1. Usethumb andforefingertohold the hookofthe loadleverandpullthe lever
downand awayfromsocket to unlockit. Lift theload lever.
2.Pushdown thereartabwithyourforefingertobringthe frontendoftheload
plate upslightly.Opentheloadplate withthumb. Becarefulnot totouchthe
contacts.

3. Hold CPUwiththumb andforefinger. Ensure fingersaligntosocket cutouts.
Matchthe CPUtrianglemarkertoPin1position asshownbelow.The alignment
keyalsoprovidesthe orientation directed function.Lowerthe CPUstraightdown
withouttiltingorslidingtheCPUinthesocket.
4.Afterinstalling theCPU, removethe protectivecoverfromload plate.The
protectivecoveris usedtoprotect the contactsof the socket. Donot discardthe
protectivecover.Alwaysreplacethe socketcoveriftheCPUisremoved fromthe
socket.

5.Closetheload plate,and slightly pushdownthe tongue side.
6.Lowertheleverandlockit tothe loadplate,then the CPUis lockedcompletely.
Note:
Excessivetemperatureswill severelydamage theCPUand
system.Therefore, you shouldinstall CPUcooling fanand make
surethat thecoolingfanworksnormally at alltimesinorderto
preventoverheatinganddamagingtotheCPU.Pleaserefertoyour
CPUfan userguideto installitproperly.

1.Thereis only one gap inthemiddle of theDIMM slot,and the memory
modulecan be fixed inone direction only.Unlock aDIMM slotbypressing the
moduleclipsoutward.
2.Align the memorymodule tothe DIMM slot,andinsertthemodule vertically
intotheDIMMslot.
3.Theplasticclipsat bothsidesofthe DIMM slot will lockautomatically.

Attention:
Ribbon cablesare directional,therefore,makesureto alwayscon-
