La vendita di q alsiasi escavatrice, dei relativi accessori
e ricambi viene regolata dalle seg enti condizioni
essenziali ed inderogabili:
The sale of any digger, of its accessories
and spare parts is governed by following
essential and mandatory conditions:
a) La commissione va intesa in ogni caso come semplice proposta di
vendita ed è pertanto subordinata all'accettazione da parte della
GARBIN GROUP SRL. La commissione può essere accettata anche
tramite la semplice esecuzione della stessa da parte della GARBIN
GROUP SRL.
The commission is a simple sale-proposal and for this
reason it depends on GARBIN GROUP SRL
acceptance. The commission may be accepted also
with the simple order execution by GARBIN GROUP
SRL.
b) La merce venduta viene consegnata alle condizioni stabilite dal
contratto di vendita. In ogni caso, la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo
del Committente, anche se il trasporto è compreso nel prezzo
d'acquisto.
Sold goods are delivered at contractual sale
conditions. In any case, goods travel at Customer's
own risk, even if the purchase price includes the
freight.
c) Il termine di consegna, se convenuto, ha solo valore indicativo e
perciò non può essere imputata alla GARBIN GROUP SRL alcuna
responsabilità per eventuali ritardi derivanti da fatto di terzi o da cause
di forza maggiore o fortuite.
Delivery time, if fixed, has only an approximate value
and for this reason no responsibilities may be imputed
to GARBIN GROUP SRL for possible delays, caused
by third party or owing to force major.
d) L'eventuale imballaggio, sempre a carico del Committente, viene
addebitato al prezzo del puro costo. Packing is at Customer's charge and it is debited at cost.
e) L'intera gamma della GARBIN GROUP SRL è garantita per mesi
sei dalla data di consegna. La garanzia è esclusivamente riferita alla
fornitura gratuita del componente difettoso per costruzione e come
tale accertato e riconosciuto dalla GARBIN GROUP SRL, escludendo
oneri di qualsiasi altra natura. Il componente difettoso dovrà essere
recapitato presso le officine della GARBIN GROUP SRL di Malo (VI)
in porto franco ed entro 15 giorni dalla sostituzione; in mancanza, la
GARBIN GROUP SRL è legittimata alla fatturazione. Sono esclusi
dalla garanzia i motori elettrici, i componenti elettronici e le parti
soggette ad usura. Per il motore Diesel risponde direttamente la casa
costruttrice, con una garanzia di mesi dodici data consegna.
GARBIN GROUP SRL range is guaranteed for six
months from delivery date. Warranty covers only
defective original parts, checked and recognized by
GARBIN GROUP SRL, with exception of any other
burden. The defective part must be delivered near
manufacturer's works in Malo (VI) Italy free of any
charge and in 15 days from its replacement; failing,
GARBIN GROUP SRL can invoice it lawfully. Electric
engines, electrical components and wear parts
(trench-chain, cutting tools, ...) are left off the
warranty. Diesel engine is guaranteed for one year
from delivery date by engine Manufacturer directly.
f) La garanzia sulla macchina decade di fatto per la manomissione o
lo smontaggio anche parziale tramite personale non autorizzato dalla
GARBIN GROUP SRL e per l'uso scorretto o comunque non
conforme alle istruzioni fornite dalla GARBIN GROUP SRL ovvero
una carente od errata manutenzione.
GARBIN GROUP SRL warranty falls off for the total or
partial opening by no authorized workers and the no
correct use or not in conformity with GARBIN GROUP
SRL instructions or owing to a defective or improper
maintenance.
g) Eventuali vizi della merce venduta dovranno essere denunciati in
forma scritta entro 8 giorni dalla consegna; in mancanza l'Acquirente
decade da ogni diritto alla garanzia. Vizi occulti o facilmente non
riconoscibili devono essere denunciati alla GARBIN GROUP SRL per
iscritto, entro 8 giorni dalla scoperta e sempre che non siano decorsi
sei mesi dalla consegna. In ogni caso, la contestazione non legittima
alla sospensione del pagamento del prezzo pattuito.
Possible goods faults must be notified in writing not
later than eight days from delivery date; failing, Buyer
loses every warranty right. Hidden faults or not
recognizable easily must be notified in writing not later
than eight days from detection and in six months from
delivery date. In any case, Customer's objection
doesn't legitimate to stop payments.
h) La GARBIN GROUP SRL può legittimamente ed in qualsiasi
momento apportare sulle macchine modifiche tecniche od estetiche,
a suo insindacabile giudizio e senza obbligo di preavviso
all'Acquirente.
GARBIN GROUP SRL reserves the right to make
changes in specifications or design, add
improvements or discontinue the model at any time
without notice or obligation.
i) Il pagamento della fornitura, se non effettuato alla consegna, deve
essere eseguito nel termine massimo di 60 giorni data fattura. Goods payment, if not put in practice at delivery, must be carried out in sixty days from invoice date.
l) Il pagamento si intende sempre eseguito nella sede della GARBIN
GROUP SRL di Malo (VI) anche se effettuato con cambiali o tratte,
pagabili altrove ma che non possono in alcun caso determinare
deroga della competenza territoriale del Foro di Vicenza, unico eletto
per l'interpretazione e l'esecuzione del contratto e pertanto senza
riguardo al luogo in cui è sorta l'obbligazione o consegnata la merce.

