MONTAGGIO
PRE-MONTAGGIO SUPPORTI DI SOSTEGNO STRUTTURA
Ruotare verso l’esterno un lato del supporto (g1) no a
sentire un “click” che ne indicherà il corretto bloccaggio
(g.2). Ripetere l’operazione con gli altri supporti.
MONTAGGIO DEI SUPPORTI DI SOSTEGNO NELLA
STRUTTURA SUPERIORE “TOP”
Posizionare capovolta sul pavimento la struttura
superiore. Per proteggere la struttura posizionare un
panno sul pavimento.
Inserire la parte superiore dei supporti di sostegno nelle
apposite sedi presenti nella struttura, come mostrato
in gura.
Per eseguire questa operazione inserire, esercitando
una moderata forza, i supporti di sostegno nelle
rispettive sedi. Un click indicherà il corretto inserimento
e bloccaggio del supporto alla struttura. Assicurarsi
che tutti e tre i supporti siano correttamente inseriti
ed agganciati alla struttura, pima di procedere col
montaggio.
MONTAGGIO DELLA STRUTTURA
SUPERIORE ALLA BASE
Posizionare la base sul pavimento.
Inserire l’estremità inferiore dei supporti di
sostegno nelle rispettive sedi, come mostrato
nella gura (1).
Per completare il montaggio, premere il
pulsante “A” e spingere il supporto verso il
basso no al bloccaggio nella posizione 1,2
o 3. Un click indicherà il corretto bloccaggio.
Ripetere l’operazione con i restanti 2 supporti.
Per regolare l’altezza della seduta, premere il
pulsante “A” e sollevare o abbassare il supporto
di collegamento no al bloccaggio del pulsante
stesso nella posizione desiderata, 2 o 3.
IMPORTANTE: I tre supporti devono essere
sempre regolati tutti nella stessa posizione 1,
2 o 3

MONTAGGIO
MOTAGGIO DELLE RUOTE
Inserire le ruote “anteriori” e “posteriori” nelle
apposite sedi seguendo la posizione e direzione
indicata in gura dalle frecce. Spingere con
forza la ruota nella propria sede no a sentire
un click che segnalerà il corretto montaggio.
MONTAGGIO DELLA SEDUTA
Spingere verso il basso il cavallo del rivestimento
sedile per formare la seduta.
Inserire il rivestimento della seduta, no a
ssarlo completamente nella propria sede.
Come mostrato in gura.
FISSAGGIO DEI GIOCHI “2” e “3”
Inserire i giochi nelle proprie sedi posizionate
lateralmente nella struttura superiore “TOP”.
Le linguette di ssaggio dei giochi devono
oltrepassare le fessure, dalla parte inferiore
della struttura. Ruotare in senso orario i giochi
per bloccarli in posizione. Assicurarsi del
corretto montaggio.

FISSAGGIO DEL GIOCO “4”
Inserire la barra giochi nella propria sede
posizionata nella parte posteriore della struttura
superiore “TOP” orientata come indicato in gura.
Le linguette di ssaggio della barra giochi devono
oltrepassare le fessure, dalla parte inferiore della
struttura. Ruotare in senso orario i giochi per
bloccarli in posizione afferrando lo stelo “A”.
IMPORTANTE: Non ruotare l’anello alla base del
gioco.
Assicurarsi del corretto montaggio.
MONTAGGIO DEL GIOCO “1” SUL VASSOIO
CON GIOCHI MUSICALI
Inserire il gioco nella propria sede. Premere verso
il basso e contemporaneamente ruotare in senso
orario il gioco, no a udire un click che ne segnalerà
il corretto ssaggio.
INSERIMENTO BATTERIE NELLA STAZIONE
GIOCO MUSICALE
Il gioco musicale funziona con due batterie alcaline
tipo AA (non incluse).
Per inserire le batterie, svitare la vite di sicurezza,
far scorrere il coperchio e sollevarlo come riportato
in gura. Inserire le batterie seguendo la polarità
indicata.
Per chiudere il coperchio ripetere le operazioni a
ritroso avvitando poi la vite di sicurezza. Assicurarsi
della corretta chiusura.
FISSAGGIO DEL VASSOIO CON GIOCHI
MUSICALI
Inserire il vassoio con giochi musicali nella propria
sede posizionata nella parte anteriore della
struttura superiore “TOP” orientato come indicato
in gura. Ruotare i dispositivi di bloccaggio in senso
orario, dal lato inferiore della struttura, per ssare
il vassoio alla struttura. Assicurarsi del corretto
montaggio.

