Attach Pedals
Insert Pedal into the opening
of the Pedal Base, press it in.
Repeat for the other side.
SECOND
Attach Latex Resistance Bands
There are 2 pairs of resistance bands
made of latex:
Yellow (low resistance-7 lbs)
Red (medium resistance-16 lbs)
Always start with the lowest one
and work up to the next level.

stretch the Resistance Band from the
Main Base over to the metal pole on
the Pedal.

Turn the unit over. Place the
plastic Washer and Screw inside
the Pedal Base. Tighten screw
with screwdriver.