practice with promissory notes or drafts, payable
somewhere else. In any case, Vicenza Forum is
qualified to judge: sole authority to explain and
perform the contract and, for this reason, without any
consideration about the place in which the obligation
is born or delivered the goods.
m) Nell'eventualità di pagamento convenuto in forma rateale,
l'Acquirente decade dal beneficio del termine ex art. 1186 C.C. se una
sola delle rate rimanesse insoluta alla scadenza. Il ritardato
pagamento comporterà in ogni caso l'applicazione degli interessi di
mora, al tasso convenzionato tra le parti, nella misura del 2% per
mese.
In case of instalment, Buyer loses his right ex art.
1186 C.C. if He should not pay just one part when
due. A delayed payment involves the application of a
2% rate, per month.
n) La commissione non è revocabile, neppure parzialmente. Qualora
l'Acquirente si trovi nella condizione di non poter ritirare la merce per
forza maggiore, come tale riconosciuta anche dalla GARBIN GROUP
SRL, dovrà rifondere la somma pari al 20% dell'intero valore della
fornitura, salvo eventuali maggiori danni per manufatti costruiti su
richiesta dell'Acquirente e comunque definibili come non standard.
Customer's order is not revocable even partially.

machine and read the manufacturer’s operator
manual efore testing the equipment. If these is no
manual with the machine get one. Study efore you
start work. If there’s something in the manual you
don’t understand, ask your supervisor to explain it.

Verificate la presenza di uchi, depressioni od
ostacoli. Controllate il tipo di terreno e la presenza di
aree cedevoli, di acqua stagnante, di roccia o di
ceppi. Non avvicinatevi mai a cavi elettrici con
qualsiasi parte della macchina fino a quando non
siano state attivate tutte le precauzioni previste.

Inspect the work area for holes, any lowering or
o stacle. Examine the soil. Look for hard or soft
spots, standing water, rocks or stumps. Never
approach over head or underground power ca les
with any part of your trencher unless all required
safety precautions have een taken. Check over
head. Know exactly how much clearance you have
under power and telephone lines, tree lim s and
overpasses. Check underground. Look for traces of
uried ru ish, footings and walls. Make sure you
know the location of all uried telephone and power
ca les, gas lines and sewer or water mains. If you are
uncertain of the location of any uried utilities, check
with the local electric, telephone, gas and water and
sewer companies.
ATTENZIONE DURANTE IL RIFORNIMENTO! Usate

CONTROLLATE I COMANDI. Prima e dopo la

TEST THE CONTROLS. Before and after starting,
check all instruments, gauges and lights. Check all
warning devices. Make sure everything is working
properly.