BLOCCAGGIO DELLA SEDUTA GIREVOLE
1- Ruotare la seduta rivolta verso la parte anteriore del
girello;
2- Premere il pulsante “A” del dispositivo di bloccaggio
rotazione posto sotto il top e spingere la leva di
bloccaggio “B” verso l’interno.
Assicurarsi che la leva sia correttamente bloccata nell’
apposita sede.
Un click indicherà il corretto ssaggio.
SBLOCCAGGIO DELLA SEDUTA GIREVOLE
Sbloccare la seduta in caso di utilizzo del prodotto
come Activity Center.
Premere il pulsante “A” e tirare la leva “B” verso
l’esterno per sbloccare la seduta.
APERTURA
Sollevare la parte superiore TOP, no a che tutti e tre i supporti di sostegno struttura saranno correttamente bloccati,
come mostrato nella g. (3). Un “click” segnalerà il corretto montaggio.
Assicurarsi che tutti e 3 i supporti siano in posizione verticale e correttamente bloccati, prima di utilizzare il girello.
CHIUSURA
Spostare la leva di sicurezza anti chiusura (a) verso sinistra, del supporto di sostegno struttura g. (2), e
contemporaneamente premere il pulsante di chiusura (b) sulla destra del supporto e ripiegarlo verso l’interno.
Ripetere questa operazione sui restanti supporti per richiudere il girello. Assicurarsi che tutti e tre i supporti siano
ripiegati all’interno del prodotto.

MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Pulire le parti in plastica con un panno umido o del detergente neutro (no solventi) e asciugare accuratamente.
Pulire le parti in stoffa con una soluzione di acqua tiepida e detergente neutro.
Non lavare in lavatrice.
Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi, materiali abrasivi.
Prima dell’utilizzo o di riporre il prodotto per un utilizzo futuro, assicurarsi che sia completamente asciutto.
Per preservarne l’efcacia, pulire regolarmente il dispositivo antiscivolo con un panno umido.

AVVERTENZE
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI, LE AVVERTENZE E CONSERVARLE PER FUTURE REFERENZE.
IL BAMBINO POTREBBE FERIRSI NEL CASO LE ISTRUZIONI NON VENISSERO SEGUITE CORRETTAMENTE.
- AVVERTENZA: Non lasciare mai il bambino incustodito.
- AVVERTENZA: Impedire l’accesso a scale, gradini e superci sconnesse.
- Adatto a bambini con età superiore ai 6 mesi e con peso inferiore ai 12 KG.
- Adatto a bambini che sono in grado di sostenere il proprio peso corporeo con le proprie gambe.
- Adatto a bambini la cui altezza è inferiore a cm 80.
- Non utilizzare il girello con bambini che non siano in grado di alzarsi e sedersi da soli.
- Tenere i sacchetti di plastica e tutti i componenti per l’imballo lontani dai bambini per evitare rischi di soffocamento.
- Il prodotto deve essere assemblato da un adulto.
- Controllare che il girello sia montato correttamente e che il vassoio superiore sia correttamente bloccato.
- Assicuratevi che il bambino sia sempre sotto la vostra sorveglianza, quando il bambino utilizza il girello.
- Prima dell’utilizzo controllate tutti i sistemi di bloccaggio.
- Prima dell’utilizzo controllate che la seduta sia regolata correttamente in base alla statura del bambino, i piedi del
bambino devono toccare il pavimento.
- Tenere distanti i bambini durante la regolazione del girello, durante il montaggio degli accessori o quando non
utilizzato.
- Non lasciare che il bambino si avvicini a fuochi accesi, apparecchi riscaldanti o qualsiasi prodotto che possa
provocare scottature.
- Base del girello con dispositivo anti-scivolo, per garantire il blocco in prossimità di scale o gradini.
- Per sicurezza, non lasciare comunque che il bambino si avvicini a scale o gradini privi della barriera protettiva,
strade o bordi della piscina, rischio di danni seri o di morte.
- Utilizzare solamente all’interno della casa.
- Articolo privo di freni, non utilizzare su pendenze.
- Non lasciare oggetti o li elettrici sul pavimento, che possano provocare il ribaltamento del girello.
- Non lasciare che il bambino versi liquidi sul dispositivo musicale, pericolo di corto-circuito.
- Non effettuare alcuna modica che possa pregiudicarne la sicurezza.
- Non utilizzare parti di ricambio diverse da quelle approvate dal fabbricante o dal distributore.
- Controllare regolarmente l’esatto funzionamento del girello e che non vi siano componenti danneggiati o rotti.
- Non utilizzare il girello se un componente è danneggiato, rotto o mancante.
- AVVERTENZA: Quando è nel girello, il bambino potrebbe essere in grado di estendere il suo raggio d’azione
e di spostarsi più velocemente di prima:
1. impedire l’accesso a scale, gradini e superci sconnesse;
2. dotare di protezione tutte le fonti di fuoco e i dispositivi di riscaldamento e per cucinare;
3. rimuovere liquidi bollenti, cavi elettrici essibili e altri potenziali pericoli;
4. impedire collisioni con le parti in vetro di porte, nestre e mobili;
5. il presente girello dovrebbe essere utilizzato solo per brevi periodi di tempo (per esempio 20 min.);
6. il presente girello è destinato ad essere utilizzato da bambini in grado di stare seduti da soli autonomamente, a
partire dai 6 mesi circa. Non destinato ai bambini che sanno camminare da soli o che pesano più di 12 kg.
- Pulire con un panno umido o del detergente neutro (no solventi) e asciugare accuratamente.
- Non trasportare il girello con all’interno il bambino.
- Non effettuare regolazioni con il bambino all’interno del girello.
- Non sollevare mai il girello impugnandolo per il gioco musicale.
- Per preservarne l’efcacia, pulire regolarmente il dispositivo antiscivolo con un panno umido.
- Non utilizzare il girello in mancanza di uno o tutti i dispositivi antiscivolo.

