4. Comentarios / Comments
El Mostomatic es un compacto y potente filtro de
mosto para laboratorio, portable y fabricado en inox
por lo que le confiere una larga vida útil. Su función
es facilitar y profesionalizar la filtración de mostos de
manera rápida, limpia y eficaz para los controles de
maduración y entrada de uva, ya que siempre aplica el
mismo vacío, pudiendo con los mostos más turbios y
sucios existentes. Mostomatic is a compact and powerful
laboratory must filter, portable and made of stainless steel,
which gives it a long service life. Its function is to facilitate
and professionalize the filtration of musts quickly, cleanly
and efficiently for ripening and grape entry controls, since
it always applies the same vacuum, being able to use the
most murky and dirty existing musts.
Su compañero ideal es el Uvapress que facilita el
prensado de uva de forma homogénea y repetitiva. Its
ideal companion is Uvapress that facilitates the pressing of
grapes in a homogeneous and repetitive way.
5. Instrucciones / Instructions
01. Desmontar el aro y colocar el papel de filtro
encima de la pala, posicionar el aro y cerrar con los
cierres regulables. Cerrar el grifo de salida y la llave
de despresurizado. Remove the ring and place the
filter paper on top of the paddle, position the ring and
close with the adjustable closures. Close the outlet and
depressurized tap.
02. Dosificar 100-150 ml de mosto recién prensado en
el vaso de 600 ml, añadir 1 cucharada de tierras, remo-
ver y verter en el recipiente del Mostomatic formado
por el conjunto pala + aro. Dose 100-150 ml of freshly
pressed must into the 600 ml plastic jug, add 1 tablespoon
of rare earths, stir and pour into the Mostomatic container
formed by the paddle + ring.
03. Pulsar el interruptor de puesta en marcha y com-
probar con el manómetro que se haga vacío hasta que
la tierra se seque o se considere cantidad suficiente.
Press the start-up switch and check with the pressure
gauge that vacuum is working until the rare earth dries or is
considered enough quantity.
04. Colocar un vaso bajo el grifo de salida, despresu-
rizar con la llave de vacío y abrir la llave de vaciado
del mosto. Place a glass under the outlet tap, depressuri-
ze with the vacuum key and open the must emptying key.
05. El mosto saldrá totalmente limpio respecto el
original de la prensa. The must will be completely clean
compared to the original of the press.
06. Para su limpieza abrir los cierres regulables, ex-
traer la pala con el papel y desecharlo. Limpiar el filtro
con agua. For cleaning, open the adjustable closures,
remove the paddle with the paper and discard it. Clean the
filter with water.
07. Para nueva filtración insertar la pala de nuevo
y seguir los pasos 01-06. For new filtration insert the
paddle again and follow steps 01-06.
6. Observaciones / Observations
Escoger la dosificación de tierras según tabla
adjunta. Choose the rare earth dosage according to the
attached table.
Limpiar con agua destilada todo el sistema una vez
finalizada la jornada. Entre muestra y muestra será
suficiente solo con limpiar el depósito. Clean the
entire system with distilled water after the end of the day.
Between sample and sample it will be enough just to clean
the tank.
En caso de no usar tierras, una vez acabada la
filtración, sujetar por el aro y extraer todo el conjunto
(pala, papel y aro) y desechar el residuo. In case of not
using rare earth, once the filtration is finished, hold the ring
and remove the whole assembly (paddle, paper and ring)
and discard the residue.
Precaución al cerrar los cierres. Caution when closing
the closures.

* El rendimiento sin tierras es muy inferior al con
tierras. El tiempo de filtración se incrementa con
facilidad. Estudio realizado con las tierras y el papel

7. Garantia / Warranty
Todos los equipos disfrutan de 2 años de garantía
contra defectos de fabricación excepto malos usos.
All instruments have a warranty of 2 years against
manufacturing defects except misuse.
La garantía no cubre fungibles tales como
resistencias o roturas de vidrio excepto que este
tenga defectos de fabricación. Warranty does not
cover consumables such as heating elements or breaks
of glassware except that this have manufacturing
defects.
Queda invalidada la garantía por cualquier
manipulación del tornillo de seguridad o mal uso del
instrumento. Para evitar el mal uso del instrumento
siga las instrucciones del equipo o consúltenos
si tiene alguna duda. Warranty will be invalid if any
manipulation in security screw is done or misuse of the
instrument. To avoid misuse of the instrument please
follow the instructions of the equipment or contact us
if any doubts are risen.
No se aceptarán reclamaciones pasados 15 días
Reclamations will not be accepted after 15 days.
No se aceptarán devoluciones si no se recibe el
instrumento en perfectas condiciones (sin manchas,
arañazos, suciedad,...) y en su embalaje original.
No returns will be accepted if the instrument is not
received in perfect conditions (without stains, scratches,
dirtyness,....) and in its original package.
Las devoluciones aceptadas tendrán un demérito
del 20%. Accepted returns will have a 20% loss in price.
Toda reparación tiene una garantía de 6 meses.
All reparation has a warranty of 6 months.
Los instrumentos a reparar se recibirán a portes
pagados, bien embalados y sin piezas de vidrio,
no aceptando así portes debidos. En tal caso se
devolverá el paquete. Instruments to be repaired will
be received at prepaid shipment costs, well packed and
without glass components thus not accepting shipment
to be paid. In that case packet will be returned.
Las reparaciones se efectuarán aceptando
previamente el presupuesto. Reparations will be done
accepting previous proforma.
Todo producto sale testeado y bien embalado de
fábrica. Si el producto llega con roturas reclame
inmediatamente al transportista. GAB Sistemática
Analítica S.L. no es responsable de los desperfectos
ocasionado por el transporte. All products are tested
and shipped well packed from factory. If the product
arrives broken please complain immediately to the
courier. GAB Sistemática Analítica S.L. is not responsible
for possible damage done by shipment.
Todos los instrumentos se prueban antes de ser
enviados por lo que algunos podrian contener
restos de agua. All instruments are tested before
being shipped so some might contain traces of water.
