Chair is to be used by one person at a time.
Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened.
Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tight every three months or as needed.
Do not overturn back tilt knob when decreasing tension.
Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as head covering, as it may cause suffocation.
Do not use chair as a stepladder.
Use this chair for its intended purpose only.

IMPORTANT: Please read and understand this manual before any assembly. Before beginning assembly of product,
make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packaging contents list. If any part is missing, or if you have

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing
materials and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is complete.
Read each step carefully before beginning any assembly and make sure you understand each step. If you are

Assembly
Step 1
Requires 1, 2, 3, 4
Insert 5 casters 1into base 2,
push hard until you feel or hear the caster 1 snap
into place.
Insert cylinder 3 into base 2 and slip bellows 4
over cylinder 3.
Step 2
Requires 6, 8, D, E
Attach left and right arms 8to seat cushion 6 by using three
screws D in each arm.
Fully tighten all screws using hex wrench E.
Step 3
Requires 5, 6, B, C, E
Attach seat plate 5to seat cushion 6 with the arrow
towards the front of the chair, using two screws Band
two screws C.
Fully tighten all screws using hex wrench E.
Step 4
Requires 3, 5, 6, 7
Place the assembled seat on top of cylinder 3 and apply downward
pressure.
Align back cushion 7 with seat cushion 6by gently inserting back
support plate into the rear hole of the seat plate 5and tighten by using
the knob on the rear right side of the seat plate 5.

Insert Plastic cap A into the back support plate as shown.