INFORMAZIONE SULLE BATTERIE
IMPORTANTE: Tenere le batterie lontano dalla portata dei bambini.
BATTERIE:
- 2 batterie modello AA da 1,5V (non incluse).
- Si consiglia l’uso di batterie alcaline usa e getta.
- Si consiglia di non usare batterie ricaricabili per questo prodotto.
- Sostituire le batterie quando il suono non funziona correttamente.
UTILIZZO DELLE PILE:
- Inserire sempre le batterie rispettando correttamente la polarità.
- Non gettare assolutamente le pile nel fuoco perché possono esplodere.
- Le pile possono essere facilmente ingoiate da bambini piccoli con conseguenze pericolose.
- Evitare sempre che i bambini piccoli maneggino le pile, tenerle quindi lontano dalla loro portata.
- Se ritenete che una pila sia stata ingoiata, consultate subito un medico.
- Diversi tipi di batterie o batterie nuove ed usate non devono essere mischiate, sostituire sempre entrambe le
batterie.
- Le batterie scariche devono essere rimosse dal prodotto.
- Non ricaricare mai pile che non siano ricaricabili possono esplodere o produrre perdita di liquido.
- Rimuovere le batterie, se NON utilizzate il prodotto per lungo periodo.
- I morsetti di alimentazione non devono essere cortocircuitati.
- Non buttare le batterie scariche nella spazzatura. Portatele nei punti di raccolta.
Smaltimento riuti RAEE
CORRETTO SMALTIMENTO DEL PRODOTTO
(riuti elettrici ed elettronici)
(Applicabile in tutti paesi dell’Unione Europea e in quelli con sistema di raccolta differenziata)Il marchio riportato
sul prodotto o sulla sua documentazione indica che il prodotto non deve essere smaltito con altri riuti domestici al
termine del ciclo di vita. Per evitare eventuali danni all’ambiente o alla salute causati dall’inopportuno smaltimento
dei riuti, si invita l’utente a separare questo prodotto da altri tipi di riuti e di riciclarlo in maniera responsabile
per favorire il riutilizzo sostenibile delle risorse materiali. Gli utenti domestici sono invitati a contattare il rivenditore
presso il quale è stato acquistato il prodotto o l’ufcio locale preposto per tutte le informazioni relative alla raccolta
differenziata ed al riciclaggio per questo tipo di prodotto. Questo prodotto non deve essere smaltito unitamente ad
altri riuti commerciali. In caso di smaltimento abusivo dei riuti, sono previste sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie,
come previsto dal Decreto Legislativo in vigore.

