must read instruction manual.
ÆWARNING: Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain
and the dusty environment may damage the
enclosure materials. The product shall be stored
indoor when not in use.
ÆRISK OF FIRE! No user serviceable parts inside.
ÆWARNING! As with any mechanical component,
a vehicle is subject to high stresses and
wear. The various materials and components
may react differently to wear or fatigue. If the
expected service life for a component has been
exceeded, it may break suddenly, therefore
risking causing injuries to the user. Cracks,
scratches and discoloration in the areas subject
to high stresses indicate that the component
has exceeded its service life and should be
replaced.
ÆALWAYS wear a helmet when riding your
electric scooter.
ÆMake sure your scooter has a full battery before
taking it out to ride.
ÆALWAYS be aware of local traffic laws and
regulations, and follow them.
ÆDO NOT ride the scooter under the influence of
drugs or alcohol.
ÆALWAYS respect pedestrians.
ÆContact your reseller for recommendations of
training organizations that can teach you how to
ride.

´This electric scooter can be used by one adult
only. Never carry others.
´Wear safety helmet and other protective
equipment while using this product.
´Never ride this product in an unsafe or illegal
place.
´Please practice in an open area (not on lanes)
first and use this product until you are skilled in
operation.
´Do not make dangerous actions or ride with one
hand only. Keep your feet on the scooter.
´Do not use this product at an ambient
temperature below -5°C.

´Avoid obstacle jumps and anticipate and
adapt your trajectory and speed to those of a
pedestrian before crossing these obstacles.
Meanwhile, step down from the scooter when
these obstacles become dangerous due to their
shape, height or slippage. Do not try to directly
pass steps are higher than 3cm.
´For your safety, do not ride in speeds higher
than 20 km/h. Avoid using the scooter at night.
If you use this product at night, turn on the
headlight and ride in 15 km/h or below.
´In the event of bumps or poor road conditions,
please use this scooter slowly or get off the
scooter and push it forward.
´Do not use this product on a slippery surface.
´To avoid damage to electrical parts, do not ride
or immerse the scooter in water deeper than 3
cm.

´Avoid using this product in bad weather
conditions such as rain, snow and wind, to
prevent unnecessary damage caused by
insignificant factors.
´Use this product in accordance with relevant
instructions in this manual. Do not exceed the
maximum load.
´Avoid using or keeping this product at high
or extremely low temperature, or keeping this
product together with flammable materials.
´Ride the scooter on smooth roads without pits.
´Do not load anything on the handlebar that will
affect the stability of the scooter.

´Fold down the kickstand when the vehicle is not
in use. Flip up the kickstand before use. Do not
park the vehicle in the slope.
´User should be minimum 140 cm and maximum
200 cm tall and at an age of minimum 12 years.
´Braking performance and friction between the
tire and road deteriorates in wet conditions, so
it is harder to control the speed and easier to
lose control. Slow down and brake early when it
is raining.
´WARNING! Keep polybag away from children to
avoid suffocation.
´You must take time to learn the basics of riding
to avoid serious accidents that can lead to
personal injuries.

´Cross protected passages by walking. In all
cases, you must take care of yourself and
others.
´Do not divert the use of the scooter. This
scooter is not intended for acrobatic use.
´Caution, the brake may become hot during use.
Do not touch after use.
´Notify your presence by using the bell when
approaching a pedestrian or cyclist when you
are not seen or heard. Avoid high traffic and
overcrowded areas.
´Do not modify or transform the scooter,
including the steering tube and sleeve, stem,
folding mechanism and rear brake.

Operation
Before first use:
1. Read all Safety instructions.
2. Unfold the product:
a) Push the folding button in the folding lock upward.
b) Pull the folding lock outward and downward.
c) Hold up support pole.
d) Move the folding lock upward and lock it.
3. Install the handle:
a) Connect the wire in the handle and support pole. And
then insert the handlebar into the support pole.
b) Align the screw and the screw hole.
The cable is inside the tube.
Pull spring to retrieve cable.

c) c) Tighten the three screws with the included tools.
Follow the illustration to use correct tool.
Note: The screw on the side of the head is pre-installed
but needs to be tightened.
d) Make sure the power button working normally after
assembling.
4. Fold the product:
a) Push the folding button in the folding lock upward.
b) Pull the folding lock outward and downward.
c) Fold the supported pole.
d) Move the folding lock upward and lock it.