SAFETY DURING STARTING. Stop your trencher
and shut off the engine if anyone approaches while
the digging tool is moving. Watch out for jo -site

FATE ATTENZIONE AGLI OSTACOLI. Regolate la
velocità in ase alle condizioni del terreno. Fate
attenzione agli ostacoli. Aggirate le rocce ed i ceppi.
Evitate l'attraversamento di rotaie, scavi, creste o

WATCH OUT FOR OBSTACLES. Adjust your travel
speed to ground conditions. Watch for o stacles. Go
around rocks and stumps. Avoid crossing exposed
railroad tracks, ditches, ridges or cur s. If the
crossing cannot e avoided, reduce speed and cross
at an angle. Avoid soft edges, deep holes and steep
grades.
TENETE LONTANO I CURIOSI DAL LUOGO DELLE
OPERAZIONI. Gli altri lavoranti devono essere tenuti
lontani dall’utensile di scavo mentre questo è in
funzione. La macchina può lanciare sassi e terreno
fino ad una certa distanza. Iniziando un nuovo scavo,
movimentate l’utensile di scavo, catena o disco, con
attenzione. La velocità dell’utensile deve essere
ridotta. All’inizio l’utensile tenderà a trascinare via la
macchina. Preparatevi a contrastare questi strappi.
Attenzione! Lasciar cadere improvvisamente la
catena di scavo od il disco sul terreno è
estremamente pericoloso. Ciò può causare improvvisi
scarti o spostamenti della macchina. Fate attenzione

CLEAR THE WORK AREA OF ALL BYSTANDERS.
Never allow other workers near the cutting tool while
you are operating. Your trencher can throw rock and
soil de ris at a considera le distance. When starting
a new cut, set the cutting tool carefully and have it
moving slowly. The digging device will tend to pull the
trencher. Be ready to counteract digging device pull.
Warning! Dropping a rapidly moving cutting tool the
ground is extremely hazardous. It may cause the
trencher to move quickly and unexpectedly. Be
careful when working on a hillside. Don’t risk tipping
or roll-over. Try to dig with the trencher in a level
position. Make sure you know the sta ility of your
trencher. Vi ration will make the trencher creep
sideways down a slope. Never make sharp turns
while digging. Whenever the cutting tool is down, turn
very carefully. If the machine strikes anything during
trenching, it egins to la our or jam, shut down and
inspect the trench and the cutting tool conditions.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO FREE A STUCK CUTTING
TOOL WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING. TURN
OFF BEFORE CLEARING AWAY ANY JAMS. When
working around a trencher that has just een shut
down, keep away from the exhaust pipe and muffler.

PROCEDURE PER IL TRASPORTO E TRAINO. Se

macchina deve essere trainata, fate riferimento al

SAFETY WHEN TRANSPORTING AND TOWING. If
you move your trencher over pu lic roads or streets,
e sure all local and state regulations are followed.
Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for specific
instructions on preparing your trencher for transport.
If the trencher is to e hauled y truck or trailer, refer
to the manufacturer’s manual for specific loading and
tie down procedures: improper towing can e
dangerous. Check for travel clearances.

RULES OF THE ROAD. If your trencher is to e
driven over the road, refer to the manufacturer’s
manual for preparation instructions. Drive slowly.
Know your stopping distance and regulate your travel
speed accordingly. O ey all traffic regulations
appropriate to vehicle use and local classifications.
Approach intersections with caution, o serve all
traffic control signs. Turn cautiously. Turning sharply
or at too high speed might tip you over. When driving
at night use all required lights.
AL TERMINE DELLE OPERAZIONI. Parcheggiate
sempre la macchina in un'area adi ita a tale
funzione. Accertatevi che il terreno sottostante sia
sta ile. Non parcheggiate sulla sa ia soffice o su
terreni smossi. Se possi ile, parcheggiate in piano.

