16” STAND FAN WITH REMOTE CONTROL
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE OPERATING THE FAN

CAUTION
1. Do not plug the AC cord into the wall outlet until fan has been completely assembled.
2. Use power source of the fan according to electric nameplate at the back of switch box.
3. This appliance is for indoor use only.

4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
5. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
6. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before any cleaning. Plastic parts
should be cleaned with damp cloth. Thoroughly remove water film with dry cloth.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

GUIDE TO BETTER MAINTENANCE
1. Use in a dry place. Free of excessive humidity.
2. To keep the fan clean, wipe away the dirt with a cloth moistened by soapy water, then dry it
with another clean dry cloth.
3. Do not use any harsh cleaners.
4. Pack the fan in a plastic bag before storage, then store it in a dry place.
5. When reassembling the fan, make sure to follow instructions below for how to assemble.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
The only tool needed for this assembly procedure is a screw driver.
1. Assembling the base (Fig.2)
* Screw the base fixing screw (15) out of the outer stand pipe (12) in anti-clockwise
direction.
* Put the outer stand pipe (12) into the base(13).
* Screw the fixing screw (15) firmly by screw pad(14) from the bottom of the base (13) in
clockwise direction to combine the stand pipe and base firmly.

2. The whole assembly (Fig.3)
“Caution” Never remove the inner pipe stopper. If you remove the inner pipe stopper,
service may be necessary.
(1) Loosen the height adjustment knob(11). Then adjust the pipe to the desired height and
then retighten the adjustment knob.
(2) Loosen the body fixed knob (9) by turning into the left.
(3) Place the switch box into the inner stand pipe (10).
(4) Turn the body fixed knob (9) clockwise and tighten firmly.
3. Mounting the grill of the fan
1) Mounting the rear guard (Fig.4)
* Fix the rear guard (22) onto the motor shaft (3) till to the motor front cover (1) ,
Then screw the guard lock (21) tightenly in clockwise direction.
4. Mounting the blade (Fig.5)
Insert the Blade (20) onto the Motor shaft (3).
Tighten the Blade with the Blade spinner (18) firmly in clockwise direction.

5. Mounting the front guard cover (Fig.6)
(1) Put the front guard cover into the center of the front guard (17),
(2) Fix and tighten the guard cover (16) by screws firmly.
6.Mounting the front and rear guard together (Fig.7)
(1)After fixing the back guard base on the process point #1, then un-screw the locking screw
mounted on the bottom of the guard.
(2) Mount front guard (17) onto the rear guard (22) with the locking screw (Fig.a). Fix both
grilles with the clips spread onto the edge of the guard equably (fig.b), then use screw driver to
tighten the locking screw firmly.

HOW TO USE
1. Speed control
Speed of a fan is controlled by pressing the key “ON/Speed” on the control box or Remote
control. Press this key once, the fan is on and operates at low speed; Press a seccond time
for middle fan speed and press a third time for the high fan speed. To turn off the fan,
simply press the “OFF” button.
2. Timer
This function is available by pressing the key “TIMER” on the control box or Remote
control. Press this key, you can set the time you needed.
3. Height adjustment
Loosen the height adjustment knob (11). Then adjust the pipe to the desired height and then
retighten the adjustment knob.

Care, Cleaning & Storage
•Keep the fan clean.
•Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before any cleaning.
Plastic parts should be cleaned with a moist cloth. Thoroughly remove water film with
dry cloth.
•Avoid use of gasoline, benzene and other harsh cleaners on the plastic parts.
•Always store the fan in a cool dry location.

If problems occur with the device never try to open or repair by yourself. Every intervention in the
unit for the change of original condition leads inevitably to the loss of the guarantee claim.

based on the guarantee instructions.
Damages which occur to transport, overloading, natural erosion, non observance of the
Mounting-/ User-instructions or improper treatment will be excluded from the guarantee.