Operation
Drive:
1. Connect the power adapter to the charging port and wall
outlet, the indicator on the adapter will illuminate in red.
Note: Connect the power adapter to charging port before
you connect it to the wall outlet.
2. When the charging is completed, the indicator on the
adapter will illuminate in green.
3. Press the Power/mode button to start the product. Hold
the button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
4. Double click the Power/mode button to change the
speed level between mode 1, 2 and 3.
Mode 1: Maximum speed is 8 km/h.
Mode 2: Maximum speed is 15 km/h.
Mode 3: Maximum speed is 20 km/h.
5. Place one foot on the pedal (foot plate) and the other foot
on the ground. Use your feet to reach up to 4 km/h and
then press the accelerator to accelerate. Press harder to
increase the speed. The LCD display will show the real-
time speed.
Note: Accelerate in accordance to your ability - to assure
safety. Accelerate gradually for initial use.
Note: When the battery power is too low the electric
scooter may start/stop intermittently. This is normal.
6. Keep pressing Power/mode button 1-2 seconds to enter
pedestrian mode, the front light is on at the same time,
the maximum speed is 6 km/h. Keep pressing Power/
mode button 1-2 seconds to exit pedestrian mode.
7. Single press the Power/mode button to turn on or off the
light.
8. Lightly hold the brake to carefully slow down, hold harder
to decelerate faster.
Note: Drive carefully and make sure you brake in good
time before barriers or other obstacles.

Adjust the brake:
1. Use the M5 hex wrench anti-clockwise to release the
plate screws on back wheel. Adjust the length of exposed
tail; shorten for tighting and lengthen for loosing the
brake.
2. Lock the pressure plate screws by rotating clockwise.
Maintenance and storage:
1. Wipe the exterior with a damp sponge.
Note: Do not use any abrasive cleaning or scouring
products. This may damage the surfaces.
2. Wipe the wheels with a damp sponge to remove any dirt.
3. Store the electric scooter where it is not exposed to
moisture, dust, direct sunlight, extremely high or low
temperatures.
4. Store the scooter out of reach from children.
Battery maintenance:
´If the product is going to be stored for a long time, DO
follow the below steps:
1. Make sure the remain battery power is more than 80%.
2. Make sure all power switches are turned off.
3. Charge the battery at least every 3rd month to maintain
the battery life.
4. DO NOT charge the battery under 0°C.
Note: If the product is stored in the environment that
under 0°C, it must be recovered at room temperature for
at least 12 hours before charge.
Maintenance
Charge the product before storing for a
long time and charge it every 3rd month to
maintain the battery.

Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The Scooter is smelling
burned or is very hot.
The battery is damaged or overheated. Do not touch the battery. Bring the scooter to a service
centre.
The battery is leaking. The battery is damaged or overheated. Do not touch the battery or the leakage. Bring the
scooter to a service centre.
The Scooter is running slow
or sluggishly.
The battery is low, damaged or overheated. Do not touch the battery. Contact a service shop on
whether to charge the battery or bring the scooter to the
service centre.

Error Code Solutions
Communication
errors
E1 Check if the brake back light is ON. If the brake back light is not ON, it indicates that the control unit is not
on. Replace the controller or instrument. If the brake back light is ON, check the connection cable between
the instrument and the control unit for interruption.
Brake failure E2 Check if the brake is
pressed.
If the brake is pressed, release it.
If the brake is not pressed, check the
connection cable between the brake
and the instrument for short circuit or
interruption.
In case of a short circuit or outage,
replace the connection cable.
Change the brake lever.
Thumb
accelerator error
E3 Check if the thumb gas
is pressed.
If the thumb gas is pressed, release it.
If the thumb gas is not pressed, check
the connection cable between the
accelerator pedal and the instrument
for a short circuit or open circuit.
In case of a short circuit or outage,
replace the connection cable.
Replace the thumb gas.
Engine failure E4 Check if the engine
and controller are
connected via a cable.
If the engine and controller are not connected, connect them.
If the engine and controller are connected, disconnect the cable, measure the
internal resistance of the three-phase cable of the engine and check if it is within a
reasonable range (usually 0.1Ω - 1ff). Replace the engine if the internal resistance
is outside the reasonable range.
Controller failure E5 If the controller is damaged, replace it.
High
temperature
engine
E6 Check the engine for
high temperature.
If the engine overheats, wait until the engine has cooled to the working
temperature.
If the temperature is normal, check the connection cable between the motor and
the short circuit controller. If there is a short circuit, replace the connection cable.
High speed
warning
Blinks Reduce driving speed.
