08
How to install risers
Take out the four groups of risers, unscrew the bottom risers, remove the
rubber plug on the risers, install the four risers on the machine with four
M4X10 screws, and then install the rubber plug.

09
Install optical shafts
Fix the optical shaft on the bearing through the conveyor belt. Note that the
conveyor belt needs to be covered on the idler wheel of the optical shaft.
Note: If the optical shaft cannot pass through the belt during installation, it
may be because the belt is too tight. The tightness of the belt can be adjusted
by screws.

10
Slide the coupling to the junction of the optical shaft and the motor shaft.
Note: When the coupling slides to the intersection of the optical shaft and the
motor shaft, do not cling to the motor, leaving a little space between the motor
and the coupling, otherwise the rotation of the coupling will be hindered, affect-
ing the movement of the laser on the y axis

11
Tighten the two screws on the coupling

12
Mounting beam
Use a hex wrench to install the four M4*8 screws on the left and right sides
of the beam, and install one M4*25 adjusting screw.
Note: M4*25 Screws are used to adjust the tightness of the belt. Please do
not tighten them too much to prevent breaking.

Loosen the two top posts on the nose
slide, and then install the laser head on
the nose slide from top to bottom.
Slide the laser head down to the appro-
priate position, and then tighten the
screws on the right hand.
Insert the power supply cable connec-
tor of the laser head into the laser
terminal port.
Insert the gas pipe from the air pump
into the gas pipe interface of the laser.

14
Complete the connection
Insert the connectors of the laser, motor and limit switch cables into the cor-
responding interfaces of the motherboard according to the corresponding
colors of the terminals

15
Use cable ties to secure the cables.

16
The machine can be raised by hand twisting the plastic foot pad set.
The roller rotary (optional) can be connected to the rotating shaft terminal of
the machine board card (blue) through the connecting wire
