Slide inner beam inside of the outer beam and adjust until 2 power
slots are visible on the inner beam.
Place power blocks with receptacles on top of mounting plate.
Slide brackets over receptacle and secure with provided screws.

3 | CONNECT JUMPER TO RECEPTACLE
Connect the thicker end of the jumper to the double block
where the greater jog is located.

4| INSERT POWER INTO BEAM
While having the mounting module slightly tilted, insert and
guide the jumper through the opposite end of the beam. Pull the
jumper out from the other end. Connect the mounting plate to the
power beam using 4 screws.

2 | ASSEMBLE POWER BEAM
Slide inner beam inside of the outer beam and adjust until 3 power
slots are visible on the inner beam.
Place power blocks with receptacles on top of mounting plate.
Slide brackets over receptacle and secure with provided screws.

Before securing to power beam, secure jumper(s) to power block.

There are two surface configuration options depending on the
surface placement.
OPTION #1: Standard L-Shape Configuration
The standard surface will be secured along the main frame system
and the return surface will be secured along the return leg.
OPTION #2: Alternative L-Shape Configuration
The return surface and part of the standard surface will be
secured along the main frame system and the standard surface
will be secured along the return leg.

Set frame assembly upside down on floor and then place legs
inside of frame aligning the second hole of the frame with the front
of the foot.
1| SECURE LEGS TO FRAME
Note: Be sure welded brackets are facing back of workstation
Note: Longer side of bracket should face front of workstation
2 | CONNECT SURFACE BRACKETS
Slide bracket under frame, align pre-drilled holes of surface
bracket to main frame and secure with 4 screws each.

3.1 | SET WORKSTATION LENGTH
Measure from outer edges of workstation legs to determine proper
workstation length. Use the chart below to determine the length of
workstation frame.
Note: See 3.2 chart if working with option #2 surface configuration.

The return surface and main surface will be along the main frame.
The frame will be centered along the combined surface width.

Using wood screws, attach frame to surface and tighten screws
on adjustable center bracket. Use a right angle drill to simplify the
process.
5 | SECURE FRAME TO SURFACE(S)
Note: Use a right angle drill to simplify the process.
Note: For alternative configuration, secure surfaces to frame
system after return leg is assembled.
Slide the beam mount over the welded bracket on back of leg with
4 screws. Be sure the smaller cutout on the mount is facing inward.

7 | SECURE POWER BEAM TO WORKSTATION
Use a 6" drill extension to secure power beam end to center cutout
of SR Beam Mounting Bracket with 4 screws on each end.
8 | SET POWER BEAM WIDTH
Using the set screws, interconnect the inner and outer power beam
sections for additional stability.
Note: Use 2 screws with 48" width workstations and 4 screws for all
other widths.
Slide the inner tray/outer tray beam into the grooves of the outer
bream and place onto the underside of the power beam and adjust
width as needed and secure.
After power beam is secured, remove data plate from the outer
beam.
