Ⅰ. Brief introduction
The bad dynamic balancing of the wheels may cause excess vibration of the wheels and the steering wheel. And
also it will enlarge the joint part gap of the steering system and cause damage to the shock absorber and it steering
system. All these may cause serious accident. To prevent the above situation, we need to do the dynamic balancing to
the wheels.
Read the manual carefully before using this machine for the safety of the user and the machine.
Uninstall or replace the parts by authorized technician only!
Contact the service support department for repairing issue.
Make sure the wheel is properly locked on the flange of the connector, before start the balancing procedure.
Always wear fit and tight work cloths when working. Nobody but only the operator is allowed to start the machine.
Use this machine for balancing the wheels only.

Ⅱ. Balancer installation
1.unpacking check
When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Packing Lists are included. If any parts are missing
or broken, please call the distributor as soon as possible.
2.Installation instructions
2.1Make sure this machines is installed on CONCRETE surface capable of supporting the weight of the Wheel
Balancer, the wheel being balanced and any additional tools and equipment.Failure to do so may cause
inaccuracy of the results.
2.2Make sure there is adequate surrounding work space, at least 5M2.
2.3Make sure there is a ground bolt on the installation hole to fix the machine.
3.transmission shaft bolt installation
Assemble the transmission shaft bolt on the main shaft by the applied M10X150 hex key trench and tighten the
bolt(refer to figure2-1)
figure 2-1
(REMARK:Mount a wheel on the shaft when tighten the bolt, hold the wheel by hand, so that the shaft will not
rotate with the bolt.)
4. wheel mounting
Make sure the wheel is clear, without dust or sand. Remove the balancing weight。 Check the tire pressure and
make sure there is no dis-formation of the rim and the mounting hole.

3
positive positioning way
Main shaft-wheel(put the rim installation part
inside)-put a proper cone, (spinous point inside)-quick
fixturea
Reversal positioning way
Main shaft-put a spring(already installed when
manufactured), put a suitable cone(big point
inside)-wheel-quick fixtures
CAUTION: Do not slide the wheel on the main shaft crew when mounting or unmounting and wheel to avoid
scratches.

Ⅳ.Wheel balance operation
6 types of dynamic balancing and 1 type of static balancing mode are applied based on the different balancing
Weight position on the rim.
DYN balancing mode. The balancing weight to be attached (clipped on) the both side of the
rim, illustrated as following figure
ALU1 balancing mode,The balancing weight to be attached on inside of the spokes. Two
choices under this mode: ALU1 and ALUS
ALU2 balancing mode: the balancing weight to be attached on both inner and outer side of the
of the spokes
ALU3 balancing mode: choose the the position as the picture, clip the balancing weight on the inner side
of the rim and stick the weight on the outside of the rim.
ALU4 balancing mode: position as the picture, clip the balancing weight on the inner side of
the rim, stick the balancing weight on the outer side of the spoke
ALU5balancing mode: position as the picture, stick the balancing weight to the inner side of
the rim and clip the weight on the outside of the spokes
Static mode

6
1. Operation under balancing mode:DYN、ALU1、ALU2、ALU3、ALU4、ALU5、STA
1.1 Choose proper balancing mode based on different shape of the rim. Press to choose the balancing
mode.
1.2 Imput A.B.D size of the wheel under all balancing mode except ALUS:
Choose to input the different parameters by pressing . Press and to input the size of a,b
and d.
1.3 Press the to run the machine after the sizes of the wheel are input. The LED shows the unbalancing
weight when the wheels stop rotate. Press to check the actual unbalancing weight.
1.4 Rotate the wheel manually until all the inner side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add an weight at
top-dead-center(12 o clock) on the inner calibration side.
Rotate the wheel manually until all the outer side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add a weight at
top-dead-center(12 o clock) on the outer calibration side of the wheel.
Note: The position of the balancing weight differs under different mode
DYN mode: the weight to be attached(clipped on) on edge of both side of the rim, illustrated as below.
ALU1 mode: The weight to be attached(stuck on) inside the rim, illustrated as below.

7
ALU2 mode: the weight to be attached as below:
ALUS mode: the weight to be attached as below. The outside balancing weight are placed right above the back
side of the matcher.
ALU4 mode: The weight to be attached as below:
ALU3 mode: the weight to be attached as below.

8
STA (static mode). The STA is applied if the ratio between wheel diameter and width is bigger than 5:1.
Only one balancing weight is enough under STA mode. The weight can be put on either outside or inner side of
the wheel. But normally, it is put on the middle position of the rim.
1.5 Repress the to restart the machine after the balancing weight is attached. The machine may display the
result after balancing when the wheels stop rotating.
NOTE:
You can also press the to switch the balancing mode when the result is displayed.
If an input mistake of the wheel size is found after the testing, press to input again. Input the wheel size
again. No need to restart the machine after change of the wheel size, hold to show the results
The results always turns out to be integral multiple of 5g(if the unit is oz, the result is the integral multiple of
0.25oz)
2. ALUS mode operation
Under the ALU1 mode, the position of the balancing weight should be attached on the default position..
While if the rim are very special in profile and cannot be proper positioned by the default system position, we can
choose ALUS mode
2.1 Press to choose the ALUS mode. The ALU light indicator are on under this mode. Choose 2 different
calibration side 1 and 2 on the rim and get the number of a1,d1 on calibration side 1 and the a2,d2 on side 2.

9
2.2 Pressing to input different parameters. Press and to input the size. Input a1,d1,
a2,d2 by same way.
2.3 Press to start the machine, the LED display the unbalancing weight when the wheel stops.
2.4 Rotating the wheels manually until all the inner side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add a balancing
weight at top-dead center on the calibration side 1 of the wheel (the position to test the A1)
Rotating the wheels until all the outer side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add a balancing weight at
top-dead center on the calibration side 2(the position to test the a2)
2.5 Repress to result the machine after attaching the weight. The result may display when the wheels
stops rotating.
Ⅴ.100g calibration
An 100g calibration is required if an incorrect test result is suspected.
1. Amount an wheel that can hold a weight balance, input the rim numbers(A.B.D), press and ,until
the LED is not blinking.
2. Start the machine by pressing , rotate the wheel manually after the wheel stop rotating, until all the light
indicator on the outside unbalancing position are on. Add a 100g weight to the outside of the wheel at top-dead
center.
3. Start the machine by pressing , rotate the wheel manually after the wheel stop rotating, until all the light
indicator on the inner side unbalancing position are on. Add a 100g weight to the inner side of the wheel at top-dead
center.

10
4. Start the machine by pressing , the calibration are done when the wheel stop rotating, and the machines
Display the last unbalancing weight.
