AIR VOLUME CONTROL KIT AVCSP
This accessory kit has been designed for use on Flexcon H2PLU Series tanks only. Please read and understand completely these instruc-
tions as well as the instructions included with the tank before attempting installation or service of the product. Retain this manual for
future reference. Please pay particular attention to safety warnings on the product and throughout this manual. This can be used in con-
junction with a SPA kit, as the bent tube will prevent interference with the stand pipe.

1. H2PLS/H2PLU Series tanks are not designed to withstand a vacuum. A vacuum breaker, VR 801,
should be used in order to prevent damage to the tank.
2. Turn off all electrical power to the pump and control system before working on this tank.
1. Take proper caution to prevent overheating of plastic fittings and parts during assembly.
2. Do not use excessive glue which could cause vent holes and openings to become plugged.
The following materials are required for proper installation;
AVCSP are already assembled to include, air volume control, top vent fitting
with adapter, coupling.
1/2” pvc pipe cut to proper length (see table)
PVC cleaner and glue (not necessary unless you cut the AVCSP-120 down to a
smaller size.

Assembly Instructions
Note: When using pvc cleaner and glue, please follow manufacturer’s rec-
comendations for use and proper ventilation.
1. Apply teflon tape to the top fitting and insert AVC assembly into the top of
the FLU/H2PLU tank.
2. If you are cutting an AVCSP-120 down, remove the air volume control and
cut so that the pipe is the recommended length for the tank you are using.
3. Glue the 1/2” adapter to the bottom of the bent pipe
4. Using teflon tape, thread the air volume control onto the bottom coupling.
5. Insert finished assembly into the top fitting of the H2PLU/H2PLS tank.
