Purpose Introduction
1 – Introduction
Purpose
This manual provides information to help stock spare parts. Review this information, and
stock the recommended parts and quantities for the corresponding Gasboy® Atlas® equipment
in your service area.
How to Use This Manual
This manual provides spare parts information in a tabular form. The tables have parts that are
recommended for Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs) and distributors.

The tables in this manual are set up as follows:

Definitions for each column are provided below:
Part Description
The part description column provides a detailed name for each recommended part. Other
information such as colors, dimensions, or other details are also provided, wherever
applicable.
Part Number
The part number column indicates the current Gasboy part number for each item.
Where Used
The where used column helps to identify specific units or areas where a part is used and avoid
ordering of parts already in stock.
The where used key at the bottom of the table provides definitions for the where used column.

Critical
The critical column indicates how important a part is to the operation of a unit. Definitions are
as follows:
Importance Description
High Loss of this part will shut down a system.
Medium Loss of this part will cause the loss of console, and some pump or dispenser control or service.
Low Routine service part significantly affecting the usage of the unit.
ASC and Distributor
The ASC and Distributor columns indicate how many units of each part must be stocked for
both ASCs and distributors. The 100 and 500 columns indicate recommended quantities for
ASCs and distributors with either 100 or 500 of a particular unit in their service area.
Quantities shown in this manual are for reference only. The actual quantities that must be
stocked by an ASC or distributor are dictated by the business conditions for the area (such as
the age of equipment, number of technicians, and distance between the ASCs and distributor).
Remanufactured Board Express
We encourage you to use genuine Gasboy boards repaired through Gasboy’s remanufactured
board express service for replacements during warranty. This is approved within Gasboy’s
warranty policy.
