Fuseconnect-MPO is assembled with the parts shown below.

Clean the fiber surface after the coating is removed with cotton dipped in alcohol.
Bend the fiber up and down, left and right 3 times slowl with the finger (about
60󳛋) to verif that it does not break.

fibers and dispose of an cut or cleaved ends properl .

Insert boot unit into pin clamp

Ensure there is no gap
at this point
Set spliced fiber on
assembl tool
Note: Shut the hinge while pulling the fiber.
Set mechanical clamp cover in the
hinge segment of the assembl tool.
Shut mechanical clamp cover b
mechanical sleeve press
Remove connector holder from assembl tool while releasing the hinge
Remove connector
from
connector holder.
Insert boot unit into housing
assembl and ensure latch is
secured
Note: Insert projection of pin
clamp in spring.
Completed!
Peel off the protection film
of
mechanical clamp bod .
Peel off the protection film
of
mechanical clamp cover.
