STAVANGER Ampullarium
STAVANGER Ampoule System

Im STAVANGER® Ampullarium werden Medikamente
und andere Materialien übersichtlich angeordnet. Die
von uns entwickelten Halteclips sichern empfindliche
Glasampullen und garantieren eine schnelle Entnahme
im Ernstfall. Die Ampullarien sind in unterschiedlichen
Größen mit verschiedenen Bestückungen erhältlich. Alle
Einzelteile können nachbestellt werden.
Erstinbetriebnahme und Befüllung
Das Systemmodul wird mit vorinstallierten Systemplat-
ten ausgeliefert. Jedoch kann es mittels eines Mittel-
wandadapters (teilweise im Lieferumfang enthalten)
und einer zusätzlichen Systemplatte erweitert werden.
Für die Befestigung werden 4 Buchschrauben benötigt.
Für die Organisation der Materialien gibt es 4 verschie-
dene Befestigungsoptionen:
• Halteclip
Der mehrfach verwendbare Halteclip dient der Fixie-
rung aller gängigen Glasampullen von 1 ml bis 10 ml
auf Systemplatten. Die Montage auf den System-
platten kann horizontal oder vertikal erfolgen. Zur
Sicherung auf der Systemplatte wird ein Sperrzapfen
im Halteclip arretiert (siehe Abbildung).
Bitte lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung vor
der Benutzung sorgfältig und vollständig durch
und beachten Sie die Pflegehinweise.

Führen Sie dafür den Sperrzapfen in die Spaltönung
am Halteclip und drücken Sie ihn bis zur Arretierung
hinein. Dadurch werden die Haltebacken im Fuß des
Halteclips auseinandergedrückt.
Die Klemmspange am Halteclip ermöglicht das siche-
re Halten der Glasampulle am Halsansatzstück, ohne
die Sollbruchstelle zu belasten und um gleichzeitig
einen direkten Blick auf das Etikett der Glasampulle
zu ermöglichen.
Ein Wechsel von Glasampullen mit verschiedenen
Größen in einem Halteclip sollte vermieden werden.
Durch die Ausgewogenheit zwischen guter Elastizität
und dennoch optimaler Formstabilität ist es möglich,
dass eine Weißfärbung an den Spannungspunkten
entsteht.

Der Halteclip sollte regelmäßig überprüft und gegebe-
nenfalls ersetzt werden.
• SingleFlex
Die roten Haltegummis sind in den Längen , 
und  mm verfügbar. Die beiden T-Splint-Enden
werden durch ein Loch in der Systemplatte geführt
und fixiert. Bei starken Verunreinigungen ist ein Aus-
tausch empfohlen.
• LoopFlex
Das LoopFlex ist ein  mm breites, graues Gummi-
band in unterschiedlichen Längen. An den Enden
wird es mit einer Buchschraube auf der Systemplatte
fixiert. Die Bänder sollten regelmäßig geprüft und
gegebenenfalls ausgetauscht werden.
• Folientasche
Die Folientaschen, ebenfalls in verschiedenen Größen
erhältlich, sind für die Verwendung an der Mittel-
wand-Systemplatte konzipiert. Eine feste Verbindung
zur Systemplatte wird durch die Verwendung von
(2–4) Buchschrauben erreicht.
Der Distanzclip – ein Abstandshalter – ist ein zusätzlicher
Schutz der Ampullen vor Glasbruch. Eine Sicherung mit
dem Sperrzapfen ist empfohlen. Wird ein STAVANGER®
Ampullarium mit einer dritten Systemplatte genutzt, ist
der Distanzclip notwendig, um die gegenüberliegenden

Glasampullen auf Abstand zu halten. Die Positionie-
rung auf der Systemplatte kann individuell angepasst
werden. Empfohlen ist die zusätzliche Verwendung von
Folientaschen als Dämpfung. Der Distanzclip, sollte
regelmäßig überprüft und ggfls. ersetzt werden.
Der Beschriftungsclip zusammen mit dem Aufkleber-Set
dient dem vereinfachten Auüllen des Ampullariums
und reduziert Bestückungsfehler. Die spezielle Beschich-
tung ermöglicht eine problemlose Wisch- und Tauchdes-
infektion. Das Aufkleber-Set besteht aus  Aufklebern
mit  der gängigsten Wirkstoe, teils mehrfache Ausfer-
tigung, inkl. je  farblichen Aufkleber in Grün, Gelb, Rot,
Blau und Weiß für individuelle Kennzeichnung.
Reinigung & Desinfektion
Das Systemmodul besteht aus robuster LKW-Plane
und ist desinfizierbar. Mit Ausnahme von SingleFlex
& LoopFlex können alle Komponenten bei starken
Verschmutzungen oder biologischer Kontamination
durch die Verwendung von medizinischen Flächendes-
infektionsmitteln gemäß den Vorgaben der jeweiligen
Hersteller desinfiziert werden. Nach jedem Einsatz und
jeder Reinigung/Desinfektion, ist darauf zu achten, dass
das Produkt vollständig getrocknet ist.
Entsorgung
Das Produkt muss gemäß den örtlichen Bestimmungen
entsorgt werden.