SAFETY WHEN YOU SHUTDOWN. Always park
your machine in a designated parking area. Make
sure the ground is firm. Don’t park on loose or soft
ground. If possi le, park on level ground. Lower all
attachments and lock the wheels. If the trencher is
disa led or if you must temporarily leave it at the
working location, set the warning lights and use flares
if it happens in traffic areas. Shut off the engine.
CORRETTA PROCEDURA DI SPEGNIMENTO. Una
corretta procedura è importante. Fate riferimento al

SAFE SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE. Correct shutdown
procedures are important. Refer to your operator’s
manual for the shutdown sequence of your machine.
A shutdown should include following steps:
•lower the cutting tool and all the attachments to
the ground
•lock wheels
•place the transmission in PARK or NEUTRAL
•idle the engine for gradual cooling
•shut off the engine
•cycle all hydraulic control to eliminate any
remaining pressure in the hydraulic system.

•correct pressure
•cuts or ulges
•uneven or excessive wear
•missing valve caps
•damaged rims or rim flanges
•missing wheel lugs or olts
•o vious misalignment
Add carefully, do not over-inflate tires. Stand to one
side, clear of rim, when inflating.

service and warning plates on the machine.
INDOSSATE GLI INDUMENTI E LE PROTEZIONI
ADATTE. Indossate tutto quanto è necessario in ase
al lavoro che andate a svolgere. PREPARATE
L'AREA DI LAVORO. Scegliete la più pulita e livellata
area di lavoro disponi ile. Assicuratevi che sia
sufficientemente grande. Controllate le dimensioni.
Se interna, assicuratevi che ci sia un'adeguata
ventilazione e luce. ATTENZIONE! Evitate di pulire e
lavorare qualsiasi parte della macchina con il motore
acceso se ciò non è specificatamente prescritto dal
manuale d'uso e manutenzione. ATTENZIONE! Non
operate mai sul motore senza una ventilazione
appropriata. I FUMI DI SCARICO POSSONO
UCCIDERE. Se dovete lavorare al di sotto della
macchina, non fidatevi mai di un solo paranco o di un
solo martinetto; predisponete degli zoccoli o dei
cavalletti rigidi e sufficientemente ro usti. Maneggiate
i car uranti, l’olio, i solventi e le sostanze chimiche
con cautela. Non usate mai enzina o gasolio per
pulire la macchina o singoli pezzi.Non fumate
maneggiando com usti ili, taniche di car urante o
mentre state lavorando sul sistema di alimentazione.
Ricordate: i gas presenti in una tanica vuota sono
spesso esplosivi e pericolosi. Non tagliate, né saldate
mai un condotto del car urante, un ser atoio o delle
taniche metalliche. Spegnete il motore e togliete il
contatto rifornendo la macchina. Usate cautela se il
motore è caldo. Per evitare perdite usate un im uto.
PREPARE YOURSELF WEARING THE PROPER
CLOTHING. Wear all the protective clothing the jo
requires. PREPARE THE WORK AREA. Choose the
cleanest, most level work area availa le. Make sure
you have enough space. Check clearances. If inside,
make certain there is adequate light and ventilation.
BE CAREFUL! Avoid working on or cleaning any part
of the machine with the engine running unless
specifically instructed y manufacturer’s manual.
WARNING! Never operate the engine without proper
ventilation. EXHAUST FUMES CAN KILL. When
working eneath raised equipment, never depend on
the hoist or jack alone; use locks, jack-stands or
other rigid and sta le supports. Treat all fuels, oils,
solvents and chemicals with respect. Never use
gasoline or diesel fuel to clean machine parts. Never
smoke while handling fuel or fuel containers or while
working on fuel systems. Remem er: the fumes in an
empty fuel container are often dangerously explosive.
Never cut or weld on fuel lines, tanks or containers.
Shut off the engine and electrical equipment while
filling the fuel tank. Use caution when fueling a hot
engine. To avoid sparks, ground the fuel nozzle
against the filler neck. Wipe up spilled fuel.

