtung
nicht abgekratzt wird, da ansonsten
kleine Teile der Beschichtung in die
Nahrung gelangen. Benutzen Sie einen
Holzspatel oder einen wärmebeständigen
Plastikspatel, um die Nahrung aus dem
Gerät zu nehmen.
• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der
Steckdose, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt
wird, da das Gerät keinen An-/Aus-
Schalter besitzt.
• Bereiten Sie nur Nahrungsmittel zu, die
zum Backen und zum Verzehr geeignet
sind.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für die Benutzung
durch Personen (einschließlich
Kinder) mit verminderten physischen,
sensorischen und geistigen Fähigkeiten
oder unzureichender Erfahrung und
Kenntnis geeignet, es sei denn, es wurden
Anleitungen betreffs der Benutzung
des Geräts durch eine verantwortliche
Aufsichtsperson erteilt.
• Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden,
damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Durch einen nicht ordnungsgemäßen
Zusammenbau besteht die Gefahr
eines elektrischen Schocks, wenn der
Grilltoaster verwendet wird.
• Beim Bewegen des Geräts ist besondere
Vorsicht geboten.
(*) Fachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst
des Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der
für derartige Reparaturen zuständig ist. Für
eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte
an diesen Kundendienst.
INBETRIEBNAHME
• Während des ersten Gebrauchs entwickelt
die Antihaft-Beschichtung Qualm. Dieser
Rauch ist NICHT schädlich.
• Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind die Platten
mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät, stecken Sie den
Stecker in die Steckdose und heizen Sie
das Gerät auf.
• Die rote Betriebsleuchte wird aueuchten
und anzeigen, dass das Gerät funktioniert
und aufheizt.
• Sobald das Gerät die gewünschte
Temperatur erreicht hat, leuchtet die grüne
Kontrollleuchte. Während des Gebrauchs
wird diese Kontrollleuchte regelmäßig
an- und ausgehen. Das bedeutet, dass die
Betriebstemperatur geregelt wird.
• Achtung! Während des Gebrauchs werden
die Backplatten heiß. Berühren Sie sie
nicht!
WECHSELN DER HEIZPLATTEN
Trennen Sie den Grilltoaster immer vom Netz
und lassen Sie ihn anschließend abkühlen,
bevor Sie die Heizplatten entfernen.
Wenn Sie den Grilltoaster öffnen,
dann benden sich die Heizplatten-
Entriegelungstasten am Gerät vorn. Drücken
Sie fest auf die entsprechende Taste, so wird
die Heizplatte leicht nach oben gedrückt.
Halten Sie die Platte mit beiden Händen
und schieben Sie sie dann von unten aus
den Metallbügeln heraus. Ziehen Sie sie
nun vollständig heraus. Drücken Sie auf die
Entriegelungstaste der nächsten Heizplatte
und entfernen Sie sie auf die gleiche Weise.
!! UM VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR VORZU-
BEUGEN, WARTEN SIE IMMER BIS DAS
GERÄT VÖLLIG ABGEKÜHLT IST, BEVOR
SIE DIE BACKPLATTEN WECHSELN.
GEBRAUCH ALS SANDWICHMAKER
• Während der Erhitzung des Gerätes
bereiten Sie Ihren Toast zu.
• Öffnen Sie das aufgeheizte Gerät und
legen Sie eine Scheibe Brot mit der
gebutterten Seite nach oben auf die untere
Platte.
• Belegen Sie nun nach belieben den Toast.
• Fügen Sie die obere Brotscheibe hinzu.
Drücken Sie danach den Deckel nach
unten. Während des Toastvorganges tritt
heißer Dampf aus dem Gerät; achten Sie
darauf – Verbrennungsgefahr!
• Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem
Verschlussriegel.
• Nach einer Röstzeit von ca. 2 bis 3min
oder länger, je nach Ihrem Geschmack,
sind die Sandwich-Scheiben geröstet.
Öffnen Sie das Gerät und entfernen
Sie den Toast mit einem Holz- oder
Plastikspatel. Es dürfen keine metallenen
Gegenstände verwendet werden, da sonst
die Anti-Haft-Beschichtung beschädigt
werden kann.
• Schließen Sie das geheizte Gerät bis Sie
weitere Toasts rösten wollen.
• Bereiten Sie weitere Toasts vor, während
die ersten geröstet werden.
• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose
sobald sie das Gerät nicht mehr
verwenden.
GEBRAUCH ALS GRILL
• Reiben Sie die Platten mit etwas Butter, Öl
oder Fett ein um zu vermeiden, dass das
Grillgut an den Platten klebt.
• Wenn das Gerät die notwendige Tempe-
ratur erreicht hat, öffnen Sie das Gerät
und legen Sie das Grillgut auf die Platte.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Grillgut
nicht zu dick ist, damit Sie das Gerät noch
schließen können.
• Die Zubereitungszeit variiert je nach Grill-
gut und der gewünschten Garzeit. Über-
prüfen Sie das Grillgut daher regelmäßig
damit es nicht anbrennt.
• Nach Beendigung des Grillens, ziehen Sie
den Netzstecker.
GEBRAUCH ALS WAFFELAUTOMAT
• Füllen Sie den Waffelteig in die Mitte des
Waffelautomaten und schließen Sie den
Deckel. Drücken Sie den Deckel einen
Moment fest herunter, damit sich der Teig
gleichmässig verteilt. Füllen Sie nicht
zuviel Teig ein, dieser läuft ansonsten an
den Seiten heraus.
• Die Backzeit ist ca. 4 bis 5 Minuten aber
je nach dem gewählten Rezept und dem
gewünschten Bräunungsgrad kann die
Backzeit variieren.
• Wenn die Waffel fertig ist, nehmen Sie
diese bitte mit einem Kunststoffspachtel
heraus. Benutzen Sie keine scharfen oder
spitzen Gegenstände, da ansonsten die
Beschichtung der Backäche beschädigt
werden kann.

