Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 User manual

EASY TO OWN
There are two ways of approaching your notebook
investment. One is to purchase a low cost unit, but the
savings are generally eaten up by the maintenance
costs and the hassle of dealing with a poorly constructed
substandard notebook. On the other hand, high-quality
units may cost a little more, but the maintenance costs
are lower because the reliability is signicantly higher.
What if you could purchase a high-quality notebook at a
reasonable price? The best of both worlds just became a
reality with the affordable LIFEBOOK®AH530 notebook.
The old adage, “you get what you pay for” certainly applies
in the highly competitive world of notebook computers.
Now the upfront costs of top quality notebooks just
became less. Designed to the high standards of Fujitsu
(a leader in quality and reliability) the LIFEBOOK AH530
notebook provides you an easy way to cut costs without
cutting performance or reliability.
PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES
A smart choice for home and ofce, the Intel®Core™
i3 processor, with Intel®HD Graphics, delivers a
revolutionary new architecture for an unparalleled
computing experience. This processor comes equipped
with Intel HD Graphics, an advanced video engine that
delivers smooth, high-quality HD video playback, and
advanced 3D capabilities, providing an ideal graphics
solution for everyday computing.
The LIFEBOOK AH530, comes with a Dual-layer, Multi-
format DVD writer optical drive. The Dual-layer DVD-R
or RW technology lets you record up to 8.5 GB of data
on a single disc. This nearly doubles the standard DVD
capacity of 4.7 GB.
The gesture enabled touchpad adds a whole new
dimension in going through documents. Scrolling,
zooming and sorting documents and images is actually
fun. With Intel HD graphics you will be treated to excellent
performance, sharp photos, high-denition video
playback.. The HDMI port allows you to play your DVDs
on compatible at screen televisions—bigger is always
better. The separate 10-key keypad is what having a full
size keyboard is all about. It makes crunching numbers
and in some cases gaming much faster and easier.
FLEXIBLE CONNECTIVITY
The built-in Ethernet LAN, provides a way to easily
connect to your ofce network and the Internet at home
or at work. For wireless connectivity, the Atheros XSPAN®
BGN (802.11BGN) wireless offers you a seamless and
exible way to stay in touch using transfer rates as high
as 300 Mbps. The webcam adds a fun (and very useful)
dimension to staying in touch with family, friends, and
business associates. With Bluetooth®technology you will
be able to wirelessly connect to other Bluetooth devices
such as cell phones, headphones, or speakers cutting
down on workspace clutter.
STABLE AND RELIABLE
The LIFEBOOK AH530 delivers all the key features that
have contributed to Fujitsu LIFEBOOK notebooks being
named some of the most reliable in the industry.
The new LIFEBOOK AH530 notebook features a solid
exterior, highly durable hinges, and a spill-resistant
keyboard.
