When using electrical appliances,
basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the

Polarized plug
This appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. f the plug does not fit fully
into the outlet, reverse the plug and

Assembly and Use
REMINDER: Make sure the pre-filter and HEPA filter are properly installed before use.
Where to locate
1. Keep the unit in a place at least 6' = 15.24cm away
from TV set, radio, etc. to avoid interference.
3. Keep both sides of the unit more than 4
inches away from a wall.
6. Place the air purifier in a well-ventilated area
of the room.
4. Do not place the unit where the air inlet or
outlet grill could come in contact with a curtain.

1. Plug the unit into an electric outlet, the
unit will be ready to run. Press the key
to start running, press it again to stop.
While the fan is running, press the3.
key to the desired run time
(hours). The preset time will cycle each
time the key is pressed as shown
below.
4. Press the ION key to turn on the ionizer
while the fan is running, press it again to
turn off the ionizer.
5. When the unit is in operation, press UV
button to turn on the UV lamp and press
again to turn off the UV lamp.
2. When the air purifier is turned on, the fan will
run at speed 2 (low). Pressing the key willl
cause the fan speed to cycle as shown
below.
1. Plug the unit into an electric outlet; the unit will
be ready to run.
2. SPEED CONTROL
There are three speed settings controlled by the
mechanical knob. When you turn the SPEED knob to
the different settings, the rotate speed of the motor is
also different. The different speed positions are
corresponding with diferent running modes: position 1
(low), position 2 (medium), position 3 (high).

Clean and Maintain
Cleaning the air purifier
WARNING: prior to cleaning or other maintenance, the appliance must be disconnected from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the inlet grill from the unit as shown
below.
3. Grasp the left and right frame of the HEPA
filter through the recess on the side of the
filter enclosure, and remove the filters.
4. The pre-filter can be removed from the inlet grill
for cleaning.
5.Clean the pre-filter and HEPA filter as often
as possible. We recommend cleaning the
filters at least once every 3 months. Filters
should be replaced every year.
6.Clean the inlet grill frequently. The inlet grill can
be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or a piece of
damp cloth.
1. Release the inlet grill by pressing on the locking
switch and pull forward as shown below.
NOTES:
●Vacuuming will restore performance of the HEPA filter. However, the filter may appear stained. This is normal and
does not affect performance in any way.
●Do not use water or any other household cleaners or detergents to clean the permanent filter.
●The inlet grill can be cleaned with a vacuum or a piece of damp cloth.

Filter Replacement
It is recommended to wear gloves while
discarding the used filter. Place the used
filter in a plastic bag to prevent dust
fromre-entering the air.
Distinguish the front side from the back
side of the filter.
NOTE:
2. Remove the inlet grill from the unit as shown below.
4. Take the HEPA filter out of the plastic bag
and insert it into the air cleaner with the arrow
pointing inward.
5. Replace the air inlet grill onto unit as shown below

Enchufe polarizado
Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una de
las patas es más ancha que la otra). Para reducir
el riesgo de una descarga eléctrica, este enchufe
se adapta a una toma de corriente polarizada en
un solo sentido. Si no es posible insertar
completamente el enchufe en la toma, inviértalo y
vuelva a insertarlo. Si aún no es posible insertarlo,

2. CONTROL DE VELOCIDAD
Hay tres ajustes de velocidad controlados por el botón

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Limpieza del purificador de aire
ADVERTENCIA: antes de la limpieza u otro tipo de mantenimiento, se debe desconectar el filtro de aire de la toma de
corriente.
2. Retire la rejilla de entrada de la unidad,
como se muestra a continuación.
3. Sujete el marco de la izquierda y derecha de
los filtros HEPA a través del hueco en el
lado de la caja del filtro y retire los filtros .
4. El pre-filtro puede ser retirado de la rejilla de
entrada para limpieza Después de limpiar el
pre-filtro puede ser reutilizado.
5.Limpie el pre-filtro y filtro HEPA lo más a
menudo posible. Recomendamos limpiar los
filtros al menos una vez cada 3 meses. Los
filtros deben ser reemplazados todos los
años.
6.Limpie la rejilla de entrada con frecuencia. La
rejilla de entrada se puede limpiar con una

Filter Replacement
Se recomienda usar guantes mientras se
desecha el filtro usado. Coloque el filtro
usado en una bolsa de plástico para
evitar que el polvo vuelva a entrar en el
aire.
Diferencie el lado frontal del lado
posterior del filtro.
NOTE:

4. Extraiga el filtro HEPA de la bolsa de plástico
e insértelo en el purificador de aire con la
flecha apuntando hacia adentro.

PRÉCAUTIONS IMPORTANTES
Lors de l’utilisation d’appareils
électriques, des mesures de
sécurité de base doivent toujours
être suivies, incluant les suivantes :
1. Veuillez lire toutes les instructions.
2. N’utilisez pas cet appareil à des fins autres
que celles pour lesquelles il a été conçu.
3. Une supervision étroite est nécessaire lors
de l’utilisation de l’appareil par ou près des
enfants ou par d’autres personnes qui
peuvent nécessiter une supervision.
4. Pour vous protéger contre les chocs
électriques, ne placez pas le cordon, les
fiches ou l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre
liquide.
5. N’utilisez pas à l’extérieur ou sur des
surfaces mouillées.
6. N’utilisez pas dans un endroit humide
comme la salle de bain. Si du liquide
s’introduit dans le purificateur d’air,
éteignez-le et faites-le vérifier par un centre
de service Electrolux autorisé.
7. N’utilisez pas cet appareil près de gaz
inflammables.
8. Ne placez pas l’appareil directement sous
un détecteur de fumée, car cela peut
réduire la sensibilité du détecteur de fumée.
9. Branchez l’appareil dans une source
d’alimentation qui respecte les indications
sur la plaque signalétique.
10. N’utilisez pas l’appareil avec une fiche ou un
cordon endommagé. Si l’appareil ne
fonctionne pas correctement ou a été
endommagé de quelque façon que ce soit,
retournez l’appareil au centre de service le
plus près de chez vous pour qu’il soit vérifié,
réparé ou réglé.
11. Ne tirez pas le cordon ou ne transportez pas
l’appareil par le cordon. N’utilisez pas le
cordon comme poignée, ne fermez pas de
porte sur celui-ci et ne tirez pas le cordon
autour de coins ou bords tranchants. Ne
laissez pas le cordon toucher des surfaces
chaudes ni retomber sur le bord de la table
ou du comptoir où il pourrait être tiré par
des enfants ou l’on pourrait trébucher sur lui
accidentellement.
12. Ne placez pas le purificateur d’air près d’un
appareil de chauffage.
13. Gardez le cordon loin des surfaces
chauffées.
14. Ne mettez pas d’objets dans les ouvertures.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil lorsqu’une ouverture
est bloquée; gardez-le libre de poussière, de
peluches, de cheveux et de tout ce qui
pourrait réduire la circulation d’air.
15. Ne placez pas d’objets sur le dessus ou à
l’intérieur de l’appareil et ne bloquez pas les
grilles à air.
16. N’utilisez pas l’appareil sans que les filtres
ne soient en place.
17. Ne débranchez pas le cordon d’alimentation
avant que le purificateur d’air ait refroidi.
18. Débranchez l’appareil de la prise lorsque
vous ne l’utilisez pas ou avant tout
nettoyage.