Il contenuto sottoindicato va in vigore dal 01.01.2005 e sostituisce a qualsiasi titolo e completamente qualsiasi
messaggio anteriore riferito alla garanzia prestata da Foppa Pedretti S.p.A.
GARANZIA CONVENZIONALE
Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. con sede inGrumello del Monte (Italia) Via Volta 11, garantisce direttamente al Consumatore
che questo Prodotto, nuovo di fabbrica, è privo di difetti nei materiali, nella progettazione e nella fabbricazione ed
conforme alle caratteristiche dalla stessa dichiarate.
La presente garanzia convenzionale è valida in tutti i Paesi Stati membri dell’Unione Europea e non esclude né limita
i diritti del Consumatore ai sensi di norme imperative di legge nei confronti del Venditore del Prodotto.
Per usufruire della presente garanzia convenzionale il Consumatore dovrà riportare il Prodotto difettoso al
Venditore, presentandogli la prova d’acquisto del Prodotto dalla quale risultino in modo leggibile l’indirizzo del
Venditore, la data d’acquisto del Prodotto col timbro e rma del Venditore e l’indicazione del Prodotto stesso o, in
alternativa, lo scontrino scale, non modicato, dal quale risultino in modo chiaro le medesime informazioni.
La garanzia convenzionale ha validità per Dodici (12) mesi dalla data di acquisto del Prodotto. Durante questo
periodo Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. riparerà o sostituirà, a sua discrezione, il Prodotto difettoso.
La garanzia convenzionale è concessa all’acquirente nale del Prodotto (Consumatore) e non esclude né limita i diritti
imperativi del medesimo Consumatore, quali previsti dalla legge e/o i diritti che il Consumatore può vantare contro
il Venditore/Rivenditore del Prodotto.
ESCLUSIONI DELLA GARANZIA CONVENZIONALE.
La garanzia convenzionale è esclusa per i danni derivati al Prodotto dalle seguenti cause: uso non conforme alle
disposizioni contenute nel foglio d’istruzioni all’uso ed al montaggio, urti e cadute, esposizione del Prodotto ad
umidità o condizioni termiche o ambientali estreme od a cambiamenti repentini di tali condizioni, corrosione,
ossidazione, modiche o riparazioni non autorizzate del Prodotto, riparazioni con uso di parti di ricambio non
autorizzate, uso improprio, cattiva mancata manutenzione, manutenzione impropria rispetto a quanto indicato nel
foglio d’istruzioni all’uso e al montaggio, montaggio non corretto, incidenti, azioni di cibi o bevande, azione di
prodotti chimici, cause di forza maggiore.
In ogni caso Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o a cose, diversi dal Prodotto,
quando tali danni siano causati da negligenza alle disposizioni / raccomandazioni / avvertenze contenute nel
manuale o, in alternativa, nel “Foglio d’istruzioni all’uso e al Montaggio” che accompagna ogni Prodotto
destinato al proprietario/utilizzatore. (come a titolo meramente esemplicativo, nel caso del Prodotto Lettino:
“Sorvegliate costantemente il bambino. Controllate che lenzuola e coperte non coprano la testa del bambino…”).
Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. declina, inoltre, ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o a cose quando la rottura dei
suoi prodotti è causata dal deterioramento dei componenti del Prodotto, soggetti ad usura. Sono considerati
componenti del Prodotto soggetti a usura tutti i componenti in materiale plastico.

ASSEMBLY
PRE-ASSEMBLY OF FRAME SUPPORT BRACKETS
Rotate one side of the bracket outwards (g.1) until you hear
a click, indicating that it is locked correctly (g.2). Repeat this
process with the other brackets.
ASSEMBLING THE SUPPORT BRACKETS IN THE
TOP UPPER FRAME
Place the upper frame upside down on the oor. To
protect the frame, place a cloth on the oor.
Insert the top part of the support brackets into the
appropriate slots in the frame, as shown in the diagram.
To do this, insert the support brackets into their
respective slots by pressing gently. A click will indicate
that the bracket has been correctly inserted and locked
to the frame. Make sure that all three brackets are
correctly inserted and attached to the frame before
continuing with the assembly.
MOUNTING THE UPPER FRAME ON THE
BASE
Place the base on the oor.
Insert the lower end of the support brackets
into their respective slots, as shown in the gure
(1).
To complete the assembly, press the “A” button
and push the bracket downwards until it locks in
position 1, 2 or 3. A click will indicate that it has
locked correctly. Repeat this process with the
remaining two brackets.
To adjust the height of the seat, press the
“A” button and raise or lower the connection
bracket until the button itself locks in the
desired position, 2 or 3.
IMPORTANT: The three brackets must always
be adjusted all in the same position: 1, 2 or 3.