Asciugate immediatamente il car urante gocciolato.
EVITATE LE SCOSSE ELETTRICHE. Non usate mai
cavi elettrici logori, sfilacciati o umidi. Non usate
equipaggiamenti elettrici in luoghi umidi. Assicuratevi
che le attrezzature elettriche siano correttamente
collegate e siano messe a terra. Non toccate i cavi
scoperti senza assicurarvi che non siano collegati.
Scollegate la atteria prima di lavorare sul sistema
elettrico. Togliete prima il cavo negativo. Quando
ricollegate la atteria, istallate il polo negativo per ultimo.
AVOID ELECTRICAL HAZARDS. Don’t use wet or
frayed power cords. Don’t use electrical equipment in
wet areas. Make sure power tools are correctly wired
and properly grounded. Never touch are wires
without making sure they do not carry current.
Disconnect the attery efore working on the
electrical system. Remove the ground terminal first.
When reconnecting the attery, install the ground
terminal last.
USATE CAUTELA CON I FLUIDI SOTTO
PRESSIONE. Prima di iniziare a lavorare su un
circuito sotto pressione, accertatevi che siano state
eliminate tutte gli eccessi residui di pressione. La
pressione del circuito di raffreddamento aumenta con
il crescere della temperatura del motore. Per far
sfogare la pressione del sistema di raffreddamento,
spegnete il motore e fatelo raffreddare. Coprite il
tappo del radiatore con un pezzo di stoffa e apritelo
con circospezione. Svitatelo lentamente. Lasciate che
il vapore sfoghi lentamente. Il circuito idraulico è sotto
pressione quando la macchina sta funzionando e può
rimanere in pressione anche dopo lo spegnimento.
BE CAREFUL WITH FLUIDS UNDER PRESSURE.
Before working on a pressurized system, make sure
all operating and residual pressure are relieved.
Cooling system pressure uild up as the engine gets
hot. To relieve cooling system pressures, shut off the
engine and permit it to cool. Cover the radiator cap
with a cloth and open it carefully. Release it a little at
a time. Let steam or vapour escape gradually. The
hydraulic system is under pressure whenever the
engine is running and may still e under pressure
even after shut down.
TABELLE E SEGNALI DI PERICOLO. Sostituite le
decalcomanie, le ta elle e le scritte posizionate sulla
macchina in caso di isogno. Usate utensili,
attrezzature, parti di ricam io e fluidi raccomandati
dal costruttore.
SIGNS AND WARNING TAGS. Replace all damaged
or painted-over safety signs, warning plates and
operating decals. Use only tools, techniques,
replacement parts and fluids recommended y the
manufacturer.
EVITATE LE MANOMISSIONI. Usate gli utensili
adatti; assicuratevi che le chiavi siano della giusta
misura e correttamente inserite. Fate attenzione alle
superfici lavorate. Non usate ricam i imperfetti,
danneggiati od usurati in malo modo. Non
posizionate mai una valvola di massima con una
taratura diversa da quella prevista dal costruttore.
Non ostruite le linee in pressione o di y-pass.
Assicuratevi che tutti i filtri e tutte le protezioni
vengano rimontati opportunamente. Usate le parti di
ricam io, i lu rificanti e le istruzioni raccomandate dal
costruttore. Serrate tutti i ulloni, i raccordi ed i
collegamenti con le coppie previste dal costruttore.
Rimpiazzate tutte le paratoie, i ripari ed i cofani.
Ripristinate il circuito idraulico solo con i fluidi previsti
dal costruttore. Controllate la V. opera, riassettate,
ricontrollate il livello olio motore, il livello del liquido
refrigerante, il livello dell'olio idraulico livello dell'olio
dei freni prima di riavviare il motore.
DON’T TAKE CHANCES. Use the correct tools: make
sure wrenches and drivers are properly sized and
fitted. Be careful of machined and polished surfaces.
Don’t reuse roken, damaged or adly worn parts.
Never set a relief valve higher than the
manufacturer’s recommendation. Don’t close off
overflow or ypass lines. Make sure all filters and
screens are replaced during re-assem ly. Use parts,
lu ricants, service and necessary techniques
recommended y the manufacturer. Tighten all olts,
fittings and connections to torque specified y the
manufacturer. Replace all the guards, covers and
shields. Refill and recharge pressure systems only
with the manufacturer approved fluids. Check your
work, clean up and recheck engine oil, coolant,
hydraulic fluid and rake fluid levels efore restarting
the engine.