Wartung & Service
Das Ende der Produktlebensdauer wird normalerweise
von Verschleiß und Beschädigung durch den Gebrauch
bestimmt. Beschädigte Teile müssen ersetzt werden!
Für eventuelle Reparaturen kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren
Fachhändler.

Medications and other materials are clearly arranged
in the STAVANGER® ampoule cabinet. The retaining
clips developed by Fleischhacker secure sensitive
glass ampoules and guarantee quick removal in case of
emergency. The ampoule boxes are available in various
sizes with dierent equipment. You may reorder all the
individual parts.
Initial commissioning and filling
The system module is delivered with pre-installed sys-
tem plates. However, it can be extended using a center
wall adapter (partly included in the scope of delivery)
and an additional system plate. Four binding screws are
required for mounting.
There are four dierent mounting options for organizing
materials:
• Retaining clip
The reusable retaining clip is used to fix all common
glass ampoules on system plates from 1 ml to 10 ml.
It can be mounted either horizontally or vertically on
the system plates. A locking pin must be locked in the
retaining clip to secure it on the system plate (see
illustration).

To do this, insert the locking pin into the aperture on
the retaining clip and press it in until it locks. This
pushes apart the retaining jaws in the base of the
retaining clip.
The clamping clip on the retaining clip allows the
glass ampoule to be held securely on the neck attach-
ment without stressing the predetermined breaking
point of the ampoule and at the same time allows
a direct view of the label at all times. Changing
glass ampoules of dierent sizes in a retaining clip
should be avoided. Due to the balance between good
elasticity and yet optimal dimensional stability, it is
common for white discoloration to occur at the stress
points. The retaining clip should be checked regularly
and replaced if necessary.

• Single Flex rubber bands
The red Single Flex rubber bands are available in
lengths of , , and  mm. The two T-splint ends
are passed through a hole in the system plate and
fixed in place. Please replace the bands in case of
contamination.
• Loop Flex rubber bands
The LoopFlex is a mm-wide, gray rubber band in
various lengths. They are fixed to the system plate
at the ends with a binding screw. The bars should be
checked regularly and replaced if necessary.
• Transparent pockets
The transparent pockets, also available in dierent
sizes, are designed for use on the center wall system
plate. A firm connection to the system plate is achie-
ved by using () binding screws.
The distance clip – a spacer – additionally protects the
ampoules against glass breakage. Securing with the
locking pin is recommended. If a STAVANGER® ampoule
box is used with a third system plate, the spacer clip
is necessary to keep the opposing glass ampoules at a
distance. The positioning on the system plate can be
individually adapted to the respective arrangement
of ampoules. The additional use of foil pockets for
damping is recommended. The distance clip should be
checked regularly and replaced if necessary.

The labeling clip, together with the sticker set, is used
for simplified filling of the ampoule tray and reduces
placement errors. The special coating enables easy
wipe-and-dip disinfection. The sticker set consists of
 stickers with  of the most common active ingre-
dients, including partly multiple copies and x colored
stickers each in green, yellow, red, blue, and white for
individual labeling.
Cleaning and Disinfection
The system module is made of robust truck tarpaulin
and can be disinfected. With the exception of SingleFlex
and LoopFlex, all components can be disinfected in case
of heavy soiling or biological contamination by using
medical surface disinfectants according to the specifi-
cations of the respective manufacturers. After each use
and cleaning/disinfection, ensure that the product is
completely dry.
Disposal
The product must be disposed in the accordance with
local regulations.
Maintenance and Service
The end of the productʼs life is usually determined by
wear and damage from use. Damaged parts must be
replaced! For possible repairs, please contact your
specialist dealer.