ASSEMBLY
ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
Insert the “front” and “rear” wheels into the
appropriate housing, following the position
and the direction shown by the arrows in the
diagram. Push the wheel rmly into its housing
until you hear a click, indicating that it is
assembled correctly.
ASSEMBLING THE SEAT
Push downwards on the crotch of the material
lining to form the seat.
Insert the lining of the seat, so that it is
completely xed in its housing, as shown in the
diagram.
ATTACHING GAMES “2” and “3”
Insert the games into their housings, located at
the sides of the TOP upper frame. The fastening
tabs on the games must go beyond the slots, in
the lower part of the frame. Rotate the games
clockwise to lock them into position. Make sure
that they are correctly mounted.

ATTACHING GAME “4”
Insert the game bar into its housing, located in
the rear part of the TOP upper frame, facing the
direction shown in the diagram. The fastening
tabs on the game bar must go beyond the slots,
in the lower part of the frame. Rotate the games
clockwise to lock them into position, gripping the
rod “A”. IMPORTANT: Do not rotate the ring at the
base of the game.
Make sure that it is correctly mounted.
MOUNTING GAME “1” ON THE TRAY WITH
MUSICAL GAMES
Insert the game into its housing. Press down and at
the same time rotate the game clockwise, until you
hear a click, indicating that it is mounted correctly.
INSERTING BATTERIES INTO THE MUSICAL
GAME STATION
The musical game works with two AA batteries (not
included).
To insert the batteries, remove the safety screw,
slide off the cover and lift as shown in the diagram.
Insert the batteries the right way round as indicated.
To close the cover, repeat the process in reverse,
then tighten the safety screw. Make sure that it is
closed correctly.
ATTACHING THE TRAY WITH MUSICAL GAMES
Insert the tray with musical games into its own
housing, located in the front part of the TOP upper
frame, facing the direction shown in the diagram.
Rotate the locking devices on the underside of the
frame in a clockwise direction, to secure the tray to
the frame. Make sure that it is correctly mounted.

LOCKING THE SWIVEL SEAT
Lock the seat when the product is being used as a
walker:
1- Rotate the seat so that it is facing the front part of
the walker.
2- Press button “A” on the rotation locking device,
located under the top, and push the locking lever “B”
inwards.
Make sure that the lever is locked properly in the
appropriate slot.
A click will indicate that it is attached correctly.
UNLOCKING THE SWIVEL SEAT
Unlock the seat when the product is being used as an
Activity Centre.
Press button “A” and pull the lever “B” outwards to
unlock the seat.
OPENING
Lift the TOP upper part until all three frame support brackets are correctly locked, as shown in g. (3). A click will
indicate that it is assembled correctly.
Make sure that all 3 brackets are in the vertical position and locked correctly, before using the walker.
CLOSING
Move the anti-close safety lever (a) to the left of the frame support bracket g. (2), while at the same time pressing
the close button (b) on the right of the bracket, and fold it inwards. Repeat this process on the remaining supports
to close the walker. Make sure that all three supports are folded up inside the product.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Clean the plastic parts with a damp cloth or neutral detergent (no solvents) and dry thoroughly.
Clean the fabric parts with a solution of warm water and neutral detergent.
Do not machine wash.
Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive materials.
Before using or storing the product for future use, make sure it is completely dry.
To preserve its effectiveness, clean the anti-slip device regularly with a damp cloth.

WARNINGS

- WARNING: Never leave your child unattended.
- WARNING: Prevent access to stairs, steps and uneven surfaces.
- Suitable for children over 6 months of age and weighing less than 12 kg
- Suitable for children who are able to support their own body weight with their legs.
- Suitable for children whose height is less than 80 cm.
- Do not use the walker with children who are unable to stand and sit up alone.
- Keep plastic bags and all packaging components away from children to avoid danger of suffocation.
- The product must be assembled by an adult.
- Check that the walker is assembled correctly and that the upper tray is properly locked.
- Make sure that the child is always under your supervision when using the walker.
- Before use, check all the locking systems.
- Before use, check that the seat is correctly adjusted for the height of your child: your child’s feet must touch the
oor.
- Keep children away when adjusting the walker, when mounting accessories or when not in use.
- Do not allow your child to approach open res, heating appliances or any product which may cause burns.
- The base of the walker has an anti-slip device, to ensure that it locks when near to stairs or steps.
- For safety reasons, never let your child go near stairs or steps that do not have a safety gate, or roads or the edges
of a swimming pool, as there is a risk of serious harm or death.
- Use only inside the house.
- Does not have brakes, do not use on slopes.
- Do not leave any objects or cables on the oor, as these may cause the walker to overturn.
- Do not allow your child to pour liquids onto the musical device as it may short-circuit.
- Do not carry out any modication that could compromise its safety.
- Do not use spare parts other than those approved by the manufacturer or distributor.
- Check regularly that the walker is operating correctly and that there are no damaged or broken components.
- Do not use the walker if a component is damaged, broken or missing.
- WARNING: When in the walker, your child may be able to extend their reach and move around more quickly
than before:
1. prevent access to stairs, steps and uneven surfaces;
2. protect all sources of re and devices for heating and for cooking;
3. remove boiling liquids, exible electric cables and other potential threats;
4. prevent collisions with glass panes in doors, windows and furniture;
5. this walker should only be used for short periods of time (for example 20 mins.);
6. this walker is intended to be used by children who can sit alone unaided, from around 6 months of age. Not
intended for use by children who know how to walk unaided or who weigh more than 12 kg.

