Accessory
The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) provides reliable power distribution from a UPS system,
generator, or utility source to electronic equipment, servers, computers, networking and
storage devices, and telecommunications equipment.

Site Environment
The PDU is for indoor use only.
Install the PDU in a dry and ventilated place.
Never install any electronic device or PDU during thunderstorms.
Ensure the PDU voltage is consistent with the local one.
The total power required by the equipment connected to the PDU must not exceed the
PDU's maximum load rating.
The PDU sockets are compatible with the matched plugs only.
Mounting pegs on the back of the PDU are removable.

Align both mounting pegs to the slots of the PDU bracket. Insert and slide down the PDU to lock
rmly into place.
Method 1 Toolless Mounting
Install the PDU to a vertical rail in your racks or cabinets using the screws.
Method 2 Rack Mounting
NOTE: You can dismantle the mounting pegs on the back of the PDU according to
your needs.

1. Plug the PDU into a compatible UPS system or wall receptacle.

2. Plug the power cord into the power port of the switches, routers, servers or other devices.
NOTE: It is extremely important not to exceed the PDU's maximum connected load.

NOTE: The outlet of the metered PDU comes with an anti-fall buckle, which prevents
the power cord from falling o.

Betriebsumgebung
Die PDU ist nur für die Verwendung in Innenräumen geeignet.
Installieren und lagern Sie die PDU an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort.
Installieren Sie keine elektrischen Geräte oder PDUs während eines Gewitters.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Spannung der PDU mit der Spannung vor Ort übereinstimmt.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die maximale Leistung aller angesteckten Geräte geringer ist als
die der PDU.
Die Steckdosen der PDU sind nur mit den passenden Steckern kompatibel.
Die Montagestifte auf der Rückseite der PDU sind abnehmbar.

Richten Sie beide Befestigungsstifte auf die Schlitze der PDU-Halterung aus. Setzen Sie die
PDU ein und schieben Sie sie nach unten, bis sie fest einrastet.
Methode 1: Werkzeuglose Montage
Befestigen Sie die PDU mit den Schrauben an einer vertikalen Schiene in Ihren Racks oder
Schränken.
Methode 2: Rack-Montage
HINWEIS: Sie können die Befestigungsstifte auf der Rückseite der PDU je nach
Bedarf abmontieren.

Site d'Utilisation
Le PDU doit être utilisé uniquement dans un environnement intérieur.
Installez le PDU dans un endroit sec et ventilé.
Ne jamais installer d'appareil électronique ou le PDU en cas d'orage.
Assurez-vous que la tension du PDU est conforme à la tension locale.
La puissance totale requise par l'équipement connecté au PDU ne doit pas dépasser la
charge nominale maximale du PDU.
Les prises du PDU ne sont compatibles qu'avec les ches correspondantes.
Les chevilles de montage à l'arrière du PDU sont amovibles.
Installation du PDU

Alignez les deux chevilles de montage sur les fentes du support du PDU. Insérez et faites glisser
le PDU vers le bas pour le verrouiller fermement en place.
Méthode 1 Installation sans Outillage
Installez le PDU sur un rail vertical dans le rack ou l'armoire à l'aide des vis.
Méthode 2 Installation en Rack
NOTE : Vous pouvez retirer les chevilles de montage à l'arrière du PDU en fonction
de vos besoins.

1. Branchez l'unité PDU sur un système UPS compatible ou sur une prise murale.

2. Branchez le câble d'alimentation au port d'alimentation d'un switch, routeur, serveur ou autre
appareil.
NOTE : il est extrêmement important de ne pas dépasser la charge maximale du PDU.

3. Branchez l'autre extrémité du câble d'alimentation sur la prise du PDU.
NOTE : La prise du PDU à compteur est équipée d'une boucle anti-chute qui
empêche le câble d'alimentation de tomber.