• Nach Beendigung des Backens ziehen Sie
den Netzstecker.
PFLEGEHINWEISE
• Gerät vom Netz trennen und das Gerät
und die Platten abkühlen lassen bevor sie
gereinigt werden.
• Wischen Sie die Aussenseite mit einem
feuchten Tuch ab, und vergewissern Sie
sich dass keine Feuchtigkeit, Öl oder Fett
in das Gerät dringt.
• Um die Platten zu reinigen, können Sie
diese entweder in dem Gerät lassen oder
sie herausnehmen. Wenn Sie sie in dem
Gerät lassen, reinigen Sie sie nur mit
einem Tuch oder Küchenpapier. Wenn
Sie sie aus dem Gerät entfernen, können
Sie sie unter ießendem Wasser reinigen.
Trocknen Sie sie gut ab. Geben Sie die
Platten niemals in die Spülmaschine.
• Niemals mit metallenen Gegenständen
reinigen oder Schleif- und Scheuermittel
verwenden.
• Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten tauchen.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Please read these instructions carefully
before using the appliance.
• Check that your mains voltage
corresponds to that stated on the
appliance.
• Never leave the appliance unsupervised
when in use. Keep out of reach of children
or incompetent persons.
• From time to time check the cord for
damages. Never use the appliance if cord
or appliance shows any signs of damage
but have it checked and repaired by a
competent qualied service (*). Should the
cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a
competent qualied service (*)
• Only use the appliance for domestic
purposes and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or
any other liquid for any reason whatsoever.
Never place it into the dishwasher.
• Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
• Before cleaning, always unplug the
appliance from the power supply.
• Never use the appliance outside and
always place it in a dry environment.
• Never use accessories which are not
recommended by the producer. They could
constitute a danger to the user and risk to
damage the appliance.
• Never move the appliance by pulling
the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get
caught in any way. Do not wind the cord
around the appliance and do not bend it.
• Stand the appliance on a table or at
surface.
• Make sure the appliance has cooled down
before cleaning and storing it.
• Make sure the cord never comes into
contact with the hot parts of the appliance.
• The temperature of the accessible
surfaces may be very high when the
appliance is in use. Make sure not to touch
these hot parts of the appliance.
• Make sure the appliance never comes into
contact with inammable materials, such
as curtains, cloth, etc…when it is in use,
as a re might occur.
• Be careful not to scratch the special
coating of the cooking plate, as you might
get little pieces of this coating into the
food. Use a classical wooden spatula or a
heat resistant plastic one.
• Always unplug the appliance when it is not
in use, especially since it is not equipped
with an on/off switch.
• Only use the appliance for food that is
supposed to be cooked.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• An incorrect reassembly could present a
risk of electric shock when the Grill Toaster
is used.
• Extreme caution must be exercised when
moving an appliance.
(*) Competent qualied electrician: after sales
department of the producer or importer or
any person who is qualied, approved and
competent to perform this kind of repairs in
order to avoid all danger. In any case you
should return the appliance to this electrician.
USE
• Protective coating burn off will cause
smoking on rst use. This is NOT harmful.
• When using for the rst time, wipe the
surface of the plates with a damp cloth,
then dry.
• Close the appliance and let it heat.
• Plug into the electrical outlet. The red
power light will come on to indicate that
the appliance is switched on and heating.
• The green ready light will go on when the
cooking temperature is reached. During
use, this ready light will come on and
out regularly. This simply means that the
thermostat is regulating the appliance‘s
temperature.
• Attention: during the functioning, the
baking plates heat up. Pay attention not to
get burned.
TO REMOVE COOKING PLATES
Always unplug the Grill Toaster and allow it to
cool before removing cooking plates.
Open the Grill Toaster, locate the plate
release buttons on front of the unit. Press
rmly on button and the plate will pop up
slightly from the base. Grasp the plate with
two hands, slide it out from under the metal
brackets, and lift it out of the bas. Press on
the other plate release button to remove the
other cooking plate in the sane manner.
!! TO AVOID BURNS, WAIT UNTIL THE
APPLIANCE HAS TOTALLY COOLED
DOWN BEFORE CHANGING THE PLATES.
SANDWICH FUNCTION
• Prepare your sandwich while the unit is
heating.
• Fully open the sandwich maker. Place a
slice of bread in the bottom half with the
buttered side against the plate.
• Fill the sandwich.
• Add the top slice with the buttered side
up and carefully close the appliance. Do
not force shut. Steam will be ejected from
between the plates; make sure that ngers
do not come into contact with it.
• Lock the two halves with the wire clip while
toasting.
• Your sandwich will be toasted in 2 to 3min
or longer to suit your taste. Open the
appliance and remove sandwich using a
plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a
metal knife as this may damage the non-
stick coating.
• Close the lid to preserve the heat until you
are ready to toast the next sandwiches.
• Prepare additional sandwiches if desired
while the others are cooking.
• Unplug when nished.
GRILL FUNCTION
• Lightly brush grids with butter, margarine
or cooking oil to avoid that the foods stick
to the plates.
• When the appliance has reached the
desired temperature, open it and put the
foods in on the grill plate. Make sure the
foods are not too thick, so that you can
close the appliance. The cooking time
depends on the type of food you are
grilling. To avoid burning the foods, check
regularly during the cooking process.
• When grilling is nished, unplug the
appliance and leave it open to allow it to
cool down.
WAFFLE FUNCTION
• Lightly brush grids with butter, margarine
or cooking oil.
• Pour batter evenly onto the bottom grid but
not all the way to the edges.
• Close the grids. Do not hold the handles
during baking. Escaping steam can burn.
• The cover will rise slightly as wafes begin
to bake. Do not open the cover for the rst
minute
• The average baking time is 4 to 5 minutes
but the baking time may vary according
to the chosen recipe and the desired
browning level.
• Remove the wafes with a plastic or wood
spatula. Never use scratching objects, as
these might damage the non-stick coating.
Close grids.
• When you have nished baking, unplug
the cord from the outlet and leave the grids
open to cool.
• When using for the rst time, discard the
rst two wafes you bake on the new grids.
CLEANING
• Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the
appliance and the plates to cool down.
• Wipe the outside with only a slightly
moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture,
oil or grease enters the cooling slots.
• To clean the plates you can let them in
the appliance or remove them from the
appliance. If you let them in the appliance,
wipe the plates with a damp cloth or towel.
If you remove them from the appliance,
you can wash them under running water.
Dry them afterwards. Never place the
plates into the dishwasher.
• Do not clean the inside or outside with any
abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this
will damage the nish.
• Do not immerse in water or any other
liquid.

