STEP 1
- Attach a Quick Connect to the dock frame. Start by measuring 41"
from the face of the trim on the opposing dock and up 1-3/4" from the
bottom and mark. Dri a 13/32" bo t ho e on that mark. The Quick
Connect can be used as a dri guide. Refer to figure 1A for detai s on
the dimensions. Attach the Quick Connect to the dock frame beam as
shown in figure 1B and attach using a 3/8 x 2" button head bo t and
a uminum nut. Torque to 20 ft/ bs.

STEP 2
- Attach the second and third Quick Connects to the dock frame. Start
by measuring 3" from the face of the trim and up 1-3/4" from the
bottom and mark. NOTE: THE EXISTING QUICK CONNECT BOLT
HOLE WILL BE AVALIBLE TO USE IN SOME CONFIGURATIONS.
Measure 41" from the face of the dock trim and up 1 3/4" and mark.
Dri the two 13/32" bo t ho es on those marks. The Quick Connect can
be used as a dri guide. Refer to figure 2A for detai s on dimensions.
Attach the Quick Connect on the dock frame beam as shown in figure
2B using a 3/8 x 2" button head bo t and a uminum nut. Torque to 20
ft/ bs.

STEP 3
- Attach a Safety Quick Connect to the Wedge frame. The position is
predetermined by the bo t ho e in the inside of the Wedge. Start by
p acing the Wedge in the three insta ed Quick Connects as shown in
figure 3A. S ide the Safety Quick Connect up onto the Wedge and dock
frame as shown in figure 3B and thread the "T" Bo t into the bo t ho e
ocated on the inside of the wedge making sure that it passes through
the ho e in the Wedge and that the Safety Quick Connect is tight
against the bottom of the frame. Mark the ocation for the Safety Quick
Connect by tracing the outer edges on the bottom of the dock frame.
Refer to figure 3C for detai . Remove the Wedge from the Quick
Connects. P ace the connect between the marks and dri a 13/32" bo t
ho e using the Safety Quick Connect as a guide. Attach the Safety
Quick Connect to the dock frame as shown in figure 3C using a 3/8 x
2" button head bo t and a uminum nut. Torque to 20 ft/ bs. P ace the
Wedge back into the Quick Connects and secur ey ock into p ace by
tightening the "T" Bo t in the Safety Quick Connect.
