3-1 Assembling GWEIKE G1 Blu-ray platform
Assemble the four side baffles together, and align the power switch, power
port, and USB port with the openings on the baffle.

Assemble the front frame, left frame, right frame and back frame as shown in
the figure. Install 8 M3*8 screws on the upper and lower sides of the front frame
and 2 M3*8 screws on the back frame with a hex wrench, and then install 6 M4*8
screws and 2 M4*25 adjusting screws on the back frame.

Use M4*25 screws to secure the synchronous belt wheel
M4*25 Screws are used to adjust the tightness of the belt. Please do not tight-
en them too much to prevent breaking.

How to install risers
Take out the four groups of risers, unscrew the bottom risers, remove the
rubber plug on the risers, install the four risers on the machine with four
M4X10 screws, and then install the rubber plug.

Install optical shafts
Fix the optical shaft on the bearing through the conveyor belt. Note that the
conveyor belt needs to be covered on the idler wheel of the optical shaft.
Note: If the optical shaft cannot pass through the belt during installation, it
may be because the belt is too tight. The tightness of the belt can be adjusted
by screws.
