ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Attach the Base Frame (6) to the Rear Base (7), using six M10X15mm Hex Bolts (24) and
six M10 Washers (30).
2. Attach the Connect Tube (8) to the Base Frame (6), using four M10X70mm Hex Bolts (26),
eight M10 Washers (30) and four M10 Nylon Nuts (28).
3. Attach the Rear Support Frame (4) to the Rear Base (7), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts
(26), four M10 Washers (30) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (28).
4. Attach the Lower Main Frame (5) to the Connect Tube (8), using two M10X70mm Hex Bolts
(26), four M10 Washers (30) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (28).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2
1. Insert the Upper Main Frame (3) into the Lower Main Frame (5).
2. Attach the Rear Support Frame (4) to the Upper Main Frame (3) and the Lower Main Frame
(5), using four M10X15mm Hex Bolts (24) and four M10 Washers(30).
3. Remove two M10X25mm Hex Bolts (25) and two M10 Arc Washers (20) from two Chinning
Up Handle Bars (9).
4. Attach two Chinning Up Handle Bars (9) to the Chinning Up Frame (2), using two
M10X25mm Hex Bolts (25) and two M10 Arc Washers (20).
5. Attach the Chinning Up Frame (2) to the Upper Main Frame (3), using four M10X15mm Hex
Bolts (24) and four M10 Washers (30).

STEP 3
1. Remove two M10X25mm Hex Bolts (25) and two M10 Arc Washers (20) from two Handle
Bars (10).
2. Attach two Handle Bars (10) to the VKR Frame (1), using two M10X25mm Hex Bolts (25)
and two M10 Arc Washers (20).
3. Attach the VKR Frame (1) to the Upper Main Frame (3), using one M10X120mm Hex Bolt
(23), two M10 Washers (30), one M10 Nylon Nut (28) and Safety Hook (21).

STEP 4
1. Attach the Back Cushion (11) to the Upper Main Frame (3), using two M8X65mm Hex Bolts
(27) and two M8 Washers (29).
2. Attach two Arm Cushions (12) to the VKR Frame (1), using four M8X65mm Hex Bolts (27)
and four M8 Arc Washers (22).

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Draw the Safety Hook (21) out and fold the VKR Frame (1) up.
2. Insert the Safety Hook (21) in place and make sure the VKR Frame (1) is fixed well.