3.1 RISCHI RESIDUI 3.1 UNESTIMATED RISK
Con RISCHI RESIDUI si identificano tutte quelle
casistiche che possono provocare infortunio e/o
morte e che è difficile da poter evidenziare tramite
adesivi incollati sulla macchina o segnaletica
antinfortunistica. Trattasi generalmente di
comportamenti sconsiderati, poco professionali e
superficiali di persone che lavorano a ridosso del
perimetro di esercizio della macchina o addirittura
dell’operatore stesso. Si prega di prestare la
massima attenzione non solo a macchina in
movimento, ma anche a macchina ferma e/o appena
spenta. Un esempio anale ma intuitivo è questo:
•Non toccare con parti del corpo o con liquidi
infiamma ili parti ancora calde della
macchina come il motore, la marmitta, il
radiatore per non provocarsi ustioni o
principi di incendio.
Altri possono essere:
•Gli utensili di scavo risultano pericolosi
perché possono essere ancora surriscaldati
dall’attrito di lavoro o semplicemente
diventati più appuntiti e taglienti quindi
pericolosi nel recare ferite profonde.
•Se si presentano perdite di liquidi dal
radiatore o dalla atteria (quindi corrosivi),
oppure olio motore o dell’impiantistica
(quindi scivolosi), oppure altri liquidi che
possono risultare pericolosi, spegnere
immediatamente la macchina ed adoperarsi
nell’ isolare tempestivamente l’area
diventata pericolosa mediante arriere e
cartelli.
• Prima di riavviare la macchina verificare che
nell’area di lavoro (definita generalmente
ZONA PERICOLOSA), non vi siano
persone, cose o animali.
In generale si deve tenere in considerazione che le
persone possono commettere errori dovuti alla natura
umana, alla disattenzione, alla superficialità o
all’inesperienza; tutti però devono essere presi in
considerazione, come un altro aspetto è UTILIZZARE
LA MACCHINA PER QUELLO PER CUI È STATA
PROGETTATA E REALIZZATA. Ogni altra
utilizzazione non prevista è a rischio e pericolo
dell’operatore.
We call “the unestimated risk” all the series of cases
which can cause industrial accidents and/or death and
that’s quite difficult to avoid putting some adhesives
on the trencher or accident prevention signs. It is a
matter of wrong and uncorrect ehaviour of people
who are working close to the trencher or the operator
as well. It is quite important to pay attention to the
working trencher and that stopped one. One simple
example is the following:
•Do not touch any part of the trencher such as
the engine, the silencer, the radiator which
can e still working with any part of Your
ody or inflamma le liquid in order to avoid
any kind of urns or start of the fire.
Other examples:
•The tools may e dangerous for their eing
still overheated y the working friction or may
ecome sharper so easy for causing deep
wounds.
•If there are some losses of liquid from the
radiator or from the attery (corrosive lack), or
from the oil engine or plant, switch off the
trencher immediately and try to isolate the
zone which has turned into dangerous area
throught guardrails and signs.
•Before starting the trencher again , check that
there are neither things, animals or people in
the surrounding of the working area (called
properly dangerous area)
Keep into consideration that people can make
mistakes called human mistakes, or slips or mistakes
caused y the lack of experience. Do not forget to use
the trencher properly in accordance with its normal
use. For any different kind of its proper use, the
responsi ility is up to the operator.