CONSEILS DE
SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTS
• Lisez attentivement ces instructions avant
de faire fonctionner l’appareil.
• Vériez que la tension secteur
corresponde à celle de votre appareil.
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil sans surveillance
lorsqu’il est en marche. Garder hors de
portée des enfants et des personnes
novices.
• Vériez le cordon électrique de temps en
temps. N‘utilisez jamais l’appareil si le
cordon d‘alimentation ou l’appareil montre
des signes de détérioration, faites-les

peut devenir très chaude lorsque l’appareil
est en marche. Faites attention à ne pas
toucher ces parties chaudes de l’appareil.
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil ne touche
jamais de matériaux inammables tels que

• Faites attention à ne pas rayer le
revêtement anti-adhésif des plateaux
de cuisson, vous pourriez en trouver
quelques morceaux dans les aliments.

plastique résistante à la chaleur.
• Débranchez toujours l’appareil du secteur
lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé, particulièrement
lorsqu’il n’est pas équipé d’interrupteur

d‘expérience et de connaissance du
produit, à moins qu‘elles ne soient mises
sous la garde d‘une personne pouvant les

• Les enfants doivent être surveillés an
de s‘assurer qu‘ils ne jouent pas avec cet

• Un assemblage incorrect peut provoquer

UTILISATION
• Lors de la première utilisation, le
revêtement anti-adhésif va dégager une
petite fumée. Ceci n’est pas nuisible.
• Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez les
plateaux à l’aide d’un chiffon humidié,
puis séchez-le.
• Fermez l’appareil et laissez chauffer.