INFORMATION ABOUT BATTERIES
IMPORTANT: Keep the batteries out of the reach of children
BATTERIES:
- 2 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included)
- It is recommended to use disposable alkaline batteries.
- It is recommended not to use rechargeable batteries for this product.
- Replace the batteries when the sound does not work properly.
USING THE BATTERIES:
- Always insert the batteries with the correct indicated polarity.
- Do not throw the batteries into the re as they may explode.
- Batteries can be easily swallowed by small children, with dangerous consequences.
- Always prevent small children from handling batteries and keep them out of their reach.
- If you think that a battery has been swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
- Different types of batteries, or used and unused batteries, must not be mixed; always replace both batteries.
- Flat batteries must be removed from the product.
- Never recharge batteries that are not rechargeable as they may explode or leak uids.
- Remove the batteries if you are not using the product for a long time.
- The power supply terminals must not be short-circuited.
- Do not throw used batteries in the bin. Take them to a collection point.

of the life cycle. To prevent any harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, the user

FORMAL GUARANTEE
The contents of this document as stated below will come into effect as from 01.01.2005 and replace, on every
account and in full, any previous message referring to the guarantee provided by Foppa Pedretti S.p.A.
FORMAL GUARANTEE
Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. the head ofce of which is located at n. 11 Via Volta, Grumello del Monte (Italy), guarantees
directly to the Consumer that this brand new product is free of faults with regard to the materials, design and
manufacture and that it complies with the characteristics as declared by the manufacturer.
This formal guarantee is valid in all Member Countries of the European Union and it neither excludes nor limits the
Consumer’s rights in accordance with mandatory measures provided for by the law with regard to the Retailer of the
Product.
To take advantage of this formal guarantee, the Consumer must return the faulty product to the Retailer,
presenting to the same the proof of purchase of the Product which must clearly show the Retailer’s address, the
date of purchase of the Product with the Retailer’s stamp and signature and an indication of the Product itself or,
alternatively, the receipt which must not have been altered and which must clearly show the same information as that
referred to above.
The formal guarantee is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the Product. During this period,
Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. will repair or replace the faulty product, at its own discretion. The formal guarantee is granted
to the end buyer of the Product (Consumer) and it neither excludes nor limits the mandatory rights of the Consumer
as provided for by the law and/ or the rights that the Consumer may have with regard to the Dealer/Retailer of the
Product.
EXCLUSIONS TO THE FORMAL GUARANTEE.
The formal guarantee is excluded in the case of damage caused to the Product for the following reasons: if the
product is used in a way that does not comply with the information contained in the use and assembly instruction
sheet, if the product is knocked or dropped, if the Product is exposed to humidity or extreme heat or environmental
conditions, or to sudden changes in the same, corrosion, oxidization, unauthorized alterations or repairs to the
Product, repairs using unauthorised spare parts, improper use, improper maintenance or failure to carry out the
same, improper maintenance compared to the information given on the use and assembly instruction sheet, incorrect
assembly, accidents, damage caused by food or drink, damage caused by chemical products, cases of force majeure.
In any case, Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. declines all responsibility for damage caused to persons or to property,
other than the Product, when such damage is caused by a failure to comply with the instructions/advice/
warnings cont a ined in the manua l or, alternatively, in the use and assembly instruction sheet provided with
each Product for the owner/user. (Purely as an example, in the case of a cot : “Check your baby constantly.
Make sure that the sheets and blankets do not cover the baby’s head…”).
Furthermore, Foppa Pedretti S.p.A. declines all responsibility for damage to persons and to property when
the breakage of its products is due to a deterioration in the components of the Product that are subject to
wear. All the components of the Product made of plastic are considered to be components subject to wear.
