and requires no maintenance. This battery cannot be replaced
by the user. A Lithium Polymer battery has an average life
span of 2.5 to 3 years. However, before that time a decrease in
capacity will be noticeable which shortens each battery’s use
and demands more frequent charging. This is not covered by
the warranty. Please contact the Fysic Customer Service if the
battery must be replaced.
Generalsafetyinstructionsforbatteriesorbatterypacks:
• Neverexposebatteriestoreorhightemperatures.
• Never give batteries to children. Batteries are no toys and

8. USER TIPS AND WARNINGS
• The FH-76 is a wireless headset that operates using radio
waves in the 2.4 GHz band. The signal transfer may be dis-
turbed by external influences such as from other wireless
speakers or headsets, transmitters, wireless phones, etc.
• The FH-76 is not waterproof and must be located where it’s
protected against rain and moisture.
• A fully charged battery ensures an usage time of up to ap-
prox. 5 hours. The usage time depends on the condition of
the battery.
• Only clean the FH-76 with a moist cloth.
• The packaging of the FH-76 may be collected as used pa-
per. However we advise you to save it in case of transport, it
allows you to adequately package this headset.
• At the end of the life span of this product you may not dis-
card of this product as regular household waste, but you
must return it to a collection point for the recycling of electric
and electronic equipment.
• The effective range depends on local circumstance and
amounts to up to 15 meters. The range is the longest when
the signals of the base arrive at the headset unobstructed
and free of obstacles and/or reflections.
• Keep in mind that especially reinforced concrete walls, steel
obstacles, other transmitters, etc. may affect the effective
range.
• Never use the FH-76 outdoors during a thunderstorm.
• To prevent possible hearing damage, it’s recommended to
not use the earphones at high volumes for long periods of
time, but to set the volume to a safe and acceptable sound
level.
• Listen at reasonable volumes during these kind of periods.
• Make sure to not keep increasing the volume as your ears
are getting used to the sound.
• Never increase the volume to a level at which you can no
longer hear your environment.
• Extremely high sound levels from earphones and
headsets may cause hearing damage.

14
9. PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Headset doesn’t work / no sound:
• The base isn’t switched on. Check whether the adaptor is
connected and inserted into the wall socket.
• The headset isn’t switched on or the battery is empty.
Switch on the headset by sliding the switch to ON. If the
LED still doesn’t illuminate, then the battery is exhausted.
Please charge it immediately.
• When the headset was set to ON when you took the head-
setfromthebase,youmustrstslidetheswitchtoOFFand
then back to ON to enable the headset.
• Thesourcethatmustprovidetheaudio(TV,radio)isn’t
switched on or its volume is set to zero. Switch on the audio
source or increase the volume somewhat.
• The volume of the headset is set to zero. Use the volume
control of the headset to increase the volume.
• You’re out of range from the base. Decrease the distance.
• The headset is paired with the phone and not with the TV or
radio. If necessary, refer to the end of paragraph 6.2 for how
to re-register the headset on the base.
The switch of the headset is set to ON, but the POWER
indicator is not illuminated:
• Theheadsetwasjusttakenfromthebase.Brieyslidethe
switch of the headset to OFF and back to ON to enable the
headset again.
Only one side can be heard:
• The balance control of the headset is turned fully to one
side. Turn this control to the centre position to set both ear
speakers to the same volume.

15
The sound is distorted:
• The volume of the input signal is too high, causing the FH-
76 to sound distorted. Decrease the volume of the audio
source(TV,radio,etc.).
• The volume of the input signal is too weak for the FH-76 to
properly process. Increase the volume of the audio source
(TV,radio,etc.).
• The battery of the headset is nearly exhausted. Charge the
battery.
• You’re out of range from the base. Decrease the distance.
In case of any other problems, please contact the Fysic Cus-
