CAUTION: Tubing will crush if over-tightened.
Step 1:
Insert 4 bolts (2 7/8” long) through wood block. Place
upright handle tubes over bolts so handles point UP
and AWAY from each other.
Tightly secure with fasteners.
Step 2:
Slip support brackets on axle attached to U-tube using
large holes.
Step 3:
Place lower ends of handle assembly INSIDE of arms
of the U-tube at holes.
Insert bolts and finger tighten fasteners.
Step 4:
Align holes in support brackets with holes in upright
handle tubes.
NOTE: Support bracket is on the outside of the tubes.
Insert bolts and finger tighten fasteners.

In completion of Step 4, Motor Carrier should be as
shown:
Step 5:
Place plastic washer on axel as shown.
Step 6:
Place wheel on axel as shown.
Secure with pin.
**Bend pin to secure in place**
Step 7:
Place caps on wheels. Gently tap into place with
hammer.
***Step 8: Tighten all fasteners on carrier.***
Finished Assembly:
Maintenance:
Periodically lubricate wheels and polish** aluminum to
ensure a long life.
NOTE: Recommended for 1-15 h.p./85 lb. motors. For
motors over 5 h.p., mount board on back side of
handle tubes.
**EEz-In marine polish, Model 65010, available.
