Place the BASE (2) upside down on the ground.
Insert the five CASTORS WHEELS (1) into the base.
NOTE: Please make sure all CASTORS are firmly inserted in.

Turn the BASE (2) right side up and insert GAS LIFT (3) and
TELESCOPIC COVER (4).

Requires 5 , 6 , A , C
Attach SEAT PLATE (5) onto the SEAT CUSHION (6) with SCREWS (A)
and tighten 80% with ALLEN KEY (C). DO NOT fully tighten.
NOTE: Please ensure all screws are fitted tightly.
